I don't know who I was speaking to, but I have never had any salon be so rude. They were short, demanding, and honestly a little insulting. After reading the other reviews, I am now glad I didn't decide to give them a try. I understand salons have issues with people canceling or giving them the run around, but it seems like a really bad business practice to treat people that way before they even have a chance of becoming repeat customers.

I was early and waited in the hair salon part for 10 minutes, wondering why no one was coming to get me for the appt. Many places have hair and brows and facials in one building, so I had no idea. I had no idea there were two parts to the building at all, as this is usually in the follow up info after you book an appt at any professional place. It could really help clients to know exactly how to find the place if it's confusing from the outside. When I finally found her, she said people get confused all the time and end up over there-so she easily could have come and got me or put this on her booking info but instead it made me late. Also, I think K. Nicole should put on her website that if you have previous work done on your brows that you may not be a good candidate. I wish she would've asked me to send a picture so I didn't waste my time going to a consult in person. I am not leaving this review because I'm upset with her turning services away at all because I had previous work done on my brows, (because I would never want someone working on my brows that didn't want to or made me feel unwelcome and I value boundaries) but more so just feedback on the whole experience so that others can decide for themselves. She made a weird comment like "if no one else really wants to work on your brows then let me know" as if that wouldn't be extremely awkward, making clients feel like burdens for such as expensive service? I didn't overall find it very professional and overall just felt like it was an awkward experience. In my own opinion, I felt like she could've offered me a solid alternative, added more info to her site, and didn't even tell me how long my brows would have to fade before coming back or anything.

A little background - I've had lash extensions for 4-5 years. It's been quite the journey because…read moreI've moved about once a year and having to find a new lash artist each time. This is the first time I've felt compiled to write a review about my experience. I am currently working out of Coos Bay and commuting to Seattle every month to see my family. Eugene is the closest area where I feel like there would be someone with experience to deal with my lashes. I have very thin, sparse and straight lashes. It's not easy to find someone who is experienced and understanding of this because I've had many who butchered my extensions and caused irritation and just plain terrible lashes. This may not be everyone's preference but I prefer full but shorter length lashes because it suits me best. Again, this is my preference. I am glad I did a little research and also looked at their Instagram. I saw another person who has similar lashes as me that got a foreign filled with Elsie and I thought it looked great. I went ahead and did a removal and new full set. I wasn't too happy with my previous because I felt it was too long and uncomfortable grow outs. I did see others here complained of how long it takes. However, when I made the appointment online, it did show the appointment was for 3 hours so I knew what to expect. I also drove 2 hours from Coos Bay for this appointment. First, I appreciated Elsie taking the time to go over what my dislikes were about my current and previous lashes then went over options and showed me photos of what she recommends. She looked at my current lashes prior to removal and then showed me what it'd look like (a few lashes on) with the new curl and length. Every brand of lashes are different. Her 0.2 diameter were a lot thinner than my 0.2 diameter of what I had on previously. I am glad she was thorough and explained and showed me that because all I knew was my lashes are thin so it can't support too thick or too many lashes. However, this made me trust her recommendation more because of her knowledge and awareness. We agreed on path forward and she went on applying my lashes. She does fill over 90%, if not all, of your lashes. I have had only one other lash artist who has done this and she also took about 2-3 hours each time. However, my lash extensions lasts a lot longer with artists who does this. I can go for 4-6 weeks before I need a refill. I have also had others who only took 45-60 minutes to fill or new set and I would have to go in every 2 weeks because I would have chunks of it missing and by week 4, I would have nothing left. To each their own. A few days after my new set from Elsie (I always let it settle for a few days; wash and brush it out before deciding), I texted her. I am SOOO happy with my set and this is the second time ever in the years of having lash extensions that I've been actually happy with them. Did not even know M curls existed but I'm never going back! I've had numerous compliments on how these look very nice, compliment my eyes and face. I don't have to worry about the wind making my lashes fly away per my husband :D I'm at week 4 and I still have 70-80% left. I am very happy and will be sad when I move to Vegas and have to find someone else :(

Even though it was a busy Sunday, the young man at the front was incredibly kind and accommodating and was able to get me in last minute. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Bee did an amazing job! She had great attention to detail, took her time, and never made me feel rushed despite how busy the salon was. The conversation was wonderful, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The salon was also very clean and had a great atmosphere. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived and absolutely love my nails. Bee has definitely gained a regular customer, and I'll be returning for future appointments. Highly recommend!

First appointment sold us, pedicures were phenomenal. My friend had a toenail issue and the staff (Rita I believe) figured out the best way to make sure her toes were ready for sandal season. We chose to go with the monthly special, I do not remember the name, but it was a lovely experience with a reasonable price. Which is why the score is as high as it is. My next appointment I went in for an acrylic fill. I communicated the shape of the nail the length, color, style the whole works. As I've been getting my nails for years I know exactly what I like. I did ask for a little length to be taken off but not too much. Her execution was absolutely horrific. Nails were all different lengths, widths, even shapes. Best believe, I communicated with her a bunch of times what I was needing to be changed however, there was little to no fix. I was actively embarrassed with them. I did speak with management and they did help with cost and offered a free fix which was kind of them. I do want to point out that I will continue getting my pedicures there, I will never be getting my acrylics done there again.
