I've been coming very *infrequently* (1-2 times a year) for the past 3 years to get manicures and pedicures. Each experience has been consistently good. The employees are professional, friendly, and efficient. The interior is nicely decorated with natural lighting and big windows. The nail technicians are consistent with their technique every time. They are chatty if you want to talk, quiet if you just want to relax and close your eyes. During the pandemic in August, I called for a day-of appt and was able to get one easily. They have a plexiglass screen on the front desk and space out all the clients within the room. During my pedicure, I noticed employees frequently cleaning all surfaces after use, wearing masks and gloves at all times, and even wiping down the credit card reader and iPad between each transaction. Often companies say they are cleaning frequently, but it was nice to actually see it happening before my eyes. They use newly cleaned tools for each client (they open it in front of you, it's those autoclave sealed cleaning packets). Not sure of the charge for the nail kits, but they have them available too. Try this place! It probably helps them if you call for an appt, but their price list says they accept walk ins as well read more

Great service today! I'm from out of state and called everywhere for a last-minute appointment as the other appointment I had canceled on me. All of the staff has a great sense of humor and had me laughing the whole time. It's clear that they are extremely conscious of hygiene as they sent me home with my with my nail files - I've never had that happen in Phoenix! If you choose to get dip nails, make sure to mention it while scheduling your appointment as my technician and her daughter are the only two that are familiar with the process. I went in for a gel manicure; the removal of the gel was so painful I decided to go with only regular polish. When I said 'ouch', the Guy giving me the manicure laughed. The gel pedi lasted ONE DAY. This is the worst nail experience I've had... 1) they don't tell you the prices are different from online until you show up, and the prices go up by about $10 (I attached a picture of the prices I found online). 2) didn't ask what shape I wanted, and they charged extra for length. I ended up leaving with nails I didn't like the shape of. 3) they laughed at me about where I usually get my nails done, and the price I usually pay. 4) I ended up leaving with nail shavings all over my hands, as they didn't have me wash them after my service. 5) their card machine has a price limit, which I didn't see posted anywhere in the vicinity. 6) my nails are filed crooked. DO NOT COME HERE. This place is awful. Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. First the man doing my nails used a drill to file my real nails and proceeded to file them to the point where they physically hurt. There are literal indentations in my nails where they filed way to short, he then started to cut my cuticles which started bleeding because he did it wrong. I told him it hurt and he did not do anything. I decided to leave and as I tried to get up, he put lotion on my hands and started to massage my hand when I did not want it. They then tried to charge me $30 for just taking off my polish and drilling my nails to the point where they hurt. I asked to speak to a manager and when I thought they would just let me leave but they did not. Instead they gave me a "discount" and told me I still had to pay $20. read more

Not the best not the worst I've never left a Yelp review before but feel like I need to say something about this place. First off my nails look pretty bad. One hand there are several nails that are way too small and don't cover my entire nail to which the lady said that hand is smaller than my other? Since when?? This has never happened before. Also she was quite sloppy and left acrylic all over my fingers which she said Will just wash off, it didn't I had to literally rip it off my skin. Next she hurt my cuticles several times with the electric file and they are now sensitive to the touch not to mention she flooded the cuticle area with acrylic which is why she tried to file it off? As for all the drill bits she used in the file she kept them in a dusty Altoids box which were not sanitized before she used them so I hope I don't get an infection. I mean the nails are on there and from a distance they look okay just don't get too close. I would also like to note she said several time to let her know if I wanted something fixed which I DID and she just kept saying she can't fix it it's my nails... anyhow I paid 65 for a full set when the prices said 35 so save your frustration and go somewhere else. read more

I have been wanting to come here for quite some time. Last week I was surprised by my guy with a surprise trip to this Salon for a pedicure. We both ended up getting one. It is really nice inside here, and the pedicure chairs are really comfortable. The water temperature could have been a little warmer, but it was okay. The man I had didn't engage in conversation to much. He seemed to know what he was doing, but I wish he spent a little more time on things. Everything felt rushed. I have been getting my nails done, and pedicures done since I was in my teen years. My friends, and Sister were in the business for a long time. I am kind of picky about things. I guess it is all in what you pay for. When you spend less on pedicures they take less time on your feet I guess. My whole pedicure was done in about 20 minutes. I am used to more time being spent on my feet. They looked great when it was all over with. I would go back, but with this being said if I want the works done I will find another fancy place for a pedicure. The prices are reasonable for a fast, in and out job! read more

Pros : clean, beautiful shop with a glamorous ambience. Cons: Everything else. Anyone giving good reviews was either a customer on a rare day they were actually capable of doing there job, or has a low bar that if the nail is on their hand, its 5-stars in their book. For the pedicures, they don't even really work on your dry skin, they just soak your feet, rub them a little bit, and cut your nails. The polish is bubbly, has hairs stuck in it, or straight up gets on your skin. The people who work here are rude, negative, and everything beyond the most simple shape and single color polish is apparently "not going to look good" or "is too hard". I went with a group of 5 and every single one us sat and compared our results. Lumpy foil, bloody cuticles, bubbled or patchy acrylic, or entirely wrong fingernail colors (asking for white, getting black. asking for ring finger a different color, getting middle finger.) I highly suggest the people working here invest in cosmetology school and not just the interior design. I would prefer to sit in a plastic lawn chair in a dusty ugly room and get awesome nails than sit in a boujee nail salon and get absolute crap nails. If you want the real reviews from people who know more than nothing about nails, sort by worst review and stop once it gets to 3 stars. read more

I've been in here 3 times. All walk in appointments, all gel acrylic nails (but today my first day doing a coffin shape) I would have preferred they be slimmer at the top (like coffin nails should be) , but oh well. Their strong spot isn't acrylic nails, but I still love them and love how fast and nice they are!! So a few days after I got these nails, disliking them slightly, I started getting a swollen red middle finger, suuuper painful. I thought they had trimmed my nail beds way too short before they put the acrylics on but I thought nothing of it. Anywho, the pain ended up going away and I decided to wait until the nail came off itself in fear of losing the whole nail. All that's left is the nail growth and a small amount of nail. All my fingers look very similar to this right now. Not sure if it was me, or if my initial doubt (but still good review) was right. My nails broke after a week. The pedicures were sloppy and speedy as well and overpriced considering everything that was lacking compared to what other salons offer during a pedicure. It's a shame that the first picture you see about this place is a broken nail. I made an appointment for two pedicures in person and was struck with the cleanliness and tasteful furnishings of the salon. At appointment time we were greeted, seated in adjoining massaging pedicure chairs and given great quality, relaxing service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I've felt in other salons like we were being talked about in another language rather than being talked to, but never got that feeling here. It was reasonably priced, as well.
