This is like my third pedicure, so I didn't know how to advocate for myself other than tell her she was hurting me which she completely ignored and slapped my foot. I can't believe I paid for the service. I definitely talked to another person at the front desk and they said they could offer me another pedicure, which obviously isn't what I wanted. I don't recommend going here unless you want to be cut up and treated like trash for telling them they hurt you.

I asked for an American manicure (first photo). What I got: regular French (photo 2) I even double checked at the beginning with the tech to make sure they had natural tips but she still brought out a bright white and I had to ask for a more natural color. -they did not have me wash my hands or brush off the undersides of my nails at all, so I left dusty (picture 3) -this meant it wasnt until I got home that I had a chance to see the undersides- they are a mess!! Really chunky with glue AND both my pointer finger tips (gel x) are not flush with the nail at all. They're definitely going to fall off, which sucks because they're the fingers that get the most use. (Picture 4) -the sidewalls are kind of bad too (photo 5) Overall: Its not the worst manicure I've gotten in Eugene. I think that I could have done it at home and at least I would've gotten what I actually wanted, and I wouldn't be out 90$ with tip. But I really appreciated that they were gentle with my hands and nails, and I thought the service was friendly. While I wish I would've gotten what I asked for, the manicure I have looks good even if I'm concerned about its longevity. So far I would say it's the best salon I've been to in Eugene but still not quite up to my standards.

Maybe because we were dressed in casual clothes, little did she know we spent $156 dollars to have to full gel with dipped accent. Then having our eyebrows done. I tipped the lady ten dollars and literally the next day two of my daughters nails popped offed. I called to let them know and they seemed irritated. For the price I paid and how we were treated I'll take my money elsewhere.

I wanted short nails with a simple white French tip. I also texted her about a follow up appointment that I wanted to book for a few weeks after and I received no response. Day of my nail appointment, she texts me back saying she is going to be 10 mins late. I arrived at 11:35, same time as scheduled and waited in my car an extra 10 mins before heading in and waiting another 25-30 mins. After I sat in her chair she told me that short French tip nails would be $75 because it is considered "extreme art". I would understand this if it was acrylic cut out french tip, but not for regular hand painted. I told her this is not what her website says and that I was not comfortable paying for that especially after I was disregarded on Instagram and text and then she made me wait over half an hour for my appointment on top of that. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done by her as I thought her nail art and style is really cute. She blocked me on Instagram after I left the salon which I think was very immature. I know many nail techs that would've offered a discount for just the fact of being late alone. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the fact that I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Hopefully she will do better in the future with her communication and time management.
