I saw this new shop that looked great from the outside. We eventually made a appointment. I went in and first met the owner who didn't even acknowledge us. She was rude and snobby! Maybe because we were dressed in casual clothes, little did she know we spent $156 dollars to have to full gel with dipped accent. Then having our eyebrows done. I tipped the lady ten dollars and literally the next day two of my daughters nails popped offed. I called to let them know and they seemed irritated. For the price I paid and how we were treated I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

I typically wear acrylic nails in oval shapes with half moon manicures which some nail salons do not do correctly; Queen Nails had no problem designing the nails just the way I used to get them in California. I love this place. My kid and I have been here several times. I even took my elderly parents here that needed a pedi badly and they were nothing but kind and gracious. They do great work and they are very friendly. This is our preferred nail salon in Eugene. We have been to others but this one has a local feel. The neighborhood is tweaky, but we ignore that. read more

Friendly staff. Terrible service :( Went in for mani / pedis with my sister & friend & ended up staying for 2.5 hours. Even after we had already called ahead & set an appointment. They called back & asked us to show up sooner, so we did. We left with uncut cuticles on both hands & feet, longer nails on one hand than the other, & bumpy gel polish. We even had to go back home & fix them ourselves. The staff means well but the service needs a lot of improvement. read more

Hubby and I got Pedi's together today. This was our third visit there. We have a great experience there. The staff is very friendly. I even got a memosa this morning with my pedi. I love the special attention with the leg and foot massage. It was no problem to walk in without an appointment. They were busy but fit us in right away. I have happy toes! I don't know how this place is still open. My mom invited me to do a pedicure with her last weekend and the result was okay, but nothing special. Just some regular nail polish that I could have done myself, except if I did do it myself, then at least my toenails would have been symmetrical. But anyway, time for the real stuff. I was truly disgusted by this place. I will tell you why, but I'll start from the beginning. The lady who worked on my mom greeted us right away, made her comfortable in her chair, and got to work straight away after washing her hands and putting on gloves. However, the man who worked on me was doing some clean up when we arrived while also watching videos on his phone. When he finished his clean up and sweeping the floor, he came to work on me without washing his hands first OR at least putting on gloves . Then he went back and forth from touching my FEET to touching his PHONE. I was so baffled that he was actually doing this! I really was at a loss of words. But the best (and most disturbing) part is that both workers shared the same tools and files between my mom and I (and most likely other people!) The files the used on us looked dirty as well... it was all disgusting. Through all that, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that I won't contract any infection. But oh was I wrong. My big toe is inflamed now inflamed, almost like an ingrown toenail but it's not. I never get anything like this, so I know who is to blame: the dirty workers at Queen Nails. Never go here unless you want problems. read more

I had a pretty bad experience today. I had gotten my nails done in corvallis and needed a fill. I was recommended this place by a friend and I was not happy. First of all it was pretty dirty like their stations and the bottles with acrylic etc all had gunk on them. The lady who did my fills was very disinterested. She didn't even look at my hand while she was shaping my tips! When I left my nails were jagged and rough and I had to refile them and re do my clear coat when I got home. These folks do great nails; almost impossible to get in on weekends without an appointment and when you do book an appointment, expect to wait ten to fifteen minutes after your appointment time before you're seen (it's just how it is) if you can, get "Tom" to do your nails. The pedicures are not the best in town, the place in VRC does a better job. The girls do amazing eyebrow waxing for eight bucks. read more

Great place! Yes very clean, probably pretty expensive chairs that look either newish or very well taken care of, has back massage. Really nice people working; friendly, talkative. I've only had a pedi twice before so I'm not any expert or connoisseur on the nail thing, but they are a great price for sure! And my toe nails look great. I didn't catch her name, but she did a good job. I called first just to be sure and she sat me down as I walked in and after choosing a polish color. Will return again! read more

Only thing is they are almost always extremely busy if u don't have a while to wait u should make an apt and still have to wait for a bit but well worth it. I have been going to Queen Nails for many years,all in all I have been pretty pleased.Tom and Tina are always been very nice.but my last visit was the worst.I took my niece for a day of beauty,we got pedicures and face waxing.During the pedicures Tom had to stop to help other customers which I thought it was not really a problem extra soak time right? I could not have been more wrong! 3 days after spending 180 dollars on my day of beauty I woke up with burning itching blisters on the bottom of my foot.Same for my niece as well. I have NEVER HAD ATHLETES FOOT IN MY LIFE. This is the worst.I have tried every over the counter medication there is to treat the horrible infection.It has been over 2 months and i continue to get the painful blisters on my foot.I will be seeing my doctor to get some relief.I CAUTION EVERYONE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF,DON'T EVER GET A PEDICURE THERE! THE PAIN AND DISCOMFORT IS NOT WORTH IT.The saddens me because I REALLY LIKE Tom and Tina.They really need to use something to sanitize the tub's.Queen Nails will NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Gross. This place is absolutely gross. I came in for a mani/pedi. Besides getting the quickest, most rushed pedicure ever- barely filing, trimming anything (just going through motions and at times missing the toenail entirely) and the shortest, crappiest massage ever (super hard watching the two ladies I was sitting between- both came in before me- get the most thorough massages), she put used toe separators instead my personal ones I purposely brought in. I brought them due to yelp review about toe fungus from this place. I had the woman stop after my pedicure after I watched their cleaning procedures of their shared tools. If you do need a pedicure, make an appointment with one of the male technicians. They seem to spend a lot more time being thorough and give better massages than the quick calf jerk off and slap session I got. I started about 10 minutes after the two ladies I was sitting in between, and my tech completely finished my pedi before the two ladies got their top coats on. I will not be coming back. read more
