I've gone here twice for pedicures and won't be back again. While they do provide a wide range of DND polishes, drinks for customers, and last minute appointments.. the service isn't it. Both pedicures my toes were cut much shorter than I asked. Today in particular my tech was extremely rough, my toes were bleeding, nails cut uneven and too short. She was overall not pleasant with tugging on my foot and shoving it back in the water. Not to mention, she barely massaged me and only massaged one of my feet. There was no care behind the service. Cons: bedding in waxing/treatment rooms are filthy, technicians are not overly friendly, some not friendly at all and only speak when trying to upsell you on a service. I had a wonderful experience here! As soon as we arrived staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location is spacious, clean, bright and inviting. They have a variety of refreshments available for purchase. I opted for the Sweet Cheeks Rose and was not disappointed! I got a pedicure and to be honest it was the best one I've had in town! They really take their time at prepping the nails, shaping and applying the layers of gel polish. They also spend a lot of time on the hot stone massage as well. In total I was there for about two hours but enjoyed every minute! There are a number of places I've been to in town where they rushed through the entire process and just wanted to be as quick as possible - that was not at all my experience at Caesars. In terms of pricing this is probably the most expensive spa in town - but the customer service is a reflection of that, in addition to the quality of work. Beautiful and very clean spa, I really appreciated the decorations inside! I got a gel manicure and it's lasted me 2 weeks with only a couple small chips, which is pretty great for my standards. My college age sons took me here today for my birthday for a mani-pedi. They decided to also get their first (and only) mani with me. This awful tech in the picture spent maybe 5 min, cut his nails and cuticle - left rough edges, no smoothing, no buffing, no massage, it was awful. My other son had a tech named Tanya who heard it was my birthday and got me a free drink. My guy did nothing. Tonya did an exceptional job for my other son, his nails look and feel great!! I got to the place and sat in a mail chair for 15 mins only to be told that they don't have time for a full set. So they do my toes and then tell me that they will do my nails. I get up and not only did they not have a person available but it took the guy an 1.5 FOR MY TOES!! a basic pedicure should not have taken that long. Prices are reasonable and the building is spacious with good ventilation to clear the air of those sometimes noxious chemical smells. Overall, staff is friendly, smiles abound. Here's the problem for me. I am unable to communicate with the person touching me, rubbing my legs and feet in such an intimate way. The staff, in general, do not speak English- not that I think they should! - and it creates a barrier for connecting. Connection is very important to me and especially receiving so much touch. I am missing out on that. Conversation does not come easily and, if you go with a friend, as I did, it's easy to turn to that person and almost totally ignore the person at my feet. I guess I am just not comfortable being serviced, so to speak. Others of you might say, just sit back and relax. Can't do it! She was very graceful taking off my old pink and white set and she was very skilled when applying my new set. She did an outstanding job! From 0 to 5 stars I give Rose 10 stars! I have been asking around for a few months and went to Caesars on recommendation. I had two services done. I had tips applied with gel built up and I also had a pedicure with gel. The pedicure was truly just average. Minimal foot care or exfoliation. The cuticle work and under the nail cleaning was actually quite painful. He was too rough. For my nails I had tips applied with gel belt up to create a nail. I was advised this was the best way to go, because they were strong and Wood last. My nails were dented and uneven on the finished product. Within four days my thumb nail popped off and two days later the other thumbnail popped off that night. I removed all my nails, because I work in business and missing thumbnails would be unacceptable for my appearance. My bill came to about $130 and I certainly can't go back to this place for that kind of money. I will try someone else. The icing on the cake was when he painted one finger on each hand a glitter color and I wanted nothing to do with that, but it was too late. Sadly, I can't recommend this place nor can I go back even though it's so close to my work. The worst part was, she did neck two of my cuticles with her drill, and I subsequently had an infection in each one of those cuticles that had to be treated. Tommy did my pedi for me, but worked hard and fast, like he was scrubbing dishes at Denny's. I don't know why, but he kept watching the door instead of focusing on working on my toes with tools. I've had pedicures at Caesar's a few times and always had a good experience, but today I was really disappointed. The chair I sat in was broken and was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Nothing I did to adjust it helped. My neck and back hurt by the time I was done. All but two other chairs were open, which made it more annoying. The water used for my pedicure was cold and had clearly been sitting for a while, and my pedicure felt extremely rushed despite that I made an appointment before hand. I didn't get the full hot towel treatment or massage. Whatever he did to remove my old gel polish was painful. The overall experience was bad, and I feel like I got ripped off. I visit this place about twice a year when I'm visiting my sister. I live about 2 1/2 hours away. Today was the first time I've had such a terrible experience. I will say with all that is going on they're taking things very seriously and are really doing everything possible to keep their techs and customers safe. After going three months with no nails I was beyond excited to get my nails done. I take pride in my nails and enjoy getting them done. My nails came out nothing like I asked for, I even provided a picture to be safe. I told Amy repeatedly that my nails were crooked and she kept saying she was going to fix them, they were never fixed. She completed a full set of nails in under 40 minutes! When I went to pay I told them I was very unhappy with them. They looked at them and confirmed every single nail was crooked and the polish wasn't right. They offered to have me come back the next day to have them fixed but with how far away I live it wasn't possible. They did give me $5 off, but not really helpful considering I will have to pay even more money to get them fixed. I sent my regular nail tech pictures and she said I'll either have to get these ones removed or wait for them to grow out some to get them fixed. Let's just start off saying if I could give 0 stars I would... I took my sister in law here today for her birthday present. I heard good things from a coworker, and thought I'd give them a try. That was obviously the worst decision I made today.. firstly I got a full set done, and I had the set applied and painted before my sister in law was done. She just got a gel manicure. My nails were uneven, even after she "fixed" them twice.. the acrylic was on my cuticle, and on my fingers. The polish was uneven and textured. My sister in law asked for a simple square nail. When finished she had square, oval, round, and slanted. Even after saying multiple times that she was unhappy with the service! We got home and called to get a refund. I spent $90! The refused, and said we could come back so the could fix them. Why would I want to go back to a salon that doesn't listen? We later went to another salon, and they listened to what we just went through. They were kind, and actually listened to what we wanted! They turned the day around. Beware of this salon... I'll never recommend them to anyone, and I'll steer people away if I hear their name. read more

It's like they just slap some polish on your nails and call it a day. I have never had such a terrible mani/pedi. And it was SO expensive! I got the pedi that comes with the callus removal and the nail tech just did the normal pumice stone that you would normally have during any pedi. I asked for him to get the scraper bc I have a lot that needed to be removed. He insisted I didn't have a calluses on my heels. I think I know my own feet. My nails are a whole other story. I had to ask him to remove more of the cuticle on my fingers and still came home with hang nails. There is polish left on multiple fingers as well. I will not be going back here. The lady that worked on me could not understand me nor could I understand her She was not nice and I kept having the receptionist come over to help me understand her. I was not rude but very nice. She did not finish my pedi but said she was hungry and had a fellow finish my pedi. Caesar's Nail and Day Spa was one of the best experiences I have ever had to get my nails done. I made an appointment when I got off work at 5:30 and they were able to see me right away. I was offered a complementary cocktail while I chatted with my nail lady Connie, and Emily (the Owner) with her client. Everyone was extremely friendly and yet not over baring. Especially for someone who had just come in from a rough day at work. I walked out feeling extremely pleased and in better spirits, like I had just hung out with my girlfriends. When my nails were finished, they told me to stay and relax and to finish my cocktail. Not to feel like I needed to rush out of there or I was taking up someone's chair. I signed up for a VIP Membership which cost my nothing. It will gain me one point per dollar I spend. Accumulate enough points and get money back. The reason for not 5 stars, the website is not formatted for looking at prices/services while upright. If you rotate your phone sideways you will have a much clearer grasp on services and prices. We thought one price and were surprised at the bill- we wouldn't change the service because our experience was worth the extra 17$ pp - but not sure I would have gone for the extra initially- but now we are spoiled by the luxury and cant go back!! I believe I had a new person that tore up my cuticles on my toes (yes, blood was drawn), and even couldn't do a proper French Manicure on my regular nails - not even acrylics! For some reason I got the same person for both. The manager knew I wasn't happy when I left, but no offers to "fix" anything at all. Only hoping to get a better experience some place else soon. I'm not sure if the polish used was old but the lines didn't go all the way down and the sides of my toes were missing polish, they just looked really bad for how much I had paid to have them done. I called back two days after having them done and they had me come back in which was really uncomfortable trying to explain how they weren't up to my standard. They do great work. The salon is clean and I'm confident my nails will look amazing each time I leave. However, they double book all the time making you wait an additional 30-45 minutes. Even if you call ahead and ask if you need to come in later they assure you they are running on time, and still make you wait. It's frustrating and makes me want to find another salon. read more

Came here for a birthday pedicure with my mom. I asked for milky white gel polish. The lady only did two coats knowing that it needs more coats than that. She told me now that's the color. I said no because that's not the final results on the sample you guys have demonstrated. So I told her to do white. She painted it so terrible because she was upset you could see the white strokes and the bumps from the gel. It's about a week later now and my gel as came off on some of my toes. She couldn't tell me how many hours she had to go to school to become a "licensed manicurist". HUGE red flag! She was so bad, I had to ask for someone else to finish my appointment. Well, the next person jabbed the instrument under my toe nail so hard, my toe bled! I got a pedicure here on Monday 6/21 and while I was extremely unimpressed at the time I decided not to make a review, however this morning when I woke up I noticed my cuticles were not only still in pain, but were red as well. This place LOOKS awesome but lacks actual skilled people providing services. During the pedicure my toes were not cleaned thoroughly and for some reason cuticle cutters were used instead of nail clippers which I'm assuming is why my feet look like this.
