David did my wedding nails and I fondly think of his quality and craft every time I walk past that photo on the wall. If you are unhappy with your nails, call the shop and discuss it with the nail techs before coming here to bash on them. 9/10, your nail tech will fix what you don't like right then and the reviews about someone's nails' being shitty are based on them not having the balls to tell the techs they didn't like it. The appointment system is straight forward, call ahead of time to book. They get booked pretty quickly throughout the week but they get cancellations all the time, so it doesn't hurt to call. Lastly, I love that the owners Keri and Kevin are San Diego natives. It helped me connect to them in a different way being moved here all the way from Southern California. I am sad to move back but highly recommend the team here at Infinity Nails!

Asked if my friend and I could sit together but was told no even though all the chairs were empty. "The equipment is too hard to move". ?? Nails are different length, different thicknesses, missing polish on some, not filled to the cuticle, big gaps left open, cuticles are ragged and skin is roughed up because technician was watching videos on his phone and not looking where he was filing. Also talking on long phone calls while working not paying attention. I get you sometimes have to pickup a quick call but not just chatting away for 15 minutes. Picked a color I wanted, was told it wouldn't work, he grabbed another color, nothing like the one I picked and I got barbie pink nails when I has chosen a pale nude pink. At that point I just wanted it to be over. Seriously, try anywhere else! Will not be back.

The quality is consistently good, the space is clean and relaxing, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming without ever making you feel rushed. Sometimes they massage me sometimes they don't. Sometimes they put lotion on sometimes they don't. What i really want to share is the bad experience I've had with my manicure. It's the worst. I have been cut and my cuticles are destroyed. See pictures. I am in so much pain. I'm pretty laid-back and not super picky, but this was horrible. To all the people that have received good manicures here, I'm happy for you. That just wasn't my experience.

The salon owner/manager is nice and welcoming, the rest of the staff always acts like it's an inconvenience that you've entered their place of business. I got a pedicure and was not impressed by the results. The gel is lumpy in some parts and very uneven near the cuticle. She didn't cut my cuticle enough so she just painted around it. Aside from that when I was done, the lady didn't say anything to me, she just immediately got up and walked over to her manicure station to start helping somebody else who had an appointment and seemed to have no problem communicating with her. My mom was getting a fill and color change & the guy was aggressive and kept yanking her hands to get her closer. She has degenerative disc disease and is in constant pain so for him to expect her to sit forward in an uncomfortable position was unreasonable. Not impressed and overall disappointed in our service we received that day.
