I warned Owin of a possible allergy and we continued the manicure. Well the morning after--I woke up with extreme rash around all my nails and it turned into small itchy water blisters that burst and itch more. I then was stuck having to drill off the manicure I paid $50 for the NIGHT before. Literally. So now I'm manicure less and am in horrible pain and discomfort. To make matters worse it is now spreading to my neck face and legs. (I honestly wasn't offered refund either which is kind of shocking in this incident....) So for other clients I'd be very very careful. If you assume or know of any allergy don't go. Just don't. It's not worth the pain, the misery, or the money flushed down the drain. I have posted UPDATED photos of my hands.

Turns out they open till seven on Saturdays but call ahead just in case. I LOVE the later hours because who has time to get nails done during work hours? FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN I WALKED IN WAS HOW CLEAN THE PLACE WAS. Someone else was getting her manicure so I checked in about a shellac French manicure. Cici came out and I was offered water and a very friendly conversation while my nails were trimmed and filed before being painted. I was actually so pleased with the natural shiny pink that was supposed to be the base for the French manicure that I actually decided just to go with two coats of the pink base, which they told me was called "marshmallow." They also showed me a couple of other styles of nail color that I test out in the future. I wasn't there very long; the skill level was very high. They have a nice bar area if you want to hang out with the girlfriends before it's your turn. I think Queenie was the name of the other staff person. The two of them were very hospitable and I look forward to returning in a couple of weeks. The manicure was just $35 with the shellac removal being an extra five dollars. If I've gone with my French manicure it would've been a total of $45. So prices were actually very reasonable. Skill level very high. Highly recommend!

I wanted short nails with a simple white French tip. I also texted her about a follow up appointment that I wanted to book for a few weeks after and I received no response. Day of my nail appointment, she texts me back saying she is going to be 10 mins late. I arrived at 11:35, same time as scheduled and waited in my car an extra 10 mins before heading in and waiting another 25-30 mins. After I sat in her chair she told me that short French tip nails would be $75 because it is considered "extreme art". I would understand this if it was acrylic cut out french tip, but not for regular hand painted. I told her this is not what her website says and that I was not comfortable paying for that especially after I was disregarded on Instagram and text and then she made me wait over half an hour for my appointment on top of that. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done by her as I thought her nail art and style is really cute. She blocked me on Instagram after I left the salon which I think was very immature. I know many nail techs that would've offered a discount for just the fact of being late alone. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the fact that I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Hopefully she will do better in the future with her communication and time management.

They were jagged, uneven,I had to keep pointing out and went on with more than one nail and more than one time on the same nail. Even being short the shape can be closer to uniform. The white tip should all be close to the same size not perfect but close.
