She does superb prep work and after care to ensure that I don't end up with horrible red bumps. I'm on a budget, so I can't afford the more luxurious facial services, and Natalie still treats me like a queen regardless. I've gone to some of the other places in town, and kept having problems with things like poor prep or after care (so way too many instances of red bumps on my face), being *burned with stupidly hot wax* (this occurred at Nushka's, 2 days before I was supposed to leave on a business trip--I had scabs on my face!). (Protip: Just water isn't enough. Get some Gatorade and sunscreen, it'll help a LOT. Also Aquaphor. They tell you this at the appointment. Aim for at least 64 fl ozs of gatorade each of the three days before your appointment) Overall, this has been one of the most positive experiences I've ever HAD with a business. My significant other was the person seeking treatment here but I have been into their office around 5 times. Each time there was a major red flag within a half an hour of being there. Although the people that work here are very kind, they do not have their clients backs. This is not a trans friendly space despite being ran by a trans women! I understand that this service is not provided many other places in Eugene, but I urge you to go elsewhere! Also, the electrolysis could have been done better :)
