Not the massage therapist (who was extremely kind and wonderful by the way, and the massage was decent), not the aesthetician for the facial or even the nail tech (who is completely unexperienced, and it was probably my worst pedicure ever)! The facial aesthetician actually tried to upsell me, until she found out all of my services were prepaid for, and then she literally stopped talking and took me back to her room and started her facial process, which was extremely odd, especially considering the fact that she constantly kept checking her phone and then touching my face, very unsanitary, and she was extremely loud opening and closing cabinets, and it was very non-relaxing! Kesha should not be allowed to even touch her phone while she's giving a facial! I am very bummed. I decided to pick this salon over other ones I was considering.
