If my lashes didn't naturally shed, I'm convinced these would last forever…read more I came to Estetica for eyelash extensions and left wondering why everyone in this area isn't already booked solid here. First of all -- SPEED. I was in and out way faster than expected, without ever feeling rushed. Second -- she is so sweet and easy to talk to, which immediately puts you at ease when someone is literally hovering over your eyeballs. Now let's talk about the lashes themselves because WOW. They were done beautifully -- full, clean, lightweight, and perfectly styled for my eyes. And here's the part that really matters: it's been over a month and my lashes still look amazing. I'm just now getting to the point where I might need a fill. The retention is unreal. If lashes didn't shed naturally, these would honestly still look like day one. The price? Extremely reasonable for this area -- honestly, almost suspiciously so. She could absolutely be charging more for the quality of work she delivers. If you're looking for gorgeous lashes, incredible retention, fair pricing, and an esthetician who knows exactly what she's doing -- stop scrolling and book here. Your future self (and your mascara drawer) will thank you.

On August 28th my 17 year daughter had a consultation with stylist Sena to go over an appointment…read morefor a full color of vibrant green. She showed her a picture for an example and she agreed she could do it and the amount of $360 for the appointment. On September 2nd she had her hair appointment and the results were no where near her expectation. She sat in the chair for 5 hours and when she was finished Sena told her "Well you got semi cool hair". My daughter left in tears and stated to me she "never felt uglier". (Fortunately she had a friend fix it for her that night). I called the salon and talked to the manager Morgan asking for a full refund and she would not return to the salon for a correction as it already was redone by her teenage friend with the exact results she wanted. I was also told my child, who is a minor, was asked and signed a waiver for no liability of damage. Parental consent should have been given per Oregon Law. Morgan said that my daughter told her she was 18, (my daughter said she never discussed her age) nor was she asked for ID. I have asked Morgan for the immediate copy of the waiver and still haven't received it. After multiple email, and phones calls, asking to speak to the owner, communication ceased. I went to the salon today and asked to speak to the manager, owner, and stylist Sena. Morgan came to the front desk and I again asked her if I could talk to Sena and the owner, in which she told me the "owner lived out of state and doesn't answer phone calls because she trusts her to run the salon". I asked for a copy of the waiver and she refused and said my daughter needed to come in herself because she was the client. I replied that wouldn't be happening and as her parent I was representing her. Morgan then became aggressive after I told her that I had no choice but to write a bad review and post on social media so this doesn't happen to another client, much less another teen. I also told her I would be filing with Small Claims court to recoup loss of money. At that point Morgan loudly asked me to leave the salon, in which I did without incident. I am yet to talk to the stylist Sena, or owner, Renae Tichenor nor do I have anyway to do so because the email goes directly to Morgan. Not once did Morgan offer an apology or any sympathy. I suggest if you find interest in this salon to go elsewhere. We are highly dissatisfied and my child was left emotionally distraught. The prices are reasonable, the time in her chair is efficient, and the results are spot on! I have gone to her for over 6 + years, primarily to the Spfld location, and always for only haircuts. For the first time IN MY LIFE, I decided it was time to color my hair, and I'm in my mid fifty's. My friends insisted I go to a very expensive, fancier salon. I knew I could only trust one person, and that was Crystal. The result is absolutely stunning! I am an Italian, brunette who was fortunate to have little to no gray until recently. Crystal miraculously restored natural-looking, gorgeous, dark voluminous hair with touches of burgundy wine highlights (at my request). The compliments are pouring in from my family, friends and even strangers stopping me! A million thanks Crystal!!! Please never leave! Haha :) Tina
