From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. Tina was my nail technician, and she truly went above and beyond to make it a relaxing and luxurious visit. The pedicure started with a CBD & Mint Salt Soak and a lovely flower-petal foot bath that immediately set the tone for total relaxation. Tina was so attentive during the nail and cuticle care -- everything was done perfectly and never rushed. The CBD & Mint Sugar Scrub left my feet unbelievably smooth, and the Butter Mask that followed made my skin feel soft and refreshed. The best part was the hot stone massage with CBD & Mint Lotion -- pure bliss! It eased all the tension in my legs and feet. The paraffin wax treatment and warm towel wrap afterward felt like heaven. I also loved the thoughtful touches like the aromatherapy neck pillow and cozy bathrobe, which made the whole experience feel like a true spa retreat. Tina's attention to detail and gentle approach made the service exceptional. My nails turned out beautifully, and my feet have never felt this good. If you're in Eugene and want a high-quality, rejuvenating pedicure, definitely book with Tina at Caesars Nails & Day Spa -- she's the best! She is only available on weekends.

To all the people that have received good manicures here, I'm happy for you. That just wasn't my experience.

After years of being a client at City Nails, I will no longer be booking appointments…read more My husband and I have booked several pedicures together at City Nails, never once have we been asked upon making those appointments if the recipient is male or female. Today, we arrived for our 1:30pm appointment for Royal pedicures, this was the key element to our Date Day-we planned our 25 minute drive into Eugene around this appointment. After sitting in our chairs, we were asked to clarify who was with the requested technician, Aimee. I let her know that there was no preference & she proceeded to tell me that one of the scheduled techs didn't work on men. We were totally okay with that & waited for both techs to sit down. The first technician was a man. A little off putting since he was obviously not Aimee, and was the one who refused to do the pedicure for my husband. I smiled awkwardly and let it go. Then we were told Aimee doesn't do male pedicures either, could we wait to see who would. THIS WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE. After a moment, we left. There was no salvaging the vibe, no offering that could have made that interaction feel okay. There is a sign on the door that reads 'NO HATE LIVES HERE.' Obviously, discrimination does. City nails called us 10 minutes after leaving & left a message letting us know they were sorry & had $15 gift certificates toward our future services if we wanted them. Hard pass. Do better. This whole experience was icky.

I wanted short nails with a simple white French tip. I also texted her about a follow up appointment that I wanted to book for a few weeks after and I received no response. Day of my nail appointment, she texts me back saying she is going to be 10 mins late. I arrived at 11:35, same time as scheduled and waited in my car an extra 10 mins before heading in and waiting another 25-30 mins. After I sat in her chair she told me that short French tip nails would be $75 because it is considered "extreme art". I would understand this if it was acrylic cut out french tip, but not for regular hand painted. I told her this is not what her website says and that I was not comfortable paying for that especially after I was disregarded on Instagram and text and then she made me wait over half an hour for my appointment on top of that. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done by her as I thought her nail art and style is really cute. She blocked me on Instagram after I left the salon which I think was very immature. I know many nail techs that would've offered a discount for just the fact of being late alone. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the fact that I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Hopefully she will do better in the future with her communication and time management.
