I have been getting my waxing done with Aurora for almost 3 years now and I have never been happier with my waxing. She has so much expertise, is very clean, and is very friendly. I have seen her grow so much in her business in the last few years and I am so proud that she pursued her dream of starting her own business. Luna Salon is absolutely amazing. The shop is kept super clean and well sanitized... The stylists are super friendly, and Laurie did such an amazing job on touching up my blonde highlights. I was needing my hair done while my normal stylist was out. I'm extremely cautious on who I let do my hair due to previous bad experiences. I chose Shania and she did such a great job! The color turned out even better than what I showed her for inspo and it's one of my favorite colors I've had. She was also so friendly, the appointment flew by! She always blows me away with her creativity and openness; not to mention she is so sweet and kind! Because Karleigh was so awesome, I decided to give some of the other stylists a try. I have jet black Asian hair and I always expect my hair to not turn out so great when I get it lightened and colored. But Katie manages to get my hair EXACTLY how I want it. I really loved this salon and the hair stylist that I was going to see. I got my hair done by Katie and she truly did a great job. Although I feel she did a great job with my hair I feel that she is slightly unprofessional. I had an appointment booked with her for a month and the day before she canceled on me with no alternative lined up. I understand things happen and cancelations happen but Katie had no options for me and when I asked for a recommendation on where I could get in quickly she said "look at the luna instagram and message the girls". Which is unfortunate because to get in with other stylists it's going to be another month long wait. I just don't think it was great for her to cancel and then not be able to help me get in any sooner. I had waited a month for this appointment and I was super excited about it and now I have no options and no way to get my hair done without waiting another month. read more
