At one point, a newly hired office employee called me and asked if I still worked for [name of company] and it literally only shared a first letter with my company, even though I had given the office staff a copy of my insurance card with the company name on it. This employee told me this wasn't an uncommon error and that she had been hired in the wake of multiple firings from previous staff who made a lot of mistakes. I decided to go to another local dentist that can actually figure out how to bill insurance and not hire people so easily confused. Again, the actual dentists and hygienists are fine... and hopefully the front office staff is much better than it was circa 2015-ish.

There are some very nice and helpful people who work here, but I have also had confusing interactions (i.e. when they switched locations and the woman on the phone made me feel stupid for not knowing they changed offices and proceeded to fact check me with someone else in the office; even if I was wrong, this was poor customer service and generally lacked in basic etiquette). I was also quoted at the wrong price several times and was not informed that the type of filling material they use was not covered by my insurance, which turned out to be an expensive surprise. Again, there are some great people who work here, but the lack of consistency in care is just not worth it to me.
