Their solution was for me to PAY for ADDITIONAL procedure(s) even though they did not perform the initial one, it did not work. I filed a complaint through BBB, and they did not even bother to respond or try to work with me. However, I gave him six weeks notice that I'd changed my mind -- a friend convinced me that general anesthesia is dangerous, so don't do it unless medically needed -- but Dr. M wouldn't refund my down payment. I wasn't too surprised, since I'd signed that disclaimer and I understand needing time to book other clients in that time, but with THAT much notice I knew he could've book another client where I'd canceled. I later checked to see if the day and time my procedure had been canceled had been re-booked by someone else, and it had. So ... he's just greedy. If he cared about repeat customers and quality customer service, he would've refund my down payment. Because of this I'll go elsewhere for future laser and ANY other cosmetic surgery needs. He's quite arrogant (as other reviewers note) AND greedy -- a real deal killer.

I was so bummed, he came referred to me from a friend, and I really wanted to work with him. I was bummed and let down thinking there was no way they would find time for me. Little to my surprise just a few days later I received a call from Stacie, she let me know there was a time available and she knew how eager I was to get in and see him. I took the sooner appointment (about a week out this time!) From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me! At the pre-op I learned much more information that Taylor provided about side effect, etc. Decided not to go thru with it, thank heaven. However Taylor informed me I forfeited the whole amt. in a wholly blasé, dispassionate manner. I wonder if she is proud of her career and I hope the dynamics of karma play out in her life. She works for a highly corrupt business and is their "player" who earns commissions on how many people she dupes.

I researched my symptoms online and there was nothing, no forums, no discussions, nothing. A chiropractor referred me to Anne Marie Moore. I was so uncomfortable I would have done anything to solve the discomfort. I phoned and she got me right in. Anne gave me an exam and suspected what I had but she wanted to run some tests. Once the tests came back she had a diagnosis and recommended I use two creams daily at bedtime. Anne changed my life. I highly recommend seeing Anne for female and hormonal medical issues.

There's wonderful cafe coffee shops in the same building so allow yourself time to smell the coffee. Have some lunch and share your issues mental, emotional and physical with this great lady.
