This is the number one reason why I went to Dr. Gissel in the first place more than 10 years ago. I was told by another dentist that I needed three or possible four root canals and a couple other things. When I told one of my co-workers, she told me to go to Dr. Gissel first to ask for a second opinion because she told me that Dr. Gissel has been her dentist for a long time and he is nothing but honest with her. Boy, was I glad I went to him because it turned out that I only needed only one root canal at that time. Dentists are like mechanics for people like me who don't understand a lot about cars. We trust their opinions and recommendations because we believe their expertise. 2. PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Gissel and his team members are nothing but professional. They know what they are doing and yet they don't talk down to me. They explain things very well and they allow me to make the decision; they are never pushy. 3. CARING.
