That's fine, I get your busy. But I had two upcoming visits scheduled for August and September that I made in January. The other day I got a text saying the hygienist I was to see was leaving and they didn't have anyone else to see me so they were canceling my appointment. No reschedule, just canceled. I've already been waiting 7 months. A few days later I get another text saying the dentist is leaving and they are also canceling my September visit. What the heck? Now I have no interest in going back and have to do the whole ridiculously time-consuming research for a new practice.
