I was scared, in pain, and had absolutely no idea what to do. I left a message through their emergency line, and Dr. Jill personally returned my call within minutes. She immediately jumped into action and went incredibly far above and beyond for me. She calmly walked me through what to do step by step (over the phone), stayed with me while I got my tooth back into position, checked in repeatedly about my pain and bleeding, reviewed my medications with me, answered every question I had, explained exactly what symptoms would mean I needed to go to the ER, and made sure I understood what follow-up care I would need. What struck me most was how incredibly kind she was. I was panicked when this happened, and she never once made me feel rushed, embarrassed, dramatic, or like I was inconveniencing her. She was patient, reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was okay. By the end of the call, my tooth was back where it belonged, my pain had significantly improved, and I had gone from being terrified to feeling like I understood what had happened and what I needed to do next. What makes this even more meaningful to me is that I wasn't even an established patient of Dr. Jill's or the dental office's. It was late at night, she had never met me, and she simply heard that someone was frightened and needed help and did everything she could to help me. That kind of humanity is rare, and I will not forget it. If this is how she treats someone she had never even met before, I can only imagine how well she takes care of her patients. My last dentist, it took weeks just for them to then turn around and have to seek approval from the insurance a second time because designing the crown took so long. I cannot overstate how nice it was to just get it all done in one vist. Both doctor Lee and Haelee were friendly, included me in their conversation even when I could only respond with a thumbs up and they even went the extra mile of getting rid of calsification even though it wasn't originally in the plan. If you are looking for a Dentist, I highly recommend McKenzie Dental Center. Their hours are flexible, when I say I need an appointment while my kids are in school, they make sure to find something that works for me and I never have to wait long for anything.

I'm going to update my review based off my level of care and service as a result and assume that moving forward the insurance issues will be taken care of. From my interactions with the front desk I did not know that there was anyone else to talk to about issues like this, so definitely give their billing team a call if you have any issues like I had, she sounded very willing to work with figuring things out.

I have a lot of damage to my teeth from a rough and tumble life, and harbor an innate fear of losing all my teeth, and dental work in general. They are so kind to me. The hygienists are friendly, the bright energy is the perfect distraction from what can be a really uncomfortable situation, and every procedure I've had done has zero problems after the fact. I use state medical and they treat my whole little family like people, not cattle as some offices do, with the equal care and attention they'd give anyone across the board. My boys are handled with enthusiasm and come out laughing. Getting them positive experiences with the dentist is really important. When they've needed more extensive care than this office provides, they work hard to make sure we're connected with the right services based on their experience. When we did have a problem with a different office the one time it happened, they were emphatically upset on our behalf and helped us remedy the problem, taking serious note of our experience for their own future dealings. That says a lot. Professional, clean, fast (so important) and patient with Ridesource clients, I can't say I love going, because it's the dentist, but I don't think I'll be changing as long as I'm in the area.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient, and everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. I was then scheduled promptly for five fillings. At that appointment, Dr. Khunger and her staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my dental anxiety. They offered different ways to help me feel more relaxed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained every step they were doing and checked on me often during the procedure. When I finished, I was so happy that scheduling was able to get me back in just two days later for more fillings. I absolutely love this dental office. This has been, by far, the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Not only does my dental work look great, but the overall experience has been top-tier. ****FRAUD ALERT****…read more DO NOT USE THEM, I've never experienced worse service then i did here. They ask you to provide insurance info 3 days before visit or they will cancel. I sent mine, my daughter went in they tried to tell me every filling and root cancel she has ever had has failed and they need to redo all of it, phase 1 would be $8k, i said ok send me the breakdown, they did and we scheduled a few appointments, I was told my daughter needed a cleaning first they said they cleared the insurance it was 100% covered since she had one 7 months ago. They emailed me a breakdown of all the treatments which showed the cleaning was $0. I dropped my daughter off and once she was there they called demanding $140, i was confused and said its covered she said it wasn't so i said i have the email saying it is, she said oh i do see that and put me on hold and came back and said well the insurance doesn't cover this because she had it done 7 months ago so i need you to pay NOW. TOTAL bait and switch! I was fine to pay the $8K but I'm not paying a penny to a company who claims its free over and over then when they get you in the seat its oh we were wrong you owe now, not even a sorry!
