Generally I like this dentist and his office staff. However a recent experience has caused me to…read morelook for a different provider. I went in for a regular cleaning and checkup. The hygienist finished the cleaning then asked if it was okay to update my X-rays. Normally I would say sure, but I hadn't planned on the extra time and really needed to get to work so I politely declined the X-rays (that I wasn't told about before appointment). The dentist then comes in and says he won't do the examine without X-rays and would only "allow" the cleaning (which had pretty much already been done anyway) as though he was bestowing a gift. He made me feel stupid and embarrassed. The hygienist ASKED me (gave me an OPTION) if I wanted to do X-rays. When I OPTED to say "No" they made me the bad person because what... I chose wrong? I don't like trick questions and they were basically blaming me for them not telling me before the appointment that they would need more time than usual to do X-rays. Like I said. I generally have liked this dentist, but the attitude I received this time really left a bad taste in my mouth. [Sorry... bad pun]

I've been here on and off over the years due to insurance. It's been just ok. Some of the people…read moreare super nice and some are not. I've received $500 broken mouth guards twice and had to have them redone. Fine, things happen. The last few times I needed cleaning or fillings, I've had to wait months for an appointment. That's fine, I get your busy. But I had two upcoming visits scheduled for August and September that I made in January. The other day I got a text saying the hygienist I was to see was leaving and they didn't have anyone else to see me so they were canceling my appointment. No reschedule, just canceled. I've already been waiting 7 months. A few days later I get another text saying the dentist is leaving and they are also canceling my September visit. What the heck? Now I have no interest in going back and have to do the whole ridiculously time-consuming research for a new practice.

If I could give a zero I would. My husband started going to…read morethis dentist. His first appointment got canceled as he was walking out the door. His appt was 7 a.m. He made another appt. They told me that the dentist didn't work there any more. I have a hard time believe that they didn't know she/he was leaving a week before my appt. If I can't even get my first appt and my husband can't get seen half the time. We are going somewhere else. I'm not start with a dentist and never know if I'm going to have a appt or the same doctor. My schedule is too busy for that game. No way to run a business
