I cannot overstate how nice it was to just get it all done in one vist. Both doctor Lee and Haelee were friendly, included me in their conversation even when I could only respond with a thumbs up and they even went the extra mile of getting rid of calsification even though it wasn't originally in the plan. I was scared, in pain, and had absolutely no idea what to do. I left a message through their emergency line, and Dr. Jill personally returned my call within minutes. She immediately jumped into action and went incredibly far above and beyond for me. She calmly walked me through what to do step by step (over the phone), stayed with me while I got my tooth back into position, checked in repeatedly about my pain and bleeding, reviewed my medications with me, answered every question I had, explained exactly what symptoms would mean I needed to go to the ER, and made sure I understood what follow-up care I would need. What struck me most was how incredibly kind she was. I was panicked when this happened, and she never once made me feel rushed, embarrassed, dramatic, or like I was inconveniencing her. She was patient, reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was okay. By the end of the call, my tooth was back where it belonged, my pain had significantly improved, and I had gone from being terrified to feeling like I understood what had happened and what I needed to do next. What makes this even more meaningful to me is that I wasn't even an established patient of Dr. Jill's or the dental office's. It was late at night, she had never met me, and she simply heard that someone was frightened and needed help and did everything she could to help me. That kind of humanity is rare, and I will not forget it. If this is how she treats someone she had never even met before, I can only imagine how well she takes care of her patients. As other reviewers have said, Dr. Park has excellent dentistry skills and chair side manner. I was surprised at how painless even the initial shots of Novacaine were. Any and all questions I had were fully explained. Two additional features that make OFD a five star business are the facility design and the support staff. When you walk into the office, you walk into a very relaxing, homey, and light filled waiting area with an adjacent, easy to observe kiddie area. But the treatment area is where the thoughtful design really works. Unlike other dental offices with little rooms or cubicles, this treatment area has roomy cubicles with a very high ceiling and huge windows across the length of the building, letting in tons of light, but the outside landscaping provides privacy. The space naturally makes you feel very relaxed and non-stressed. Everyone seems to genuinely like each other and work together very well. No matter how good a doctor is, if his front office sucks, it will affect his business and piss me off, so I pay extra attention to the service I get in front office. I am happy to say that Dr. Park's front office is efficient, friendly, and well managed. His back office staff is equally professional! To me, oral health is critical to overall health and I consider my dentist as essential as a family physician. I am so happy to have lucked out and found OFD!

****FRAUD ALERT****…read more DO NOT USE THEM, I've never experienced worse service then i did here. They ask you to provide insurance info 3 days before visit or they will cancel. I sent mine, my daughter went in they tried to tell me every filling and root cancel she has ever had has failed and they need to redo all of it, phase 1 would be $8k, i said ok send me the breakdown, they did and we scheduled a few appointments, I was told my daughter needed a cleaning first they said they cleared the insurance it was 100% covered since she had one 7 months ago. They emailed me a breakdown of all the treatments which showed the cleaning was $0. I dropped my daughter off and once she was there they called demanding $140, i was confused and said its covered she said it wasn't so i said i have the email saying it is, she said oh i do see that and put me on hold and came back and said well the insurance doesn't cover this because she had it done 7 months ago so i need you to pay NOW. TOTAL bait and switch! I was fine to pay the $8K but I'm not paying a penny to a company who claims its free over and over then when they get you in the seat its oh we were wrong you owe now, not even a sorry! When i said i wasn't paying they stopped her exam in the middle of it and told her to go. I've never been so offended in my life! I've reported them for fraud!

At that appointment, Dr. Khunger and her staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my dental anxiety. They offered different ways to help me feel more relaxed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained every step they were doing and checked on me often during the procedure. When I finished, I was so happy that scheduling was able to get me back in just two days later for more fillings. I absolutely love this dental office. I still don't have insurance, but I did have a broken and painful tooth, so I budgeted carefully to have it pulled. All I can say is if you are looking for a good dentist, this is the one you're looking for. The ladies were wonderful and so friendly. I got a timely appt, I did my paperwork online, they sent me appt reminders, and I did not wait a single second in the lobby past my appt start time. Dr. John Schilt was right on that tooth as soon as the xrays and initial exam by the assistant, whose name I may have forgotten, were completed. He deadened the area with no pain at all, and extracted that bad tooth in just minutes, NO PAIN!. I got a 5% discount for cash or check....who can argue? Dr. Schilt and every one of his lovely ladies were so friendly, but also professional at the same time. The office was clean and nice & cool. I have not one negative thing to say. I highly recommend giving this office a try if you are looking for a dentist. And the big plus for me is that it is only a few blocks from my house. Wherever you live though, it's worth the drive!
