My in-person experience was just as professional and caring, consistent with my phone and email interaction. Dr Jeff proved to be a clear thinking pragmatist, presenting possible solutions, from best case to full restoration, in a clearly explained manner. He took time to fully evaluate my particular situation as well as listen to my thoughts and concerns, which I appreciate very much. Upon leaving their office, I had a treatment plan outline and maximum costs which may be forthcoming. So far, so good. The next review will be after the actual work is done, which is why we're here in the first place. If first impressions hold true, then my next experience should be a positive result.
