However, I gave him six weeks notice that I'd changed my mind -- a friend convinced me that general anesthesia is dangerous, so don't do it unless medically needed -- but Dr. M wouldn't refund my down payment. I wasn't too surprised, since I'd signed that disclaimer and I understand needing time to book other clients in that time, but with THAT much notice I knew he could've book another client where I'd canceled. I later checked to see if the day and time my procedure had been canceled had been re-booked by someone else, and it had. So ... he's just greedy. If he cared about repeat customers and quality customer service, he would've refund my down payment. Because of this I'll go elsewhere for future laser and ANY other cosmetic surgery needs. He's quite arrogant (as other reviewers note) AND greedy -- a real deal killer.

I was so bummed, he came referred to me from a friend, and I really wanted to work with him. I was bummed and let down thinking there was no way they would find time for me. Little to my surprise just a few days later I received a call from Stacie, she let me know there was a time available and she knew how eager I was to get in and see him. I took the sooner appointment (about a week out this time!) From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me! This is LITERALLY the only place I could find that had their prices clearly stated - and honestly those prices were also the most affordable I could find. The place is super nice and clean - high end for sure but the people working there are so nice and welcoming I didn't feel out of place for someone who isn't used to that type of setting. She also had me in and out of there FAST and I mean FAST, without sacrificing quality.
