I had a knee replacement with Dr. Tuman in Feb. 2026 and I feel like I got excellent care. The…read morepreop information was excellent and they remind you many times that your post op recovery requires a lot of work on your part. I mostly saw the PA, who was excellent, and I was confident that my surgeon would do an excellent job. Now at 11 weeks out, things are going very well. Their PT center is awesome. As for the center itself, yes, it's a large place that runs efficiently (meaning yes, you might feel rushed), but you also need to advocate for yourself. Show up early for your appointments. Make a list of your concerns or questions ahead of time and take it to your appointment. Follow up with phone calls. If you want to see the Dr. again, make another appointment. I will say that there are room for improvements at the clinic. I found the patient portal leaves much to be desired. The parking lot is often full (allow time to find a parking spot). Most of the receptionists are very pleasant, but yes, like anywhere else, there might be a couple who don't seem to be enjoying their job. Trying to make or cancel an appointment sometimes puts you in a long phone queue, but you can request a call back so you don't wait on hold. I've always gotten a call back within 15 minutes or so. Still, I feel like it's an excellent orthopedic center.

I wanted to like this place. The building seems nice, there is a coffee shop there, too. Trek Lyons…read moreseemed like a good guy who listened and spent time with me. But his suggested treatment was hard for me to remember so I asked if he could provide written instructions and he said he would. But the scribe was busy blowing his nose and my after visit summary did not provide me with the info I needed. I messaged them via the portal 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I got a PT Rx, and a sheet of exercises along with a very firm, advanced level theraband, but no instructions on how to do the exercises. The guy who instructed me on the ankle brace was super nice. Sadly the brace causes more pain and bruising so I can't wear it.

Had 2 medical massages here and it was a joke. First guy was really kind, professional and gave a…read moregood massage but used knuckles and forearms which I'm just not a fan of, but it's been challenging finding a good fit so I scheduled a bunch more massages. Reception told me one other lady, Reonna roberts, was accepting OHP so I scheduled with her the next day because my back hurts and I need the therapy. Long story short she was totally disrespectful about my preference to stay on my stomach. I explained why, told her I self massage my own pecks daily, told her I have had bad experiences face up massages... She listens to all of this then goes off for a few minutes about how she ALWAYS starts people off face up (lol), and how it "won't work" if she doesn't, that she's never had a complaint. I told her that technique (using the weight of your head for neck work) sounded good and cheerfully agreed to start face up...then she pulls weirdo attitude and says she doesn't want to do anything to make me uncomfortable and we can just do it my way. Ok? So what was her whole little speech about? Then she says if anything is off just say something, I responded that I'm vocal and would let her know and she responded "yeah so you're not just laying there thinking what is this bullshit", and then quickly sashays out of the room before I could even respond because NO, I don't think that at all. It's like she had already made her mind up about me but then still went ahead. My "medical massage" starts 15 min late, and 30 min in I said how awesome the massage was and asked her what days she worked she informed me she wouldn't be giving me another massage lol. I was taken back because I told her I wanted to try her faceup method and was enjoying the massage and told her I didn't understand. She said it's not a good fit, that she has been doing this long enough she has regular clients and doesn't need to change her method for anyone. WTF? She is one of only 2 therapists accepting OHP there and should NOT be offering medical massage if she's this petty and disrespectful of people's boundaries. I stopped the massage right there and complained to managment about it because it was extremely rude and unprofessional. If it was a bad fit, what was she doing touching me in the first place??? She was a full on creep for treating me like that because of a personal preference like not having MY FING CHEST MASSAGED...thanks a lot, "healing space". I told the manager the literal halfass 30 min massage better not show up on my insurance. The creepy thing is I went to write the owner a letter with my copy of all the appointments I canceled and it turns out he's been accused of sexual assault and allegedly ruined some poor ladies business who rented space from him. I looked up "owner of healing space" and it was even in the news. I'm really horrified by this and refuse to support a business where people are disrespected and their personal preferences and boundaries are not only questioned but totally disregarded. Reonna roberts acted passive aggressive, condescending, cold, and totally dismissive, but I'm eternally grateful because had I known about her boss I never would have stepped in that place to begin with.

I had an issue with my insurance because of the discontinuation of Pacific Source in Lane county. For some reason, I wasn't automatically transferred to Trillium. I received a voicemail from Mobility Project saying they canceled all my appointments. They did this without consulting me, offering for me to pay out of pocket, or just keeping my appointments on the books for when I got put on Trillium (which only took about a week). I had my appointments booked out for months because of my tight schedule. When I called to reschedule, my spots were taken, so I have to wait over a month now to return when I am in constant pain. I asked to be put on the waitlist, and then they tried to hang up on before I could schedule out further. When I respectfully expressed when had happened, they said "uh-huh." Unfortunately I have to keep dealing with this staff because nowhere else in town treats my specific symptoms. This causes so much anxiety and I feel completely disrespected and dismissed. They have a complete lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed.

I thought it was going to be a different experience but it was the same ol cookie cutter PT. Yes, Christine is good, but good luck getting an appointment with her! They give you other people, assistants, not quite the same.So tired of wasting time and money, would love to find a real physical therapist who cares.

After seventy-seven years of listening to various doctor's "eat more fruits, vegetables, water, and…read morefiber" speeches (all of which were virtually useless", I consulted a gastroenterologist who ordered an IBS medication which partially solved my problem. He also referred me to EPWC at which Judy taught me to massage my stomach. To say I was doubtful of its' efficacy was quite an understatement. I went home, did what Judy recommended, and IT WORKED AND CONTINUES TO WORK, MONTHS LATER! The massage is idiot simple, painless, and requires no real effort. It took only three visits, and taking some fiber capsules and lots of water along with the massage, to get a seventy-seven year problem under 95% control. I cannot recommend Judy's services highly enough!

I've spoken with several other PT patients and other PTs outside of your clinic and their feedback is consistent: five hours is an excessive amount of time to do an evaluation for a low to moderate complexity case. When I spoke with you about it, you could only give me hypotheticals about why that might be necessary in some cases, but could not give me a clear reason why that was necessary in my case nor did your chart notes back that up. Even now, you're still arguing your position as to why what you did was justified. As a patient at your clinic, my experience is that it is more important for you to be right and collect your fee, than any interest in my care. I tried to explain that to you and it fell on deaf ears, so I felt compelled to write a review so others would know since you seem definitive in holding your position. I hope you are better able to listen to your patients in the future.
