I won't go to any chiropractor now because of them. My back was broken- they took x-rays- but missed it. They told me it was scoliosis because my grandma had it. My back might've healed if they hadn't of pushed on that specific spot on those stupid beds for years. Five years later I said "it's not scoliosis, take another x-ray". They did and it was a miracle! I didn't have scoliosis. They just happen to miss the obvious broken back AGAIN. And you know what they drew a line right through the break when they measured for scoliosis. I'm disabled now because my back was broken for 13 years before anyone bothered to do another x-ray on me. Have been going to Tracy Keim office for at lease 20 years. So many times I have gone into office with terrible situation and left feeling great. I used to get terrible kinks in my neck and shoulders and was always moving much better when I left. They would offer tips on how to hold shoulders what to do to avoid the issues. Had a terrible bout with vertigo once and all it took was 1 visit and it was gone. I've always been greeted warmly and all staff is very professional. I tried to make an appointment for Chiropractic services. The first question the receptionist asked me was if I were Medicare eligible. I answered yes and she proceeded to tell me that they weren't taking on any new Medicare patients. I tried to explain to her that I would not be using medicare as I am still employed full time and have insurance through my employer. She continued to tell me she could not schedule me because I am Medicare eligible but that she would take my information, talk to her office manager and call me back. I saw Dr. Keim for a significant time, and felt he helped me a lot. However, when I tried to make an appointment - I was told that they could not find my records in their new system (it's been a few years) - and now they will not see me since I am on Medicare. I offered to pay out of pocket - but they will not take a "new patient" who is on Medicare - even if they self-pay. (they say the record keeping is too difficult) Their new system (software for record keeping) has now excluded me from seeing someone I know would be able to help me. My wife, son, and I have been here for treatment several times. My wife and I have been to several chiropractors over the years, and chose this facility based on yelp reviews. The treatment was BRUTALLY PAINFUL, and we all have complaints about having more problems after treatment than before. I suggest finding a facility that is willing to use a "drop table" before letting someone jump on your back with all their weight. Dr Kiem has no empathy and poor communication skills, and has caused more damage than the injury I went in to treat. read more

Tracy & Keim will not accept you as a new patient even though paying cash if you are on Medicare. I have never been been refused treatment because I'm over 65. I advised them I would be paying cash and not using Medicare for my treatment but they still refused to see me and attempted to refer me to another Chiropractor. As anyone that has found an exceptional Chiropractor knows, the great ones are worth traveling to or waiting to see. Dr. Keim has been providing compassionate highly skilled Chiropractic treatments to my family for 7 years now. The primary reason I continue to drive my family from Portland to Eugene to see Dr. Keim is because he works extremely well with my young children, does amazing work and really knows his stuff. One example of Dr. Keim's work and specialized knowledge was during a session a couple years ago when he was able to restore my youngest son's hearing and avoid the surgery of having tubes put the ears. With a simple adjustment Dr. Keim was able to release the blocked up fluid from my son's ears which had been preventing him from hearing clearly or even some low tones or soft sounds at all, causing him to have delayed speech development. Normally children with built up fluid suffer from ear infections, however for my son the only symptom was delayed speech. After the very first treatment it was immediately evident it was successful as my son whom was almost 3 at the time arrived home, picked up off the coffee table his toy cow that he had grown up with his entire life. Upon picking up the toy my son gasped out in amazement and held the toy up to his ear and said "It talks!" We didn't realize he hadn't heard the toy before as the toy mooed every time it was picked up. He was just unable to hear it due to the constant fluid in his ears. This made the toy infinitely more exciting for my son. After that treatment my son also started very quickly forming much more intelligible words due to being able to now hear words correctly. Most recently Dr. Keim was able to carefully adjust my 6 day old daughter from the 3 spots she was out of alignment due to going through the birthing process. It was quite the sight to see as the right spot was adjusted and the relief seen on my daughters little face and also heard with the crying that immediately stopped as she was able to relax into the restored alignment. Many of us count on our insurance to help us pay for treatments, or we can't go often. I have been going to Dr. Keim for over 15 years. He looks at your overall health not just your physical health. He saved our family's life...really. I would not trust my health to any other chiropractor or NMT (natural muscle testing) treatment. He save me as I could have gotten on a car crash or suffered a fatal asthma attack (my sister-in-law dies from pollen allergies) I was severely allergic to pollen with severe asthma episodes. I could not even drive or enjoy any outdoor activity. When I went to see Dr. Keim, doctors had put me on steroids because nothing else was working. Thanks to his NMT treatments, I never had another steroid injection, my allergies have gotten shorter and better each year. No asthma at all! He also saved my daughter because she was so allergic to milk and eggs that she was very asthmatic and couldn't grow much.
