But you don't know how much it costs until they ring it all up. And maybe your feet/back/whatever felt better in the 20 steps you took in the store. But for me, that changed immediately. I was back within 48 hours to get re-sized or whatever you want to call it. Also I wanted to return my unused relaxers because FYI this whole system "requires" you to wear these things all the time. I don't and will not wear shoes every waking moment. So I asked to return them and get maybe $500 back (my package cost $1800+). Doesn't matter what you do or try to say, they won't give you money back. This policy is NOT advertised either before or during the whole purchase process. The small print on the receipt is carefully worded to avoid the word "refund". Everywhere else in the modern world offers refunds. This is by far the most ridiculous thing I've experienced. Had this been explained to me during the whole fitting, I would not have purchased them. I've been back three times to change mine out and I still have foot pain (originally came in for plantar fasciitis). Am very seriously considering a BBB complaint. I am lucky in that I have a medical reimbursement account to help with the costs of this waste of money. Maybe there are people out there that truly experienced relief of their problems with Good Feet but so far that seems few and far between. I ultimately had to spend significantly more money seeking follow-up care because the product did not help and, in fact, made things worse. Only later did I learn that custom orthotics can be obtained locally through a podiatrist for approximately $350-$400 out of pocket and are actually covered by my insurance plan. I was able to get a referral from urgent care--information I didn't have at the time of purchase. When I returned to express that I was in severe pain and could no longer walk normally after several weeks of use, I received no support, adjustment, or solution. There are no returns, no accountability, and no assistance, even when the product did not work, and my condition deteriorated. This experience was shocking and disappointing. I strongly encourage others to do research and explore medical options before purchasing here. Oh, and as a side note, even with thick socks their inserts caused a weird itching! This company should be listed as unethical and registered with the Better Business Bureau.

Joe has worked with me steadily for two years as I underwent major foot reconstructive surgery. He's designed custom orthotics, necessary for someone with an extremely high arch, for healing. Then orthotics for post-healing. Then new orthotics when I developed sesamoiditis from overtraining. Joe's a magician when it comes to knowledge of the different materials, how to layer products to get the right padding in the right places for the right strike in your gait. As I've healed, I've counted on Joe as my partner as I get my feet back in shape to train again. His ability to craft something right in the shop while you wait is amazing. You walk in with a limp, you stride out with a smile. These days Joe spends part of his time in Eugene and part in Roseburg for Artisan. As a 71-year-old adventure athlete, I need the best feet for the work I do. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.

In that case, she made up for the lost time. But that was the exception. In a pinch, this place is ok. But it lacks professionalism.
