I was a patient of Dr Krautsack in Naples, Fl. He helped me tremendously. I originally met him at Whole Foods in line and I overheard him talking with the cashier about her back pain,so I asked if he could help my shoulder and he assured me he could- I was previously diagnosed with "frozen shoulder" after an injury. At this point I could not lift my shoulder above 5-10 degrees and could not reach to wash myself. Even getting dressed was difficult because I couldn't lift my arm. It greatly affected my lifestyle,and the options given to me were scary and frustrating.Surgery had been recommended previously as well as months of physical therapy to be completed afterward. I am so happy I met Dr Krautsack before surgery. After a few sessions of adjustments to my neck and shoulder my shoulder had a roughly 50% improvement and I was able to lift my arm to 70-90 degrees. After several weeks of treatment and rehab exercises, which I did at the wellness center and at home each day, I am roughly 96 percent back to normal. I recently moved to California and continue to do the exercises that Dr. Kevin has taught me. I am very happy with the care I received and grateful for a true holistic approach that helped not only my shoulder, but also my health overall. This has been an incredible rehab experience that I cannot say enough good things about! I walked into Emerald City Family Chiropractic to work with Kevin about 12 weeks ago. Dr. Kevin and his team are great at what they do! I was referred to Dr. Kevin and he got my daughter in to see him right away. She had been dealing with sickness and bad health for months. After a trip to the ER for pneumonia, and one sickness after another, fevers, and missing school, I was tired of not getting any answers or solutions from "regular" health care. I have gone to ECFC since fall of 2018 when the VA finally authorized my therapy for bilateral wedge fractured T5,T6 I endured in the US Navy at age 23. The staff and Dr. Krautsack are amazing! I have had three massage therapists and two have been wonderful and well experienced. When I first saw Dr. Kevin I was in severe pain from years of no exercise and poor ergonomics. I was diagnosed accurately with subluxation which was explained using X-rays and a clinical evaluation and began a treatment plan that yielded almost immediate relief of the restricted mobility I was experiencing. I have been suffering with back and neck pain for years. I have been going here for treatment and it has made a world if difference. I had treatment years ago and there is a huge difference in how treatment is done now days. At first I couldn't believe I was getting anything but when done I was not in pain anymore and could walk. I was able to actually stand longer than 5 mins without pain. I have not needed to take ibuprofen except for 2 times when I over did it and it has been over a month.
