No contract, month to month is $50 unlimited. It's a good deal. Checked out a lot of other gyms out there, and this one was the best for price and options available to you. They do personal training also, and when you sign up you can get a free fitness eval and consultation too. Finally, with the app you can check in at the door, AND see how many people are working out there currently.

I used to love this place, but they started using heavy fragrance by way of added air freshener…read morechemicals not only in the automated sprayers in the bathrooms, but also in the overhead fan units about 6 months ago. You walk in and immediately get hit with chemicals, and it's difficult to work out in an environment (esp where asthma or chemical sensitivities aren't considered), and an owner that doesn't make health a #1 priority for everyone. Just go online and you can find that these chemicals are irritants for lungs and mucus membranes. Hello? We're breathing hard in there working out! In speaking with the owner on the phone directly, she made mention that people complained about the bathrooms smelling and thus why they now pump chemicals throughout. The solution isn't to pump chemicals into the entire facility. Keep it in the bathrooms if that's the issue. She wasn't willing to bend on reducing the chemical use. Very disappointing. I really like the atmosphere otherwise, nice people, decent equipment. I Just wish the owner had more tact around keeping the air healthy for everyone, as 15 minutes is about all I can tolerate in this place at any given time.

In my time there I have seen young and old come and workout here with no issues. The gym being as large as it is gives a good selection of things to do. All the equipment is new and very well maintained. However it being such a great gym means more people and your typical busy hours are BUSY. 5-7 pm is a madhouse. If you can swing earlier or later than that I would unless you don't mind waiting for equipment. This gym has free classes that a treated as first come first serve which is very nice. My wife had done their spin class and loves it. Also they have included with membership FREE tans in very nice tanning beds. I believes they have about 8 beds and I have never had to wait for one. That being said if you did have to wait, they have comfortable seating as well as FREE fully body massage chairs in a dim lit room to relax in. I have been a member of many gyms and this one for what it offers at the low price of 25.00$ a MONTH! It's an amazing deal. I have one complaint and this I believe is aimed more towards gym goers than staff. The men's locker room specifically the bathroom side has been very dirty at times. I don't know if it's the carelessness of the members to splash water all over the sink and floor or to not flush the toilets and leave paper towels on the ground but come on, grown ass adults here clean up your shit. This is a very busy gym with people coming and going throughout the day and staff can't singlehandedly stay on top of picking up after all the dirty people. Clean up your shit. Long story short, 25$ includes gym, classes, massage chairs, and tanning. Try and top that anywhere else in the area.

This was easily my favorite gym I've ever belonged to and I have belonged to a lot. The membership is very reasonably priced. The equipment is nice and well maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I will miss this gym.

Weight machines, free weights, bench and squat racks, group fitness studios, lap pool, basketball courts, rock wall and bouldering area, cardio machines, running track, TRX/free training area, outdoor tire flipping space, outdoor turf fields, and indoor/outdoor tennis are all options here. I feel that even at its peak hours, there are open weight machines and spaces to train (knock on wood that it stays that way in January). As far as the equipment goes, it's new and works great. I haven't seen a single piece of broken equipment in my month of training here, and I come five days per week. Additionally, there's a lobby with a huge TV for game watch parties. The staff is very friendly and helpful! If you go to UO, check this place out for your workout! I also believe there are guest passes available for sale for members of the Eugene/Springfield community.

On a Saturday closed at 2:30, 6.5 hours before their posted close, and 2 hours before kickoff of the game their spoiled, entitled brat student employees want to go to, or so they told me when I gave them feedback about the ease with which they close their doors when the schedule indicates they will be open. "I don't want to be here I want to go to the game" - a literal quote from one of the "employees" of this facility.

I am saddened to say that this YMCA no longer prioritizes protecting the youth in its care, nor the staff they employ. Their new facility was poorly built and threw them into not only debt, but an urgency to make money back above all else. They throw people under the bus to protect the "organization" and no longer prioritize people over profit. Disappointed that it has strayed so far from a place of community. I would not recommend a membership here, and would especially not recommend you work here or enroll your children.

They never returned phone calls so I can't cancel my service so I'm paying every month for a service that I don't even use and I don't have time to go in because of my work schedule and I live out of town. Also, it seems like their hot tub is always down as well as their sauna. I just think they should've made it bigger since they had all that property and went to the trouble of building a new one. Very disappointed in my membership

What kind of gym only has one staff member available? Since I couldn't tour, I stayed in the lobby and looked at the equipment within eyesight. After 10 minutes rude Karen TELLS ME I CAN'T DO THAT and that I need to leave. I explained I wasn't bothering anyone and asked why she's talking to a potential customer like this? But she said she wasn't going to argue with me and "At this point, you just need to leave." Jeez. No wonder Planet Fitness has a garbage reputation. I'm so glad Karen at the front desk stopped me from becoming a customer. Just 20 min earlier, I toured a different gym a block away. The staff were kind, respectful, and let me tour and try out their equipment as much as I wanted. I know it isn't too much to have decent customer service!

The YMCA is a great community resource and does a lot of great things with classes, programs for kids, has a pool and a sauna and a Jacuzzi. But my exercise routine for years has been to use the treadmill and then to use weight machines. Planet Fitness has an interesting business model. They take over existing spaces, this used to be a Staples, and it's a really big space. For what I do this really meets my needs. Parking is much easier than at the YMCA. They have duplicates on most of the machines and they're not crowded together. To keep their costs low they don't have classes, fitness trainers, or a lot of other things. There are usually two people working and they are attentive to any questions or problems I've had. If I want the full experience of Jacuzzi, sauna, or other things I'll go to the Y. But just to have my regular workout Planet Fitness is very convenient and it's always clean. Recently I was in Bend and went to the Planet Fitness there. The parking lot was really crowded, it's in a strip mall. The machines were much more crowded together and it felt a little bit claustrophobic. But the staff was really nice and helpful when I had some trouble figuring out the treadmill
