I didn't bother reading it. I was lied to continuously and in my book? That's ample reason for not going back.

I can appreciate a Doctor that doesn't rush you right through, even though I know she has people waiting behind me. And her bedside manner is awesome. It's so comfortable to talk with a Doctor who makes you feel like they're a longtime friend. Talking to other people, I also heard a lot of positive feedback on Dr. Hudson, and it's well deserved. It is my opinion that rex smith is a Sad excuse for a doctor. In my experience he seemed arrogant,…read morelacking patient skills, and may be prone to misdiagnosis. I went to him several years ago. He didn't seem to concerned and eventually ended up diagnosing me with multiple neuromas. He just couldn't say I don't know. He didn't want to treat me because he didn't really know, but he couldn't say that. He told me I should go home and stay off my feet for three or four months and I'd be OK. I asked him if he would write that as prescription for short term disability and physical therapy, but he wouldn't, because he knew he didn't know. He just threw out something that was impossible to do so he didn't have to say he didn't know. I then went to another podiatrist immediately diagnosed my problems as peripheral neuropathy and was able to give me a medication that worked. Thank God there are doctors who know, and good doctors will tell you they don't know if they don't know. There are some really good Podiatrist in town in my opinion, this isn't one of them. If I were you, I think I'd book someplace else.

He gave her a foot orthotic..of course, because orthotics are priced over 110% of their worth. If you want real treatment and a friendly atmosphere, go somewhere else. Because if you choose this doctor and you need something else done, it will be Miss Deville answering your call. I was not impressed and I have been in the medical field over 25 years. Then you have Rex Smith answering your message; and quite frankly, I believe it will be a lazy answer.

I accept responsibility for not walking away from the price, but I was in significant pain and desperate for a solution. I was not informed of the no-return policy. While the staff were polite, the sales process felt high-pressure. After wearing the inserts, my condition worsened significantly. My foot pain increased, and I developed additional pain in my calves, hips, and throughout my body. I ultimately had to spend significantly more money seeking follow-up care because the product did not help and, in fact, made things worse. Only later did I learn that custom orthotics can be obtained locally through a podiatrist for approximately $350-$400 out of pocket and are actually covered by my insurance plan. I was able to get a referral from urgent care--information I didn't have at the time of purchase. When I returned to express that I was in severe pain and could no longer walk normally after several weeks of use, I received no support, adjustment, or solution. There are no returns, no accountability, and no assistance, even when the product did not work, and my condition deteriorated. This experience was shocking and disappointing. I strongly encourage others to do research and explore medical options before purchasing here. Oh, and as a side note, even with thick socks their inserts caused a weird itching! This company should be listed as unethical and registered with the Better Business Bureau.

I've been here twice: once for arthritis in my toes and today for a stress fracture. I'm not even…read more30 so most doctors would look at my toe issues and say it was just tendinitis, but Dr. Hudson did a thorough workup on me, taking three X-rays and diagnosing me with arthritis. I've been able to develop a better understanding of my pain with that diagnosis. I went to see Dr. Hudson today because I suspected I had a stress fracture in my foot. She did another thorough exam on me and determined I had a pre-stress fracture and gave me a boot. I'd rather have that than risk it evolving into a full stress fracture! The staff here are fantastic. They are all so nice and friendly. They clearly enjoy their work and want to help people. The office is clean and pretty easy to find. Appointments do tend to run late even first thing in the morning, but that's pretty normal for any doctor's office, especially a specialist. It can also take a while to get a new patient appointment, but once you're established it's not too bad. I'll definitely stick with Dr. Hudson as long as I can. She's a great specialist and I highly recommend her.

I called six months before to make the appointment and verified my insurance. They stated it was a $80 copay and then at the appointment stated I owed $150 because they couldn't verify my insurance. My insurance let me know it was their billing issue. Dr. Monson was kind at first but left me without any options or holistic remedies which I asked her for. She told me to use Mitchum and possibly the pill with a blood test, I told her I do not like the option of the pill (it's hard on your liver) and she stated "well other than that you will just have to live with it." I am in pain everyday. She didn't even offer to test the nail at a lab. I felt rushed and I was not even called about my refund for the $70 payment. Called to express my experience and was met with defensiveness and no other solutions or accountability. Please go somewhere else she doesn't seem to care. So sad since I was so hopeful for some compassionate healthcare.

My X-rays at the hospital were inconclusive and said that EF&A would get back to me to schedule within a week or two. To my surprise, they called me the next day! I was thrilled as I was leaving the following week to go home for Christmas. The pain in my foot was insurmountable and I really just wanted answers, sooner rather than later. Even without insurance, it would be worth it to finally know what was happening. The day of my visit, I am not greeted. Rather glared at. I stand I front of both front desk "ladies" Jamie and Cindy as they hardly look up from their computers to speak to me. They rudely ask what they can do for me I say I have an appt they follow up with new patient paperwork yada yada whatever. I fill out the paperwork and as I'm doing so they get real close and start whispering about me, not very slick ladies. You might wanna try harder next time when you're in a dead silent office and I'm right in front of you. I hand Cindy the paperwork and she, in the same rude tone, asks me for my insurance and ID. I said I don't have insurance. (As I've stated multiple times on the phone when I was scheduling this appt.) She said okay and I ask what the payment for the appt is going to be, she gives me a range of $150-350 of which I couldn't afford that day unfortunately. I recognize that there's nothing they can do about the price and no way of knowing what it was going to be exactly until after the appt, that's fine. I'm not unreasonable. But what's fully in their control? Their attitude and treatment of their potential clients. I'm highly considering saying F it and going somewhere else because of how rude, unprofessional, and callous these women are to someone who is obviously broke, in pain, and out of options.
