He didn't seem to concerned and eventually ended up diagnosing me with multiple neuromas. He just couldn't say I don't know. He didn't want to treat me because he didn't really know, but he couldn't say that. He told me I should go home and stay off my feet for three or four months and I'd be OK. I asked him if he would write that as prescription for short term disability and physical therapy, but he wouldn't, because he knew he didn't know. He just threw out something that was impossible to do so he didn't have to say he didn't know. I then went to another podiatrist immediately diagnosed my problems as peripheral neuropathy and was able to give me a medication that worked. Thank God there are doctors who know, and good doctors will tell you they don't know if they don't know. There are some really good Podiatrist in town in my opinion, this isn't one of them. If I were you, I think I'd book someplace else.

While the staff were polite, the sales process felt high-pressure. After wearing the inserts, my condition worsened significantly. My foot pain increased, and I developed additional pain in my calves, hips, and throughout my body. I ultimately had to spend significantly more money seeking follow-up care because the product did not help and, in fact, made things worse. Only later did I learn that custom orthotics can be obtained locally through a podiatrist for approximately $350-$400 out of pocket and are actually covered by my insurance plan. I was able to get a referral from urgent care--information I didn't have at the time of purchase. When I returned to express that I was in severe pain and could no longer walk normally after several weeks of use, I received no support, adjustment, or solution. There are no returns, no accountability, and no assistance, even when the product did not work, and my condition deteriorated. This experience was shocking and disappointing. I strongly encourage others to do research and explore medical options before purchasing here. Oh, and as a side note, even with thick socks their inserts caused a weird itching! This company should be listed as unethical and registered with the Better Business Bureau.

I don't and will not wear shoes every waking moment. So I asked to return them and get maybe $500 back (my package cost $1800+). Doesn't matter what you do or try to say, they won't give you money back. This policy is NOT advertised either before or during the whole purchase process. The small print on the receipt is carefully worded to avoid the word "refund". Everywhere else in the modern world offers refunds. This is by far the most ridiculous thing I've experienced. Had this been explained to me during the whole fitting, I would not have purchased them. I've been back three times to change mine out and I still have foot pain (originally came in for plantar fasciitis). Am very seriously considering a BBB complaint. She did another thorough exam on me and determined I had a pre-stress fracture and gave me a boot. I'd rather have that than risk it evolving into a full stress fracture! The staff here are fantastic. They are all so nice and friendly. They clearly enjoy their work and want to help people. The office is clean and pretty easy to find. Appointments do tend to run late even first thing in the morning, but that's pretty normal for any doctor's office, especially a specialist. It can also take a while to get a new patient appointment, but once you're established it's not too bad. I'll definitely stick with Dr. Hudson as long as I can. She's a great specialist and I highly recommend her.

When they finally called, half of the questions I was asking were not relayed, nor could the person whom I was talking to could answer them. Then, then I was in transition with my insurance into activating on Cobra, and the clinic calls me a month before my surgury, at 2:30pm, and told me if I couldn't get it activated by 5:30 pm they were going to cancel my surgery. She might be a good surgeon. I wouldn't know. But, I definitely would not feel comfortable with my pre and post operation care.

Well, my experience was a bit bizarre. I explained to Dr. Monson that I have extreme pain on my…read moreheels and the ball of my feet, she asked me to explain my symptoms and I told her of constant tingling a pain in both feet as well as the pain with the ball and heel. At that point, Dr. Monson latched onto neuropathy and tight shoes, totally ignoring my heel and "ball of foot" pain, and left it at that. I will say that I fluctuate between an A1 C of 6.2 to 6.8, so I am diabetic at times. I also suffered a degenerative disc that might cause neuropathy, but my feet are very sensitive to the monofilament test, so there could be another explanation like bone spurs on the heel and metatarsalgia, which can mimic neuropathy. She never tried to go past diabetes. So, go into an exam with Dr. Monson knowing she might carry preconceived notions without trying to determine any other problem. Another thing to mention. I asked for, and Dr. Monson agreed to diagnose permanent disability for me for federal disability and workmans comp, but when I told her I would give a copy of the diagnosis to my boss, she refused to write it! When I told her to "nevermind" and drop it, she really got defensive. I left feeling that this was a weird and unnecessary Doctors visit.

I have some health problems that make surgery more difficult. He dealt with that and I have had a beautiful outcome from the surgery. I would highly recommend him. I read the other reviews and I have to say that when shopping for a surgeon a small parking lot really isn't a concern for me It's not like he's my primary care doctor and I'm going to have to be seeing him all the time. As for the office staff, theory were friendly and helpful to me. The skill of the surgeon is the deciding factor for me not the office staff or the parking lot.

I was thrilled as I was leaving the following week to go home for Christmas. The pain in my foot was insurmountable and I really just wanted answers, sooner rather than later. Even without insurance, it would be worth it to finally know what was happening. The day of my visit, I am not greeted. Rather glared at. I stand I front of both front desk "ladies" Jamie and Cindy as they hardly look up from their computers to speak to me. They rudely ask what they can do for me I say I have an appt they follow up with new patient paperwork yada yada whatever. I fill out the paperwork and as I'm doing so they get real close and start whispering about me, not very slick ladies. You might wanna try harder next time when you're in a dead silent office and I'm right in front of you. I hand Cindy the paperwork and she, in the same rude tone, asks me for my insurance and ID. I said I don't have insurance. (As I've stated multiple times on the phone when I was scheduling this appt.) She said okay and I ask what the payment for the appt is going to be, she gives me a range of $150-350 of which I couldn't afford that day unfortunately. I recognize that there's nothing they can do about the price and no way of knowing what it was going to be exactly until after the appt, that's fine. I'm not unreasonable. But what's fully in their control? Their attitude and treatment of their potential clients.
