He'd even make me his first surgery each time bc I live abt 4 hours south of Eugene. And that is something I really appreciate! I was shocked when I saw all the 1-star ratings for a place I think has awesome customer service! Like I said I had my left knee replaced in 2022, right hip replaced in 2024 and this year I had my left hip replaced & my right knee. And I have ALWAYS received the best care from my surgeon, Dr. Korcek. Anyone who needs their knees, hips, or shoulders replaced, and want to get the best outcome for your surgery, make your appointment with Dr. Lucas Korcek! I give his card out to anyone & everyone I meet who needs his skills. You will not be disappointed!!!

To even get to care coordination, their phone system sent me round and round in circles wasting my time. All I wanted was to read my doctor's note. When I asked why they couldn't just send me a portal message, Lisa made up excuses that the portal website "is not user-friendly." LOL. My goodness, this clinic is so dysfunctional. I've never been to a doctor office where you couldn't use the patient portal! Talking to Lisa was a deep exercise in patience. I almost hung up a couple times because of how whiny she was and how frustrating it was trying to ask simple questions. She kept repeating over and over "I'm just reading the note" in her annoying valley girl voice. She made no attempt to resolve my issue. Said note from my doctor was condescending and didn't offer any additional guidance or help on my issue. I wasted 30 min getting one message I could've read in 2 seconds online. I asked one follow-up question, but Lisa seemed confused and unwilling to help me. Partway through the call, I made up my mind to leave Slocum. I made an appointment with a different doctor at another clinic, and today's call confirmed that it was the right decision.

After reading Dr. McCourt's CV I saw that he is a very skilled surgeon. After meeting Dr. McCourt, I found that he is very personable and was very thorough explaining what was going on in my ankle. He was thorough with the examinations and the diagnostic tests. Prior to the surgery he explained some of the things that could go wrong with my type of surgery. I have some health problems that make surgery more difficult. He dealt with that and I have had a beautiful outcome from the surgery. I would highly recommend him. I read the other reviews and I have to say that when shopping for a surgeon a small parking lot really isn't a concern for me It's not like he's my primary care doctor and I'm going to have to be seeing him all the time. As for the office staff, theory were friendly and helpful to me. The skill of the surgeon is the deciding factor for me not the office staff or the parking lot.

I NEVER write reviews. Let me preface this by saying that…read more I was referred to Eugene Foot and Ankle after being seen at PeaceHealth for a potential broken foot. My X-rays at the hospital were inconclusive and said that EF&A would get back to me to schedule within a week or two. To my surprise, they called me the next day! I was thrilled as I was leaving the following week to go home for Christmas. The pain in my foot was insurmountable and I really just wanted answers, sooner rather than later. Even without insurance, it would be worth it to finally know what was happening. The day of my visit, I am not greeted. Rather glared at. I stand I front of both front desk "ladies" Jamie and Cindy as they hardly look up from their computers to speak to me. They rudely ask what they can do for me I say I have an appt they follow up with new patient paperwork yada yada whatever. I fill out the paperwork and as I'm doing so they get real close and start whispering about me, not very slick ladies. You might wanna try harder next time when you're in a dead silent office and I'm right in front of you. I hand Cindy the paperwork and she, in the same rude tone, asks me for my insurance and ID. I said I don't have insurance. (As I've stated multiple times on the phone when I was scheduling this appt.) She said okay and I ask what the payment for the appt is going to be, she gives me a range of $150-350 of which I couldn't afford that day unfortunately. I recognize that there's nothing they can do about the price and no way of knowing what it was going to be exactly until after the appt, that's fine. I'm not unreasonable. But what's fully in their control? Their attitude and treatment of their potential clients. I'm highly considering saying F it and going somewhere else because of how rude, unprofessional, and callous these women are to someone who is obviously broke, in pain, and out of options. Maybe keep that in mind that these people are the first impression of this business, and if the doctors are anything like them, I'm good. I'd rather keep limping around a few more weeks and find somewhere else, and upon reading other reviews it appears I'm making the right decision.

I've made more progress with her in just a few months than I have with any other P/T I've seen (& I've seen some for many many months)! For the first time I feel like I'm having actual success with my physical therapy! She's also the first P/T I've seen who made me feel completely ok with the low-fitness level I started at, a very accepting attitude and easily meeting me where I was to help me with my joint instability & muscle weakness. Christine is so awesome, that she's also very busy. It was a wait of several weeks before I was able to get in to see her, (COVID likely helped make that longer than it would've been in the 'before times'), but the wait was absolutely worth it!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christine & Mobility Project Physical Therapy. If you also have issues with hypermobile joints, you NEED to see Christine!

I had an issue with my insurance because of the discontinuation of Pacific Source in Lane county. For some reason, I wasn't automatically transferred to Trillium. I received a voicemail from Mobility Project saying they canceled all my appointments. They did this without consulting me, offering for me to pay out of pocket, or just keeping my appointments on the books for when I got put on Trillium (which only took about a week). I had my appointments booked out for months because of my tight schedule. When I called to reschedule, my spots were taken, so I have to wait over a month now to return when I am in constant pain. I asked to be put on the waitlist, and then they tried to hang up on before I could schedule out further. When I respectfully expressed when had happened, they said "uh-huh." Unfortunately I have to keep dealing with this staff because nowhere else in town treats my specific symptoms. This causes so much anxiety and I feel completely disrespected and dismissed. They have a complete lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed.
