I have nerve damage in three of my toes from my foot being run over by a car so the nerves began acting up again making it hard to walk properly. I called on Friday for an appt. as soon as possible. Tiffany, the recpt., was so nice, she gave me an appt the next morning w/ Marco. I showed up just before 9 a.m. and filled out paperwork and Marco sat w/ me to review my medical history and asked about my foot injury. He was very professional w/ me and instructed me on how the process of the open room w/ multiple chairs works. He said I should walk into the room and select a chair and recline in it and he would be right in. He then asked if I needed to watch the time and if not I could stay as long as I wanted. Marco came in and began putting needles in and then asked me if I wanted a blanket and I responded yes. He brought one over and draped it over me and told me to signal to him when I felt ready to end the session. I must have been in the chair over an hour I was so relaxed. Marco was wonderful and when I got up to leave my left foot felt REMARKABLY better. No stabbing pain when I walked. Day two and my foot feels much better. I'll be going back for more treatments...I really appreciate the sliding scale fee so I can afford to be treated twice a week for the next 3 weeks until I feel 100 percent better again.

She addressed every issue I had, even my TMJ, she was very thorough. She has a simple cash practice, so she is able to spend a lot of time discussing your issues. She is NOT a rack ''em stack 'em DC, as we say in the business, she addresss the whole person. It was exactly what I needed and she will be my chiropractor from now on. It seems Eugene has a lot of auto accident specialists, because they make the most money and are easy to bill without denials. I question the ethics of those practices. Chiropractic should be available to everyone, not just the wealthy. She is the ONLY DC in Eugene with a reasonable cash payment requiring no extensive X-rays or further appointments. Most of all, she is highly skilled in the mechanics of chiropractic and I'm very grateful I found her.Eugene has NO IDEA how lucky they are to have her at such a reasonable rate. My first experience on entering was finding the office nice looking with a calming. The staff was friendly and helpful with the initial intake forms. For me it's mostly been lower back pain and neck pain caused by work instead of a sudden event like an auto accident that I have been seeing Kacy for. On the first visit she asked me some questions about my level of pain and walked me through the adjustments she would be making before doing them to make me comfortable. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I felt Kacy was very knowledgeable which helped with the nervousness of a neck and spinal adjustment. I will admit the first adjustment did leave me a bit sore but feeling better and after the soreness went away I was still feeling the improvement in my lower back and neck. The visits after that initial visit haven't really left me with much soreness. I've been adding massage therapy with Kelly to my chiropractic care, and it's been a game-changer! Kelly combined Swedish and deep tissue massage, which really loosened up those tight muscles in my neck and shoulders, and also helped ease the tightness in my leg muscles. I think the massage is targeting the muscles that caused my pain in the first place, while the adjustments are focusing on the bones, providing lasting relief for my chronic pain.
