The…read morepreop information was excellent and they remind you many times that your post op recovery requires a lot of work on your part. I mostly saw the PA, who was excellent, and I was confident that my surgeon would do an excellent job. Now at 11 weeks out, things are going very well. Their PT center is awesome. As for the center itself, yes, it's a large place that runs efficiently (meaning yes, you might feel rushed), but you also need to advocate for yourself. Show up early for your appointments. Make a list of your concerns or questions ahead of time and take it to your appointment. Follow up with phone calls. If you want to see the Dr. again, make another appointment. I will say that there are room for improvements at the clinic. I found the patient portal leaves much to be desired. The parking lot is often full (allow time to find a parking spot). Most of the receptionists are very pleasant, but yes, like anywhere else, there might be a couple who don't seem to be enjoying their job. Trying to make or cancel an appointment sometimes puts you in a long phone queue, but you can request a call back so you don't wait on hold. I've always gotten a call back within 15 minutes or so. Still, I feel like it's an excellent orthopedic center.

The AI doesn't identify itself when talking to you and doesn't disclose how your voice or data will be used. I never consented to AI. The doctors here are hit-or-miss. Some are fine, but many, especially the surgeons, are rude and dismissive. One of the surgeons Dr. Korcek arrived late to my appointment. He was mentally checked out during my appointment, and dismissed my symptoms. Doctors also don't reply to portal messages. The clinic doesn't receive them for some reason. Then the clinic told me they only have one provider for steroid injections with a 2 month wait which is sad and pathetic. Steroid injections are like, the most common treatment in Orthopedics. That tells me how poorly run the clinic is that they don't hire enough providers. I'm looking to move my care to somewhere I'll be taken seriously and respected.

I NEVER write reviews. Let me preface this by saying that…read more I was referred to Eugene Foot and Ankle after being seen at PeaceHealth for a potential broken foot. My X-rays at the hospital were inconclusive and said that EF&A would get back to me to schedule within a week or two. To my surprise, they called me the next day! I was thrilled as I was leaving the following week to go home for Christmas. The pain in my foot was insurmountable and I really just wanted answers, sooner rather than later. Even without insurance, it would be worth it to finally know what was happening. The day of my visit, I am not greeted. Rather glared at. I stand I front of both front desk "ladies" Jamie and Cindy as they hardly look up from their computers to speak to me. They rudely ask what they can do for me I say I have an appt they follow up with new patient paperwork yada yada whatever. I fill out the paperwork and as I'm doing so they get real close and start whispering about me, not very slick ladies. You might wanna try harder next time when you're in a dead silent office and I'm right in front of you. I hand Cindy the paperwork and she, in the same rude tone, asks me for my insurance and ID. I said I don't have insurance. (As I've stated multiple times on the phone when I was scheduling this appt.) She said okay and I ask what the payment for the appt is going to be, she gives me a range of $150-350 of which I couldn't afford that day unfortunately. I recognize that there's nothing they can do about the price and no way of knowing what it was going to be exactly until after the appt, that's fine. I'm not unreasonable. But what's fully in their control? Their attitude and treatment of their potential clients. I'm highly considering saying F it and going somewhere else because of how rude, unprofessional, and callous these women are to someone who is obviously broke, in pain, and out of options. Maybe keep that in mind that these people are the first impression of this business, and if the doctors are anything like them, I'm good. I'd rather keep limping around a few more weeks and find somewhere else, and upon reading other reviews it appears I'm making the right decision.

I needed more aggressive physical therapy after previous care was pushing me towards questionable surgery. At a frustrating time when our area is depleted of decent medical professionals, it is refreshing to look forward to my weekly appointment. The office is clean and cheery and full of healing. The ladies in charge of my care are professional and get right to the point. They listened to my extensive back story and didn't bat an eye at the sometimes uncomfortable but necessary information pertaining to my medical issues. They took my word for the knowledge I have about my own health and that is rare indeed. We set goals, had lively banter and their physical techniques are skilled and effective. They are swift and organized with scheduling, and their online portal is incredibly helpful for many reasons including reminding me exactly what exercises I forgot the minute I walked out of the building. Excited to see what we can get done in the next few months.

I had a challenging back injury (herniated discs and severe nerve tension) and had jumped from PT to PT over the course of 5 months, with no relief and no advancement in my healing process. Chelsea has made me feel confident, strong, and I've healed so much faster than I had been. Not only am I walking again, I'm lifting weights, working out on the elliptical and hopefully soon will be conquering hiking and hills. Obviously, you get as much out of PT as you put into it, but without Chelsea's expert guidance I would not be where I am today. In addition, Endurance PT came highly recommended to me by my gynecologist...and I'm not sure there are any other doctors who know the female body better than your gyno.

Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward. I was then charged for a no show because I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident that required me to reroute. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.
