Avoid this place if you have invisible disabilities that require accommodation. The PT staff are fine but the office manager and one of the front desk staff are extremely rude. They refused to accommodate my hearing impairment disability and told me "respect is a two way street" when I pointed this out and offered suggestions for how they could help me hear them better, such as stepping closer to the plexiglass partition. I have never been treated so poorly in a healthcare setting in my life. read more

The good: The PTs all explain everything in detail. They are uniformly professional,respectful and knowledgeable. You get to work with just one PT during the hour rather than having to share him or her with another patient and they seem to work on a model of gain without causing pain.You get to work with a different PT each time, so over a period of treatment, you might get to meet 5 or 6 PTs. They treat all ages, children and seniors and everyone in between. Cons: The place feels like walking in to a cheap gym, with loud rock music, a stained carpet on the floor and dark, old rooms. It can be difficult to find an open room, so you might be put on the treadmill until one is available. If the treadmill was part of the treatment plan, great, but more like somewhere to put you when they are overbooked on rooms.You do the treadmill, wait for space, and by then 15 minutes have already passed. I decided to stick it out after surgery because the PTs were great. read more

I have been a Reclaim patient for more than six months for sciatica injury. The two therapists I have worked with, Michael Schwentner and Kristi Hess have been excellent practitioners. Michael has been my ongoing therapist. This is the first time I have needed physical therapy. I dreaded the idea of having someone direct my physical movements. It would smell and sound too much like those awful gym classes in elementary school. To my relief and satisfaction, Michael is one of the good souls on planet Earth. He is friendly, patient, relaxed, humourous and cooperative. He takes my concerns seriously and takes the time to consider -- along with me -- a workable solution. Kristi Hess is wonderful too. She listens to me with concentration and great respect. It is such a glorious feeling to be heard and respected by clinicians! In a few instances, Kristi was perfectly willing to throw out the set of exercises she had prepared for me in favor of addressing the questions I brought with me to the session. This flexibility demonstrates her respect for me -- it is also deeply cooperative. Not a word from her until she felt certain she understood what I was saying and asking. This is high-level clinical competence. Good job to both of you! Not only do you know your pt stuff, -- you are masters of the social dimension of rehabilitation medicine! read more

I give Reclaim Physical Therapy a 5 star plus rating!! The explanations/information regarding my temporary limitations helped me understand why I was in so much pain/balance issues. Falling, loss of balance, no strength on right side, trouble sleeping /walking, was what I was dealing with. I enjoy being physically fit, and it was important to get back to pre injury level, which is where I am now. The staff, Quinn, Mark, Aaron, who were my team, was exceptional!! Mark and his staff are awesome! After a near death accident I received first class p.t. that accelerated my recovery by leaps and bounds. Ask what you can do for "extra credit" exercises outside of their office or at home. They went out of their way to instruct me on proper form, etc. to rebuild muscle mass while bones were healing. Earlier this year, my 5yo broke his Tibia and was in a cast for 6 weeks. He still wasn't walking at all after having the cast off for a week and wasn't responding well to my feeble attempts to help him. As a parent, I felt completely helpless, but that quickly resided after turning him over to the expert, Dr. Mallon. After my son's very first 1hr visit, he was confident putting weight back on the leg and comfortable working on exercises. After 3 visits, he was back to his normal self jumping off anything he can and risking new injuries! My 5yo is extremely shy and barely even speaks to family members, but warmed right up to Dr. Mallon almost immediately. He was excited to go to his "gym" every Saturday morning to work with Andrew. I can't stress enough how thankful we are and how impressed I was with Dr. Mallon's composure, compassion and therapy techniques. We came to Reclaim Physical Therapy after my daughter was in a car accident. The therapists there were encouraging, supportive and were able to help her get back to feeling like herself again. They just screwed me over. post poned leg treatment for back pains that were fixed with a heating pad. explain i didnt want to see them until my leg was able to participate. They now say i need another referal. I was sent there for balance issues. I am appalled. Why wait two months again. I didnt like the doctor anyway...she is so unprofessional" telling me my balance issues were NOT about my leg. 100 percent my ass. I still need help with my leg.. and I am out. what a ridiculous way to treat a patient. that came in with a leg referral. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! steer clear of this bullet if you can. I've been dealing with medical professionals for a long time, including physical therapists, and Reclaim PT gives the profession a good name. Disarmingly friendly, but ultra-professional you get the benefit of one of the finest in the business. Mark, the owner, is highly experienced, and is willing to work with any doctor, forming a team that has your best interests and recovery at heart - it should be the usual way to do things, but it's not. I am not a "reviewer" in fact this is the first time i have posted on Yelp......That said, i was so touched by the treatment i received at Reclaim PT I had to make an exception. It is rare to find any service provider that provides superior service in all areas competence, professionalism, compassion.... So to find all in a healthcare provider was refreshing to say the least. From my first visit i was confident that my recovery was their first concern. Mark and his entire team are the best!
