This is single-handedly the best experience I've had before. I had foot surgery a month ago and am starting PT to get back to dance. I saw Eric and Jeremy. They looked at my foot and moved the toe around to gauge my range of motion and pain levels. They were very gentle and listened thoughtfully to what I had to say. They showed me the exercises that I needed to do at home to start improving and recovering. The thing that really blew me away was how Eric and Jeremy went above and beyond to figure out other issues I have with my body. I broke a rib over a decade ago and it never healed right, and in one minute Eric figured out what was going on and how to fix it. He showed me exactly what happened and I was able to feel it for myself. He did the same for my tailbone that I broke over ten years ago that also never healed and always hurts. I've had PT, X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, and specialist visits, none of which resulted in answers or treatment. Eric and Jeremy are true godsends. They are both amazing at their jobs and they really care. They are very friendly and professional and I felt completely comfortable in their care. I have weekly sessions with one or both of them for the next three months and I am really looking forward to it. These folks really know what they're doing!

I had a challenging back injury (herniated discs and severe nerve tension) and had jumped from PT to PT over the course of 5 months, with no relief and no advancement in my healing process. Chelsea has made me feel confident, strong, and I've healed so much faster than I had been. Not only am I walking again, I'm lifting weights, working out on the elliptical and hopefully soon will be conquering hiking and hills. Obviously, you get as much out of PT as you put into it, but without Chelsea's expert guidance I would not be where I am today. In addition, Endurance PT came highly recommended to me by my gynecologist...and I'm not sure there are any other doctors who know the female body better than your gyno.

Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward. I was then charged for a no show because I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident that required me to reroute. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.

I've made more progress with her in just a few months than I have with any other P/T I've seen (& I've seen some for many many months)! For the first time I feel like I'm having actual success with my physical therapy! She's also the first P/T I've seen who made me feel completely ok with the low-fitness level I started at, a very accepting attitude and easily meeting me where I was to help me with my joint instability & muscle weakness. Christine is so awesome, that she's also very busy. It was a wait of several weeks before I was able to get in to see her, (COVID likely helped make that longer than it would've been in the 'before times'), but the wait was absolutely worth it!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christine & Mobility Project Physical Therapy. If you also have issues with hypermobile joints, you NEED to see Christine!

I had an issue with my insurance because of the discontinuation of Pacific Source in Lane county. For some reason, I wasn't automatically transferred to Trillium. I received a voicemail from Mobility Project saying they canceled all my appointments. They did this without consulting me, offering for me to pay out of pocket, or just keeping my appointments on the books for when I got put on Trillium (which only took about a week). I had my appointments booked out for months because of my tight schedule. When I called to reschedule, my spots were taken, so I have to wait over a month now to return when I am in constant pain. I asked to be put on the waitlist, and then they tried to hang up on before I could schedule out further. When I respectfully expressed when had happened, they said "uh-huh." Unfortunately I have to keep dealing with this staff because nowhere else in town treats my specific symptoms. This causes so much anxiety and I feel completely disrespected and dismissed. They have a complete lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed.

As I was recovering from the dislocation, I fell and injured my shoulder, which resulted in rotator cuff surgery. Following each of the first two surgeries, (hip and shoulder) I received physical therapy on a weekly basis, but because of restrictions imposed by insurance companies and practices of the clinic, the therapists were able to either treat either my hip or my shoulder, not both at the same time. At the end of my allotted visits, neither joint was functioning properly and the second hip was deteriorating rapidly. After the second hip surgery, I began working with Devin. She took a holistic approach to my case, working not only on recovery of all three joints but also addressing the anxiety and trauma that the dislocation and frequent emergency room visits had caused. Our appointments were in my home, where she could show me where and how to practice each exercise. Eventually, we met at a therapy pool and a fitness center and walked around the neighborhood as she gave me tips on overall strengthening and improving my gait. I am currently working toward a hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back, and I firmly believe I owe my recovery, physical and emotional, to Devin.

The Visceral Manipulation she has done has helped me to breathe easier - I have more space to take full inhalations and can exhale further than I ever realized. By then, I had graduated to her strength training program and now I swing kettlebells with her twice per week and see her in clinic about twice per year for regular tune ups! I have gone…read moreperiodically to PT all my life for various sports related injuries and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm 25 and have a hamstring tear. I was assigned to a massage therapist not a physical therapist or a PT associate. I only saw the PT once briefly my first visit. It is clear to me now that this woman is inexperienced with this type of injury. On my second visit she massaged my hamstring (where the tear is) so deeply that I had trouble walking for a few days and was so much worse. I told her that her massage made me worse, possibly damaged my tear and her response was, "I just kept going deeper because you weren't flinching". I actually was flinching she was just talking so much she didn't care to notice. Also that is not my job but actually hers. I told her I had avoided the hamstring stretch for a few days because of how much worse I was from the massage and I was worried the stretch might have also made it worse. Her response "The reason you injured it is because you aren't flexible, sorry to be harsh". She further elaborated that my doctor told me to stretch, which is true but he told me to do super light stretching for mobility purposes. She then told me to reach for my toes. (A super harsh stretch for the hamstring). Since this obviously would be terrible for my tear I told her I needed light stretching and that reaching for my toes would hurt me. I also asked about isometric exercises and exercises that would help with strengthening surrounding muscles. She seemed upset by my asking of this and then proceeded to have me bike and do 4 new exercises. I went from doing nothing to having an extreme amount of exercises with many sets. My muscles were not ready. My hamstrings were so sore that evening and the next day which is also super bad for recovery. Working a torn muscle to the point of being sore is bad for it. She should know that. I had trouble walking again because of her. I am still now worse. Im just so confused by this care. When I asked this woman also about my care and what the plan was for me from the PT I got no answers. this has been a super upsetting experience. This woman harmed my injury in a multitude of ways. I called and canceled all my appointments. I never saw an actual PT or an associate. I have never been to PT place ever where they just assign you to one massage therapist and you never see a PT or PT associate. Avoid this place if you can especially if you're a young person trying to recover and get back to sports.
