***creekside started good april 2023. within 6 moths they turned into an abusive, violator of…read morerules/regs that protect care facility residents. *one admin person is verbally abusive nearly every day for over 26 months and he doesnt care. he now has a newer verbal abuse complaint in progress. *the facility nursing director has a history of verbal abuse, violates state admin rules, doesnt call 911 during on site crimes in progress, allows fire hazards to exist and be ignored. she also has an ongoing multi part complaint. *the admin person has been caught lying in writing, to at least one resident and caused that resident to suffer an over $500 personal loss and is an ongoing state complaint. *admin has lied to residents in order to trick them to change rooms so more beds could be added===more money is their goal. *i personally watched how they treated a memory loss resident like a mushroom. this facility is not listed for memory care. i saw the person try to escape 3 times and fell and hurt himself. it was another fill a bed for money deal. *if you know the federal regs better than they do, as i do, it is threat to them and they will try to do anything to get even.

I can tell you the quality of care you get from everyone you see is genuine, caring, and nothing short of amazing. They have helped get me healed through many car accident injuries, and also through some pain when I had fallen, and broke my tailbone a few years back. Right now I am receiving care from totaling my car into a deer back in June. I am still sore, and the therapists, and massages have really helped get me through. They also offer Pilates, and I think other therapies. I was supposed to do Pilates to help heal my injuries, but I ended up with Covid the end of August, and my schedule didn't mesh with who ever was supposed to do it. So bummer on that. Although years ago I have done some Pilate work through here, and I found it very helpful. They have great equipment for PT. The staff is very friendly, and they do their best to work with your schedule to get you in right away. The PT, and massage is also usually the same day. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for PT. You will get quality care. I have been to other places, and don't feel like I got what I needed from them.

Physical therapy generally seems to fall into two camps when treating chronic pain: solving the…read morepresenting pain, or addressing the underlying movement patterns. From what I can tell (I've had 5 appointments), Staszak PT is focusing on addressing faulty movement patterns which will resolve the presenting issue. I came in with chronic neck and upper back pain, as well as some ankle stiffness. They've been teaching me how to strengthen my TVA and glutes, work on ankle mobility, stabilize an old shoulder injury, and addressing things I've always assumed were just how I was made (I've got one foot that flairs out a little instead of pointing straight forward, and I'm slightly bowlegged). I've been diligent with my exercises, and I'm gradually feeling more stable and also feeling my muscles relax as they don't need to compensate for my poor movement patterns. That's leaving me feeling stronger and in less pain. I've worked with a handful of the staff (Mike and Mary, Emily, Audrey, Tina, Lori, and Shane) and they've all been great. They take detailed notes with each visit, so even when I'm handed off between team members, each person has been versed with my specific situation.

I even learned a few mechanical things about my body I never realized which will help me stay more physically healthy in the long run. I would for sure recommend checking this place out for any needed Physical Therapy.

I recently had total joint replacement surgery and among all the details, I forgot to arrange for…read morephysical therapy sessions afterward. That mistake is in me. At the time I needed therapy, many people were on vacation and couldn't schedule me until it would be too late. I called 6 or 7 offices on the list my doctor's office gave me and no one could help in the timeframe I needed it. After so many "no"s, I was relieved to finally get a "yes" from PT Solutions. It didn't occur to me to wonder why they were so available and everyone else was not. Firstly, let me say I have no issues at all with the office staff. They were friendly, polite and helpful and I hope they all find somewhere better to work. And everything that happened to me was witnessed by the staff, other clients, and my own adult son. My assigned therapist was brusque and impatient with me, even with asking simple questions. If I ever asked if a pain was normal, she'd interrupt with, "Well, there's gonna be pain," or "You knew there was gonna be pain." I'd never had physical therapy and didn't know what to expect, but my therapist seemed irritated if I asked too many questions so I tried to stay quiet. At one point in treatment, this therapist actually laughed at me for crying during an extremely painful exercise. She'd routinely snap at me if I asked if I should continue doing something. There's much more than that, but I don't want to go on and on. This therapist even admitted she'd never wanted to work with people and had wanted to be a veterinarian instead. I wish she had. The final straw was when I came in and she was in a really foul mood, more so than normal. I'd been there two days earlier and gotten praise for my progress, but that day she was angry. Apparently, there was one particular muscle I'd been exercising incorrectly, so we worked on it and worked on it until I was sore, but I just couldn't figure out how to get this one muscle to respond. I honestly tried my best. The therapist blew up at me in front of my son and everyone else in the place. (I know the staff also heard it and at least one other client.) She yelled at me, berated me for not meeting a goal I didn't know I'd had as if I did it intentionally just to p*ss her off, and ended by saying, and I quote," Well, you're not a TOTAL loser, you're at a one out of five!"(On the scale.) Yes. She said I wasn't a *total loser*. I left and immediately called my health plan to see if I'd be in trouble if I never went back. And you know what they said? **PHYSICAL THERAPY IS VOLUNTARY.** My insurance paid for it and I paid the co-pay, only to be hurt, laughed at, embarrassed, insulted, and berated. So. If you have upcoming surgery that recommends physical therapy, please don't make the same mistake I did. Go to the places well ahead of time, interview the people you'll be working with, ask what you can expect, and watch how they treat their clients before choosing one you feel comfortable with. If you see any red flags, walk away and call the next one. Life is too short to pay to be abused. One final note: my assigned therapist is the owner of the business.

They take care of my spouse and I, and our kids, with caring and…read moreprofessionalism. they do focused appointments with hands-on therapy and have many options to get you feeling better. They are very skilled in assessment of chronic or acute injury, thoughtful treatment plans, and referrals as needed. I have never had a bad review after recommending them to someone personally. The front office staff is great, they have a tough job and we appreciate how steady and consistent they are even when faced with a grumpy customer.

I had a challenging back injury (herniated discs and severe nerve tension) and had jumped from PT to PT over the course of 5 months, with no relief and no advancement in my healing process. Chelsea has made me feel confident, strong, and I've healed so much faster than I had been. Not only am I walking again, I'm lifting weights, working out on the elliptical and hopefully soon will be conquering hiking and hills. Obviously, you get as much out of PT as you put into it, but without Chelsea's expert guidance I would not be where I am today. In addition, Endurance PT came highly recommended to me by my gynecologist...and I'm not sure there are any other doctors who know the female body better than your gyno.

Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward. I was then charged for a no show because I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident that required me to reroute. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.

The rest of the time I was doing heavy exercises that I didn't see helped at all. I went in for my back. They did not give me exercises to do at home . I felt the exercises were making my back worse. The thing I didn't like the most was how much the therapists talked to each other. They were constantly talking about biking, their weekend and when they were getting ready for the next weekend. He gave me an exercise to do then walked away to talk to another therapist or to another client. I felt like I was imposing on them. I will never go to Benchmark again.

You can tell they actually care, which makes a huge difference. I was comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Also, the playlist was on point.
