I have nothing against the physical therapists there, they are great. Unfortunately, I have had a…read moreterrible experience with the front desk staff. I had an issue with my insurance because of the discontinuation of Pacific Source in Lane county. For some reason, I wasn't automatically transferred to Trillium. I received a voicemail from Mobility Project saying they canceled all my appointments. They did this without consulting me, offering for me to pay out of pocket, or just keeping my appointments on the books for when I got put on Trillium (which only took about a week). I had my appointments booked out for months because of my tight schedule. When I called to reschedule, my spots were taken, so I have to wait over a month now to return when I am in constant pain. I asked to be put on the waitlist, and then they tried to hang up on before I could schedule out further. When I respectfully expressed when had happened, they said "uh-huh." Unfortunately I have to keep dealing with this staff because nowhere else in town treats my specific symptoms. This causes so much anxiety and I feel completely disrespected and dismissed. They have a complete lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed.

I thought it was going to be a different experience but it was the same ol cookie cutter PT. Yes, Christine is good, but good luck getting an appointment with her! They give you other people, assistants, not quite the same.So tired of wasting time and money, would love to find a real physical therapist who cares.

Let's bring this up-to-date. I fell 10 feet off a ladder, over a retaining wall into 6 feet of…read moreblackberries. OUCH! After emergency room visit, CT scan and X-rays, I was "lucky" to have "just bruised" my kidney. I was really wrecked! in terrible back pain, couldn't walk, or move side to side and the pain felt like an ice pick in my pelvis. The pain pills were worse, making me itch all over...so I was left with Aleve. After a week with little sleep and continuing terrible pain, (worse than childbirth contractions) I called Nancy's office to make an appointment in case my insurance would cover physical therapy, thinking maybe I should know how to not hurt myself further as I slowly healed. Nancy made sure I could see her the next day for "trauma relief". Trauma like car accidents or bad falls mess with everything. She really understood what I was going thru and with her calm demeanor and knowledgeable approach of the soft tissues that I'd damaged, she helped my body and mind reset to understand I could get well again, reduced the pain after the first visit (virtually everywhere) and gave me the confidence to get better. If you have been injured--don't wait--call her office. It's been two weeks now, and I'm still injured but back to 80% of my old self. I highly recommend it!! (Even if your insurance doesn't cover it, try it for YOUR recovery! It's worth it!) --Thanks Nancy from a grateful patient. (Laura was very kind too!!)

This is single-handedly the best experience I've had before. I had foot surgery a month ago and am starting PT to get back to dance. I saw Eric and Jeremy. They looked at my foot and moved the toe around to gauge my range of motion and pain levels. They were very gentle and listened thoughtfully to what I had to say. They showed me the exercises that I needed to do at home to start improving and recovering. The thing that really blew me away was how Eric and Jeremy went above and beyond to figure out other issues I have with my body. I broke a rib over a decade ago and it never healed right, and in one minute Eric figured out what was going on and how to fix it. He showed me exactly what happened and I was able to feel it for myself. He did the same for my tailbone that I broke over ten years ago that also never healed and always hurts. I've had PT, X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, and specialist visits, none of which resulted in answers or treatment. Eric and Jeremy are true godsends. They are both amazing at their jobs and they really care. They are very friendly and professional and I felt completely comfortable in their care. I have weekly sessions with one or both of them for the next three months and I am really looking forward to it. These folks really know what they're doing!
