I'm happy to say that I still feel just as positive about Harmony Massage today as I did after my first visit. Talicia continues to be professional, warm, kind, intuitive, and one of the best massage therapists I've ever seen. I brought my mom to Radiant Health while she was visiting for my birthday. She lives in New York…read moreand gets treatments every month, so she's experienced and not easily impressed. I did some research before booking and found Brita Rogers. My mom has been talking about her session for days. She had a Reiki massage and a foot treatment (reflexology), and she said she felt completely relaxed, calm, and restored afterward. She kept mentioning how peaceful the environment felt and how grounding Brita's energy was. Coming from someone who gets regular treatments in New York, that says a lot. She even told me the reflexology was better than what she receives back home. My mom isn't someone who writes reviews, so I'm doing it for her. She visits every 3-4 months and already scheduled her next appointment with Brita before she left. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom and making her feel nurtured. It meant a lot to me to give her that experience while she was here.

This review is specifically about the sauna. There was no one there to greet me or show me what to…read moredo when I got there. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, and a couple of minutes after my appointment time was supposed to start, I started looking around to try to figure out where the sauna was. I found there was a door to the outside and a sign I was supposed to hang on it to indicate that the sauna was in use. So I went through that backyard and there was a little fenced off backyard area. Presumably this place is private and reserved for you during your appointment time. There were some hooks where I could hang my stuff. Then there was a foot path leading to the sauna. The sauna itself was already warmed up. It was big enough to hold two seated people side-by-side. The experience of the sauna itself was fine, I was in there for about 20 minutes and felt decent after I was done. Next, I went to try to shower. That was when I discovered that the foot path has a lot of broken glass, which is a little disconcerting if you are in bare feet. I would definitely bring flip-flops or shower shoes if you come here. I also found that the handle to the shower didn't produce any water, and figured out that I had to clamber under a tree and across some wet leaves to turn on the hose. The water was so cold I couldn't do more than rinse off super quickly. When I left, there still was nobody there. Soon after I got an email with my invoice/charge. The place inside has a nice relaxing vibe. I have not tried the massages so I can't speak to that. I might try it again, but I would probably come on a warmer day and definitely with some shower shoes.

Usually when we think of change, we imagined a transformation "into", a change of state from our…read morepresent into something other than the self we know. We become something else. With Amber's help, I am feeling this newness, but it is not turning me into something different. I am discovering the "me" that has been hidden, scarred, buried, and barely recognizable. This is not the process of becoming something else, but the best "me" that is possible. Amber has helped me find healing, wholeness, and integration. I have gotten a lot of massages, but none that focused beyond the physical therapeutic benefits. While there is no minimizing the advantages of massages, a combination of reiki, massage, and yoga has changed my life! Through Amber's guidance I am beginning to understand the different energy centers of our bodies, removing any blockage, and allowing the flow of natural life forces. I feel better, body and soul, than I have ever felt. People around me are beginning to comment that they see the changes in me and this translates into benefits to all connected. I am calm, happier, more grounded, and growing daily. Both massage and yoga are an extension of this integrated healing process. Amber is present and attentive. During the massages, I melt into the table as she does her restorative and healing work. After each session I leave deeply relaxed and stay in the space for days after. One of most impactful things I have learned from Amber is to not wait until I am on the massage table to give myself permission to rest and relax. I got home from work several days ago and had an experience that typically would have sent my anxiety out of the roof, and potentially lead to an Urgent Care visit. This time was different. I was able to quickly ground myself and allow the energies I was feeling to run course. From this place of strength, I was able to provide help to those impacted. As the result of working on and opening up my energy centers, my creativity is once again flowing, I am gaining an understanding of myself and a corresponding acceptance I have never had before. I am more gracious with myself and in turn able to extend this same grace and compassion. Amber has pointed me in the right direction and is a very wonderful facilitator for anybody serious about making lasting holistic changes. I am only just beginning but excited to see my continued growth through this process. Thanks Amber for the amazing work! I hope that many more can experience the gift you share!

My aching back really appreciated that great customer service. The location is homey and the studio I was in was spacious with a nicely appointed sitting area. The massage table was comfortable and had an awesome armrest under the headrest that I'd never seen before. My massage therapist Kara was wonderful. She was easy to talk to and I was quickly able to communicate where the worst of my knots were. An hour was nowhere near enough to untangle me, but she was able to hit every major problem area I had asked for and she showed me a couple knots I didn't know I had! Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 5 stars. Thanks again.

It's easy to get to from the freeway, and parking is super easy (except on Thursdays from 12:30-3:30 - street cleaning). She is so affordable that it really enables almost anyone to incorporate massage into their lives on a regular basis instead of sporadically. However! Don't let her rates fool you. This is a woman who is dedicated to the practice and lives accordingly; she is affordable because she believes that money shouldn't be the issue keeping people from taking care of themselves! She is strong and soft in all the right places and at all the right times. She really takes her time going deeper and staying longer in the areas that need more attention, and her intuition as to where these places are is spot on! Additionally, I never feel rushed or hurried to leave as I have with other therapists that practice out of their home. After such a short time together she has completely gotten in tune with my body. This past week I left her place feeling like I was glowing and vibrating and could peacefully and gracefully accept any experience that came up, from the stresses of daily city living to the intensity of birth. She has such a beautiful energy, too. I always feel listened to when we check in before the massage, and she does just the right amount of checking in during, without any unnecessary chatting. I truly look forward to our time together and really want to encourage you to take advantage of her amazing hands and energy before she starts getting booked up months in advance! ps - i'm reposting the same review because my last one was filtered and shouldn't have been.

Would be a very good place for anyone, both people getting their first ever massage and those with lots of experience seeking a physical therapy-level one. I recommended her to a friend of mine, an injured soldier with serious back & knee problems, who said she was one of the best at her skill he'd ever encountered. Super sweet person as well; kind, cool, and easy to talk to. The thing that surprised me the most was how much better I felt over the next few weeks after my visit. Like I was 50 pounds lighter and the entire architecture of my torso had been reinforced to provide better posture, almost like a different person. Everything seemed to finally have been given a chance to breathe. And the price is very fair as well! I'll undoubtedly be back the next time I'm visiting Eugene. Can't recommend this place enough.
