Cheap salon but not as clean as it should be and prices are not consistent. Friendly staff and patient with small children. The first time I stopped in, a few weeks ago when my salon didn't have availability, my daughter had her fingernails and toenails painted with polish polka dots design for $7!!! I noticed the salon was crowded and not really clean. We came back to have all 3 of my daughters fingernails and toenails painted and this time is was $11/each child. The girls all asked for designs (one had a butterfly on each thumbnail, one had zebra stripes and polka dots, and one one had hearts on her big toes). That is still a good price, but not consistent, and of course you don't know until you are leaving and paying your bill. Since I was already there I decided to save myself a trip to my regular salon and get a quick pedicure and eyebrow wax. The pedicure tub had debri in it. (At the end of my pedicure I only noticed her rinse the basin, not sanitize it, but hopefully she did after I left.) She rinsed the debri out and ran water. I began to question my judgement at this point. The pedicure was thorough. She took her time and when it was time to massage my calves she used citrus fruit, strawberries and sea salt. Suprise! If you have an allergy make sure to mention it!! I wasn't asked what kind of salt scrub I wanted, nor was I presented with a menu on options. The fruit felt slimy and i am not sure why it's used. It results in a pulpy mess on the towel below. The instruments are sealed and appear to be sanitized. Overall, the pedicure was good. It costs 26.00 and is much better than what you get for 26 bucks most places. I don't like the not knowing about the tub sanitation, and based on the dirty floors and dusty, unkempt appearance of the salon, I wouldn't return for a pedicure. At this time I'm hoping I don't catch a bacterial infection. read more

I did not like that they were talking well doing my nails my nails where missing part of the powder they also didn't get what I wanted missed spots to where my nail shows they were also giving dirty looks like we didn't belong and were not even from this state welcoming much people never coming here again that's for sure read more

I had the best pedicure of my life here on Saturday! Best/ cheapest pedicure I've ever had everything was very clean the tools were sealed when she opened them and when she scrubbed my legs with lemon and rose pedals, plus callus removal and hot towel wrap all for 25! Made an appt and went with my mom for a girls afternoon. She got a pedi and I got a full set. My tech took 5 calls while doing my nails. Then she complained to another tech, in another language, when I caught a mistake she had made with my polish. The tech doing my moms pedi left her sitting there for 30 minutes while she went to work on another client. I will never go back. Rudest and most ungracious service I've ever encountered. read more

The worst pedicure I've ever had. Paid $45 + $8 tip to "relax" yet they finished both within 35 minutes. When my toes were ready to be painted the pedi lady asked the mani lady to paint my toes cause she had to go pick up her child from school. So no wonder she did the pedi so fast. Did not clean my feet good, mani still had tons of skin that wasn't properly pushed back or cut. She also had to coat my nails 3 times cause the color was thinned out. I don't recommend and will not be back. read more

This salon is terrific. I have been going regularly for 3 years. Care is taken with taking your needs into consideration. The team is friendly and consistent. Cleanliness and breadth of offerings are consistent as well. They have many repeat clients and there is always a happy, open feeling in the salon. They even gave me a Christmas gift last year!! The place was clean and given the other two good reviews, I thought I would try it. I was told to "pick yo colo and sit"...and sat for about 10 minutes. When I finally got my feet in the water, I asked the nail technician if I could soak for a little bit. She told me, "no, that they had to hurry and get customers in and out." No one was waiting for service. I was very put off with the let's hurry up when you're in the chair and get you out attitude. Will never try this one again. read more

I love nail city!! I have been going for years and years, the staff are all friendly. They have recently updated the interior. They DON,T try to up sale every service offered. I always feel pressured at other places I have been. The Basic Pedi includes, things that other places charge extra for. Only go somewhere else when I absolutely have to. read more
