Ambiance- 9/10 Service- 2.5/10 Experience overall: I went to this place twice and the first time the services provided were nice, loved the nails and the artist offered drinks and everything. BUT I'm thinking of never coming back again because of my second experience! The artist this time did not give the correct nail shape, she was being a bit harsh to me for "keeping my nails in too long" under the lamp only to act that way AGAIN when i took it out on the first beep instead (LIKE I WAS TOLD!) and on top of that; when the artist started to do the design on it, IT SMUDGED BECAUSE I DIDNT KEEP IT IN LONG ENOUGH!! I definitely won't be coming back here. I'm writing this to hopefully save someone else the time and frustration because this salon completely wasted mine. I paid for a nail design that was uneven, lumpy, and poorly done. When I noticed how bad they looked after I got home, I came back the next day hoping they could quickly fix them. I was told there would be about a 30 minute wait but I didn't have time, so they told me to come back in a couple days when I have the time. When I came back a couple of days later they removed the design but then told me I would have to pay if I wanted any basic color put back on my nails. I was shocked. I had already paid for the original design, and I was only there because they hadn't done the job correctly the first time... I wasn't asking for anything extra I simply wanted what I had already paid for, or at least a color on my nails!? Instead of making it right, the manager argued with me in front of the entire salon, which was incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional. They even told me I would have to pay again if I wanted the original design redone because they "couldn't do it"?? They ended up putting a nude color on my nails after embarrassing me but I left feeling frustrated and completely disappointed with how I was treated. To make matters worse, two of the nails they redid have already cracked. I've been here before, but after the way this situation was handled, I absolutely won't be returning. I almost got a picture and video of the tech scrolling social media while giving me my foot "massage" that was more like rubbing lotion in. Friendly people but I could not get what I asked for no matter how many times I stated what I wanted they just kept saying what they wanted to do until I agreed. After my mani was complete my nails were so rough and NEVER shaped. I asked for the file and fixed them during my pedi without any offer for them to fix the issue. After she put the white paint on my French tip BEFORE putting under the drying lamp I asked if we could add a tip(extension) to my short big toe nails and she said it's too late. He's the manager and is absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. They're currently running a fall special for $20 off the best tier pedi, and it's not only adorable but so relaxing! The massage chairs are clean, newer models, and give a fantastic massage while they work their magic. This also includes a five minute neck massage which was to die for! This was my third time going there. I really wanted to give it a shot because I'm new to the area and it's in a convenient location. I will start off by saying that the workers are nice from what I've experienced so that is not the problem. The first two times I went there, I was cut many places with substantial bleeding. That has never happened to me before. The first time I was a walk-in and I was helped in a decent amount of time, not too late. However, the second time I went, I had an appointment and they were over 15 minutes late and right now was the third time I was going with another appointment and again over 15 minutes late. This time I decided I did not want to wait anymore because it's showing that the negative experiences I had before were not one offs but rather a pattern of behavior and a true reflection of the salon. When I got up to leave, all of a sudden, the girl who I booked my appointment with, Hannah, was suddenly available. I don't know where she was the 15 minutes before that because I was sitting at her chair waiting and by this point, I was frustrated and just left. I will not be returning. read more

Update: End of the 2nd day, my gel polished nails were peeling. Waste of time and money. Never again. I've tried here twice. Gentleman at front is less than pleasant. Had a different gentleman for my regular manicure with gel polish. He cut my finger and then put super glue on it to stop the bleeding!! Not enough coats were done...you can see the bed of my nails through the polish. No cuticle remover. No hand massage. No cuticle oil. I wasn't offered water or anything to drink. It seems to be under new management. Used to have a bar set-up, but now they only offer beer, wine, mimosas and margaritas. Still a nice selection, but it was a nice perk to get a small cocktail if inclined. I did, unfortunately, have to flag someone down to get some water. I got both a dip mani and regular pedicure. My male tech seemed agitated and rushed through the pedicure pretty quickly. Cold water. Lotion, but no massage. Rough filing. Not enjoyable. The manicure was a different tech and he had a fun personality. Very nice man, but again very rushed. I selected a manicure with massage, but they skipped over that. Luckily I only paid for dip, not massage add on. I understand they were busy, but I still paid $80+ for meh service. There are tons of options in the area, so find a salon whose service isn't so rushed. read more

I do not recommend going here. My normal nail salon was closed and I needed to get my nails done before a business trip so I came to this location because it was close by and not busy that day. While the manger was very friendly, both of the techs were horrible. The nail tech continuously burned my fingers with the drill bit and dismissed my requests to stop using it. My cuticles were cut and my nails hurt. The nails lasted less than 2 weeks before they started falling off. For my toes, I had to remove the gel polish due to pain on my toe, only to find that my entire nail had deteriorated due to some issue I can only imagine was either a cut when trimming the nail or uncleanliness of the salon. I am unable to have my hands and feet done right now while I try to give them time to recover from the damage done at this place. read more

Usually this place gives me no problems, but I like to note things that bother me and affect my experience. 1. Joy did my pedicure. She did not ask if I wanted my nails cut down (I didn't) and she cut a piece of skin from my toe. Now I have to walk around with this ugly nail shape that I didn't ask for until my nails grow back out. 2. Nina did my gel manicure while I was getting my pedicure. The lamp was on a pillow on my lap and kept moving obviously when I had to move my legs in and out the water and she kept making it seem like it was my fault the pillow was moving. 3. Barely any clean-up on my manicure. It was sloppy. 4. I picked a color I normally wouldn't because of 4th of July, so I picked this patriotic blue but I dislike it even more because of the shape of my nails. 5. My pedicure wasn't warm at all and my feet spent a total of 5 minutes in the water. She said she didn't know how to explain it and put a warm towel on my legs to compensate. That is not part of what should be my pedicure! 6. The ONLY positive of my experience today: two complimentary mimosas on my empty stomach, because I am NOT happy today. It's a good nail salon, just beware of certain nail techs and speak up if something isn't going how you want, because some of these ladies will do anything. It took me 2 months to get my nerve up to go somewhere to get my horrid do-it-yourself COVID nails fixed. I had a 5:30 appointment. As soon as I entered the salon, I was rushed to pick a color and then rushed to the nail tech, Tina. As soon as she saw my nails, she started talking very loudly to her coworkers. They all started laughing and one by one came by to look at my nails...laughing the entire time. At this point, I had asked for a glass of white wine. A half hour later, I asked again for a glass of white wine. Meanwhile, Tina isn't speaking to me at all. She seems very agitated and is handling my hands really rough. Again, I ask for a glass of white wine. I start over complimenting Tina to try to lighten the mood. The salon staff keeps waking by one by one staring at my nails, speaking in another language, and laughing all at once. AGAIN, I ask for a glass of white wine. Tina has not actually spoken to ME at all at this point. She just continues to man handle my hands, speaking in a different language loudly, and her coworkers are laughing...This time I DEMAND a glass of white wine an hour into my appointment. Tina seems extremely irritated as she stands up and orders the receptionist to get me one. She starts rushing through my full set as she sees her coworkers are leaving to go home. By this time, I'm so humiliated and angry that I just want to leave. As I'm checking out, Tina is standing right beside the receptionist, staring at me as I'm signing my cc receipt with her coat and purse in hand. I assume she was waiting to see what I tipped so she could collect it before she left...COMPLETELY unprofessional and mean staff...what was supposed to be me treating myself and feeling better turned into an absolute NIGHTMARE. Also on multiple occasions I've made appointments and upon arriving I still have to wait 30-40 mins for my tech that is "just finishing up" with another customer. There is no point in making an appointment ahead of time if you still have to wait as long or longer than walk up customers. Every time I have tried this place, I'm left in disappointment. I made an appointment to have a pedicure and dip done. They had me do them separately when I asked for them to be done together. When I asked, they said they were short handed. I'm a very understanding person but when I see a lady who came in after me sit down across from me and have both done for her at the same time, I get a bit annoyed. Pedicure was mediocre... Literally a week after I got the dip powder with tips, they started lifting. When the nail tech was applying the tip, you could tell she didn't feel confident about the glue she was using. I also had to ask her to fix things multiple times, she didn't go all the way to the cuticle. When I left I walked to the dollar tree next door and bought a nail file and tweezers to fix her mistakes. My nails didn't look freshly done, it's almost as if the looked a week old from that point. I could go on and on but I'm highly disappointed when I'm spending good money for crap. The only highlights are the full bar the the receptionist, she is super sweet and attentive.
