To be very honest, I never ever leave reviews. But this was probably the worst nails I've had in a long time and also they charged me over 74 dollars for nails that have hairs in all of them. I even showed them. By the way y'all they said a full acrylic nail was originally 45, HOW DO YOU ADD ANOTHER $30 ON TOP OF THAT ????? Normally it's $5 for length and $5 dollars on color. My friend who came with me had also asked for long coffin and ended up with short crooked nails, who was also charged $72. The lady who did her cuticles and the said she was gonna charge her $5 when she didn't even ask for that.The only really good thing I can say is that the woman who did my nails did a really good job on the shape and length other than that. Im not coming back. Make sure you know what the price is gonna be before you get your nails even started on. Nailed It is the perfect place for a quick and quality manicure! Christy did an excellent job with my gel manicure. I made an appointment and she seated me right away after I arrived. She is very meticulous about her work and is super friendly! She even had me remember my nail polish color in case there are any issues so that I can come back and get it fixed. I love "Nailed It!" . I've been going there since they pretty much opened the store, and I couldn't be happier with the results that come out of my manicures and pedicures. I usually get Christy for nails and Van for toes. Christy is AMAZING at nail art, and Van does an extremely good massage. I will say it's a bit expensive, but it is worth it! I like this place- but it could be a lot better. First the owner told me to sit at a chair, I started taking my rings off and she said, "why you do that? No one told you do that!" I always take my rings off so it's easier to work with my hands. I was then (finally) assigned a nail tech after about 15 mins of waiting. The owner never offered me anything to drink and neither did the tech. I picked out a dip and my nails look nothing like the sample. They're supposed to be white with silver specs but they are completely stacked on stacked silver sparkles and are tacky. When i showed the tech and she showed the owner, the owner blamed it on the tech! Saying she didn't shake the powder correctly. How unprofessional! She did mix the powder- the issue is with the sample nails and not the tech. The owner also spent 10+ minutes speaking to my tech in Vietnamese right in front of me- which is very rude and unprofessional. After all of that I was not given a discount for the incorrect color. I will not be back- especially since they charge more for a dip than the average salon, Update 2/12/20 Mmuuccchhhh better!! I went in this afternoon for a complete different experience! My nails and toes look fantastic and the massage on my pedicure was top notch. The tech even asked her manager to check her work on my ingrowns which was awesome! However they only have one tv and it's not where you can even see JT her they have the volume turned up on it and not music. I've gone to this establishment 3 times. The first time I got a simple pedicure and it look great. But the 2nd and 3rd time I had gone I got dip acrylic nails. Both times my nails cracked or broke within a week. I paid around 50 dollars both times and normally when I get my nails done any other place it lasts for about a month. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the work I had done. I decided to get tips and a dip. The place is cute and it's open 7 days a week. The first person who started on my nails got glue in uncomfortable places on my nail bed, basically glueing my skin too. Then the next person started and she ended up hurting me many many times. She ended up using the electric file and hit my skin on a few fingers. She apologized for hurting me but I felt that it happened because she was rushing. Less than two weeks later when zipping up my pants one of the nails went flying off. To say my nail underneath is in bad shape is an understatement, but that's not a surprise. What is a surprise is anyone who knows about dips knows that it's not easy to get off. For this to just take off the whole nail, not one little bit left is a shock. I also am not hard on my hands due to my health. I can't imagine at all why this happened. Now I'll have to go to a different salon and have to have all my nails re-dipped since I've no idea what color is currently on them. I also have no idea if the tips will last or this could happen to more fingers. I wish I could remember the nail tech's name. Just know I will NOT go back to this location for any reason. I've gone to other Nailed it locations in Dallas with a similar name that were amazing and they lasted. The only positive thing I can say is they don't over charge like some places. But beware of all the above AND that even with only two other customers in the place I still had to wait 10-15minutes. Plus your work may not last more than two weeks and because the nail flew off ripping off my a big chunk of my natural nail underneath. My natural nail is almost 100% gone and it's painful. I'm not even sure anything can be done in this finger in the future since it's less than 1/2 of my real nail left and I wouldn't want something glued to skin. read more

Diana has actually only been with NailedIt for 6 days (today is February 20, 2019) but she is well seasoned and used to live in Charlotte, NC (where we also lived for a brief time). This is so important because she has that "southern know" and approach with an array of techniques that look classy and feel so good. Seriously! I can't brag enough about this dip--it's not too thick and not too thin but right in the middle and still extra strong! I candidly was NOT impressed with the gentleman who did my nails there before her--but she is a significant technician who took her time with me and was an absolute perfectionist and it shows! I've been going here for years and lately the service has been terrible. they are unable to match the colors for your nails and toes and they are in such a rush they won't use the same polish for both. I came in this morning and when doing my nails I picked out my color like normal and while doing my toes he showed me two of my toe nails had cracked under the polish so typically in the past they have put acrylic on it to even the nails out to look normal but instead he waited until the end to tell me that the paint is going to chip off in a day or so because he painted the skin.... And to top it off they couldn't even get the polish to match. Instead of waiting so they could use the same polish to ensure it matched they rushed and screwed up the color. Then looking at my toes more they were not even clipped correctly. I'm so disappointed in the service. It has really gone downhill. read more
