I have been coming here for a little over a year. I moved from Keller to Grapevine and I don't like changing nail or hair salons so I kept going to the same place further into Keller. It became harder to get an appointment there so, out of frustration, I called D'Nail (saw it as I was leaving Hobby Lobby) and Judy welcomed me to come right in. No wait. She did an awesome job that day! She and Tracey have continued to do such a fantastic job each time. I had a second home in Denver for a while and would wait until I was back home in TX because they do such a great job. Worth the wait! Worth the time! They've replicated Pinterest pics for my engagement, wedding, reception and other important occasions. It also helps that they're SO sweet! They know my name, ask about my kids, husband, etc. I'm glad it's not real busy, but honestly surprised because they do such a great job, and at reasonable prices. read more

They did a decent pedicure with a fair price. It's not the best pedicure I've had but a good one. The salon is a pretty good size and I didn't have to make an appointment. Just walked in and employees were super friendly. read more

Was at the dr & needed my mani/pedi & my brows waxed so stopped by here to try it. Haven't been since it has a new owner so it's been a couple of yrs. Everything looked nice & clean inside & was tended to right away. Showed them a design I wanted on my big toe. ( yes I'm one of those chicks, sorry not sorry) She said not problem. I also requested no exfoliating scrub because I had just gotten a spray tan the day before, she also said no problem is lotion ok? I said yes that's great. One of the ladies gets started on my hands the other on my feet & we are off. The lady doing my hands convinces me to do the design on my ring fingers too so it will match even though that's not my norm. She try's her best to do the design but it looked nothing like the pic. I didn't say anything. The lady handling the pedi finishes up & says she will do your design pointing to the manicurist. Wonderful. The manicurist gives up on the ring finger & moves on to the big toe. When she decides that's not working she takes all the nail polish off the 4 fingers with the designs & paints them again. She tells me another women who is currently doing someone's nails will be over to do the designs in a moment. I said no problem. I felt bad though because I usually don't choose hard designs. Meanwhile she waxed my eyebrows. The 1st pull she pulled funny & my left eye began to water. In my 32 yrs of getting eyebrows waxed has that ever happened, but I think maybe she was still shaken up about the design. After that 1st pull everything was easy peasy & we were on our way. Brows came out great! The 3rd lady came over & did the design on my big toes & it came out almost exactly like the pic I showed them. Now my ring fingers were a different story. It had already taken so long I had said just put polka dots to match, but she said we will do an easier & smaller flower. Ughh ok. I knew what she was going to do. Now I look like I have a kindergarteners hands. Lmao. That's ok they look great & those ladies really went above & beyond. read more

Ask yourself, how much time do I have to get a manicure and pedicure. If that answer is 2+ hours, then this place is for you. First time I came, I thought 2.5hrs, hmm...maybe it is a one off. Second time I visited, 2+ hours again. Now I felt bamboozled. The job turns out well, but unfortunately, they only had 1 lady doing manicures, and 2 doing pedicures. I sat in the chair soaking my feet for 30 minutes before a lady figured they should probably get started on soaking my hands. Another hour passed and I was fully committed now because I had the foils on my fingers. At this point, I really just want to walk because I still had not been seen. I really wanted to give this salon my patronage since it is a salon next to Old World, but dang...hard to support when the appointment lasts longer than a movie. One woman came in and asked if "they had time", I wanted to tell so badly, "the question should be if YOU have time". I have never been there before, and because I didn't check off "manicure" as an extra service, she only did dip. I didn't get an actual manicure. I picked out a specific pink for my nail color, and she ended up doing clear with my ombre nail. Not what I asked for. And the lady who did my pedicure left significant gaps in the color. Tracy ended up fixing up the color, but she was not careful with the LED light and bumped one of my toes. I expressed dissatisfaction with this, and she said it wasn't a big deal. She could redo it if necessary. Well, it is a big deal. I want someone who pays attention to the details, which she and the other woman did not do. I asked to look at my toe afterward, and she said it looked good. No, I am the customer. I decide what looks good. I also did not like that the pedicure woman started to lotion and massage my legs before she let a foot dry. You can easily get dust or mess up a toe like this. I asked her to wait to do that, and she did not listen to me. Just not impressed and will go back to my regular salon in Dallas. I might try them again if I am in a pinch and really need my nails done, as the dip color came out good (just wish she did my cuticles with a manicure) and the color on my toes is decent even though I had to ask for them to be repainted. read more

I used to love coming here and always recommended this salon to others. Recently I have been very dissatisfied with the service. I always get dip and in the past have had no issues. The most recent time I got my nails done the tech seemed extremely rushed and only did two coats of dip. Within a week of getting my nails done 3 fingers had broken pretty far down on my fingers. It was extremely painful and I hope no one else has a similar experience to what happened to me. I won't be returning. read more
