I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time (a total of 40 minutes waiting). This only frustrated me because I booked ahead of time and had a doctor appointment and gave myself plenty of time based on my appointment time. The gentleman was friendly and did my nails. But I could tell no one checked my appointment request because he didn't know what I wanted. Which I can understand because things get busy. I'm very disappointed in the end result. I have provided pictures. The power is all over a few fingers, one nail is not straight and lots of build up around my cuticles. This was my first visit to this place and I could tell them had regulars.
