All I have to say is book with Kennady! I came in for a Brazilian sugaring wax, and let's just say... I was very overdue. I walked in mentally preparing myself for pain, but Kennady completely changed my expectations. I don't know what magical technique she used, but the wax was almost painless. Seriously. There was only one strip that stung a bit, but honestly, it was nothing compared to what I was expecting. Kennady clearly knows what she's doing. On top of that, she was such a pleasure to talk to. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, which is not always easy during a Brazilian. She's warm, professional, and really knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through aftercare, and I actually learned a few new things (education is gold, and she definitely delivered!). Bottom line: I'll only be booking with Kennady from now on. Being from California, I never went to big box locations, as it usually just felt uncomfortable, like I was another number. Welp, I was right. About a year ago, the lady I was recommended was so awful, it never looked clean, it was very painful and I always had to go back for touch ups. I've never had to do touch ups before. I tried her twice to see if it was just me, nope after I told her no during my second wax, she continued to focus on the area I was already sore from her pulling the wax before it was dry, I had to physically grab her arm and tell her no. I had never been ignored as a client. Luckily she was to go in maternity leave soon, so I tried another lady. After asking over the phone for someone very experienced I was given a newbie, which u didn't realize until my appt: during and after the service.. I could tell. She did a good job but was painfully slow and you could tell not quite confident. I wanted to try someone else with more experience and got another relatively new wax specialist- Aaliyah, she was awesome. Very sweet and kind. No touch ups needed z Unfortunately she left soon after, so I was back to the drawing board. I tried the young lady who was slow again, even though it was good and looked ok, not a great experience. Again, I'm new to the area. So after another attempt, I got Natalia. She was wonderful. Very clean work and took her time. Shortly afterwards .. she left. I was beyond over it by now. I had gone through 2 bad wax specialist and a few novice wax specialist. And it was obvious... as the learning curve with a new client can take a few times. I was very close several times to just leave and never come back but I didn't know where else to go. I believe it is the company's business to keep good talent and to retrain many who may have gotten stagnant. I spoke to the manager and supervisors each time I was referred to someone else who was great. After being there about a year and having about 8-10 waxes I was over the center. They greet you as if you have a session. It's an appointment. They try to sell you product and always ask about package deal. How about you focus on keeping your employees happy and supported and focus on the talent and retaining customers. If anyone wants someone wonderful, let me know. But please do not go to any of these facilities as it's just another number without true customer service.

My husband had a quick men's mani/pedi which left his hands and feet moisturized and clean. My pedicure was great, I did an aqua color which I enjoyed and then I originally asked for a chrome aqua color for my manicure as well, but changed my mind to get a chrome orange after she shaped my nails. Not sure if me changing my mind made my manicurist forget that I also wanted chrome, so after doing my complete set, I had to have another lady take all the color off and start again because the chrome was supposed to be the first layer. Had I realized this (I rarely get my nails done so I don't really know the process), I would have spoken up before she got so far along.
