I've been eyeing this place for a while since it opened a couple of years ago. What are the chances that I am that lucky to like a nail salon so close to home? So finally a couple of months ago, I found myself there after making an appointment. The tech that did my nails was clearly in need of going back to bed and the results reflected that. I couldn't determine if she was tired or sick but bless her. The only time she said anything and showed any emotion was when she cut me for which she apologized. My manicure looked good from the top view, but the skin under my nail beds were glued to it on every single finger. All of them. It was almost comical. At the encouragement of one of my staff at work, who swears by her tech there, I came back. I didn't request her tech though, but I made sure I didn't get the same one as before. It was a guy this time and he did a much better job. He was quick and efficient. He did not cut me (yay!) which I appreciated and told him so. What a blessing to have Sue and Alex slay my daughter and my nails! We went on Sunday March 13 2022. They were quite busy but got to us very efficiently with kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. I have taught myself to do acrylics at home but wanted a nail salon treat for me and my daughter as a reward for her recent accomplishments. Well, and she also wanted a custom set which I'm not that skilled at yet. No matter how busy they were, they greeted all customers promptly and worked very hard! This was a quick and great experience. I felt so bad that Sue's stomach was growling from her putting customers before any kind of meal break that day. I promised her I would become a regular . Me and a friend went in for a pedicure the person who did mine was Thuy T she left me sitting in the chair for 40 minutes then when she started my pedicure she talked to her friend the whole time and rushed through the pedicure she even stopped completely to carry on the conversation I had to remind her I was still in the chair and that bothered her. I usually go here every month and get my toes and nails done and love them every single time, but today I don't know what the deal was but I had requested a certain color and they didn't have it and so I requested to see more and it's like they were impatient cause I was looking for a new one , finally I decided on one. I have no actual shape to them , it goes from one side sharpe and square to round on the other side, I also have both ring finger nails that are longer and wider than the rest . Well.. Tina is vacation so I made an appointment and came in a little early like I always do. It was the worst experience. Very hurried , I literally have the dip color all over my fingers and he burned and nicked multiple times. They are uneven and I paid 150 for this crap. If you were in that big of a rush then you should tell people your busy. Don't rush and hurt the client or maybe stop looking around at everyone and concentrate on my damn fingers. read more

They charged me 10 for tip when i wasn't even putting acrylic on they were just paint my natural nail how stupid to be charged that. Idk why but it always take them 3 hours to do nails that ridiculous. They also burned my nail 3 times with the drill and got mad when I pulled away when it burned. Mind you I got there early around 1:45 ish. They had no time management and two employees where just standing around talking. Walk in got started before me. Horrible experience and a waste of time. I just happened to be in this shopping center & noticed the 'Sale' sign, so I decided to give it a try & I'm sooooo HAPPY that I did!!! Everyone was very sweet, friendly & eager to be helpful. They have a full bar; which is unheard of at nail salons. I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down, and then got a refill TWICE, before leaving. I got a pedicure & a leg wax; both were the BEST I've ever had! My tech went above and beyond with my hot stone leg massage; it was fantastic. The same tech also did my leg wax; she was very gentle & kind during the entire process. Also, I must mention that they have the highest quality massage chairs that I've ever used at a salon. The chair has deep tissue settings that really got in there to work the kinks out of my back; I was truly appreciated! I will absolutely be coming back!!! read more

HORRIBLE!! Do not go here. My daughter went to get her nails done for a photoshoot. She showed them a picture of the color she needed. It was all wrong. They STILL charged her $17 for a simple polish over her own nails. When I came inside and told them we were not happy with this. She just removed the polish and told her to go to Sally's and get the right color. Horrible business! This is the only solution they had for us. We should of been offered a refund and went to a different nail salon. They are known for treating black women this way completly racist. read more

Well if I could give this place negative stars I would . I arrived at this location and no one was at the front , it was messy they have little papers we are supposed to fill out but I wasn't sure what I wanted so I waited for about 5 min then just filled myself. Still no one came up to greet us I just stood there waiting one of the nail techs came up to the front to check out their client ,still didn't acknowledge me or my friend are the someone else came up and finish checking the other guest out and took our papers then that was it . By that point it's was about 15 min so we sat down and started to wait. I waited about 5 min before I asked the people next to us how long they have been waited which was 45 min so I decided to leave. The one reason I decided to go here because my friend did her nails her about 3 week ago so we wanted to go back big mistake. We left and went to Modern nail Bar off of beach street (a much nicer service) one their the nail tech at modern nail bar was removed my friend nails that she got done her and noticed that I they had file down her nails way too much. The first few times I went here I was happy with the results. I've gone both as a walk-in and with an appointment, and I did wait a little longer when I just walked in. One issue I have is every time I've been there, I have 2 new technicians I've never seen before doing my nails and the one I wanted to ask for seemed to be nowhere in sight. No one wears name tags and doesn't introduce themselves so I have to ask their names each time I go in. However, the last time I went the technician who did my gel French manicure did a terrible job! My nails were a mess and my cuticles were even worse. She rushed through the job and I felt just didn't seem to care. There are too many nail salons around here to give that kind of service. From the moment you step in there is confusion going on. The guy behind the register asks me what I'm getting, I say lip and chin, he signals me to follow. As I'm following, an older gentleman asks me what I'm getting, I had to ignore him because the other guy kept walking rather rapidly. So I'm led into the waxing room. The room is dark and he doesn't turn on the light. There is a tissue for sanitary purposes on pillow, It's been used. I remove it and lay down. I fell asleep waiting...I am awoken 30-40 minutes later by the lady who will wax me. She only waxed the sides of my lip and chin. She didn't wax above my lip, under my nose, or right under my lip. She kept stepping away from the wax to yell from the door. Communication is lacking. I definitely wanted to have a good experience since I live nearby. Save your money and drive to another location. read more

I have never been to a nail salon that charged to take the nails off since I got them done there. I will not be going back again! They should take nails off as a courtesy and not charge especially if you got them done there! read more
