Kim seems to not care much for customers and her staff especially the girl with tattoos on her arms Ty, she is so arrogant and rude. The quality is worse than my 15 year old doing my nails. I am new to the area and was looking for a good place to get a fill and pedicure and based on the reviews I decided to go with this place instead of the rest on the map. I walked in and I'm greeted by Kim I waited a good 30 mins but I didn't mind the wait because they were short staffed and understood completely. When it came to Kim working on my nails I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she acknowledged it (it was a bright orange and nude mix) and asked if I wanted dip powder or gel, I asked for gel. She gave me so many options it was a little overwhelming and when I would choose a color she would say she only had it in dip powder (keep in mind she gave me the colors to choose from) I kept telling her I wanted a nude or a cappuccino and she kept showing me everything but nude. I finally go with one that I found but was too dark to be a nude but I was willing to work with it. She began to paint 2 of my nails that dark nude color and then remembered that the picture I showed her had 1 orange nail but it so happened to be the one she had painted on. Mind you I didn't pay attention because she had me choosing a pedicure from their pamphlet so she got annoyed that she had already painted the 1 nail and removed it. She began to paint the 1 bright orange nail and I stopped her because I didn't like the combination of the two as it was not nude. This is when everything took a turn she told me I could go and get my color elsewhere and I said no let's just not do the orange and go with that one other color. She continued to tell me that I should just go to a different nail salon that had more nail color options and I said excuse me? I didn't ask for a crazy complicated color I asked for nude but thank you I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I don't know if she was the owner or manager but she could definitely use a little bit more training when it comes to doing what she does for a living. I've been to different nail salons and if they can't do something they let me know in the beginning or if they don't have that specific color they look for one that's close to it. They don't send customers away or tell you to purchase your own. I completely understand that everyone has different colors and brands but a go to nude should be an option at every nail salon. I hate that I had this experience because I was definitely not expecting to be treated that way when I feel I was being more then understanding to everything. She charged me $50 for a fill and $25 for my pedicure. The pamphlet said $19 for a regular pedicure but I just paid it because the pedicure lady (I think her name was tammie) was nice. I wouldn't recommend going to Kim if you don't know the exact name of the color you want that they offer because she is not one to find one for you. read more

I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. In addition, the nail polish selection for dip, acrylic, and even gel was lacking. Anyways I went there to get a dip manicure. I sat in the chair and was handed the book of colors for dip. There was about 50 ugly colors and I was not going to get something I didn't like and stare at it for the next two weeks. So I asked if they had more colors and the nail lady flung the loop of swatched nail colors at me in the rudest way possible. I ignored it and continued to look for a color. Another customer sat in the seat next to me, and wanted to do dip as well. I had picked a color out of the ring and was ready , the nail lady grabbed the book and ring without even asking me what I wanted and gave it to the other customer next to me. I ignored it. What I couldn't ignore was when the nail lady said to the customer next to me and I quote, " I'm glad you don't take 30 minutes to pick out a nail color". The nail lady continued to gossip about me from 5ft away. The other customer was so shocked she didn't say anything. I've never experienced such rude service from a nail salon, don't know if she was having an off day or even if it was because I'm a person of color. The time I sat in the chair and went through all the dip colors they had was in the span of 15 minutes which is the most ridiculous thing about this. Never again. read more

This is my sister's go to nail salon. I cam in for a no chip (which in Texas is called gel...who knew) and a pedicure. While they were doing my pedicure, Mandy, came along and did my no chip, so I did not even have to leave the comfort of my relaxing massage chair. I also had a glass of wine. Went with my adult kids and dad - we all wanted day-after-Thanksgiving pedicures. This was a drive for us, but I'm so happy we went. Everyone in the salon was super nice, great atmosphere, ready for us at our appointment time, clean. We all left relaxed and happy. I can't say enough how well they took care of me. I was looking for a new nail salon home because I recently moved. And was beyond exhausted and needed a pick me up. I'm disabled and suffer with chronic pain so getting my nails done is a treat to make me feel better. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and made me feel at home. They do accept appointments but depending on walk ins, appointments still may take long based on my observations. No prices were middle of the road not super expensive but not super cheap. Took almost an hour for someone to get to me for just my pedicure. While I watched two people that came in after me be helped and they kept telling me that someone would be right with me then got my nails done with the dipping powder and all in all took about 3 1/2 hours which is ridiculous. Then tried to overcharge me because they did not tell me that it was extra for XYZ and I didn't get anything super special done to my nails. Found my new nail place! (Just moved to this part of town.) Friendly people, very clean facility and instruments are in a sterile wrapper. They have wifi which is always a plus and offer a variety of drinks. The white wine was tasty! Prices are reasonable and the staff take their time to make sure you like your service. I didn't want to drive to other side out of town to my regular place so I started Yelping and found this gem. I saw a sign that said 20% percent off outside their shop so I decided to go in.
