I always spring for the lemongrass on when I can because it's sublime. That's what I did that time and it was just as I remembered. Jenny did my pedicure today. Just as lovely as I remembered her. Amy...Amy is just the best. I developed an allergy to one of the ingredients that are in the dip nails that I'd been doing for years. Gotta love a random adult onset allergy. Anyway, today I asked Amy about the gel builder. That's what my sister does now. I asked if I could pay a little money to have her do it on one finger so I could see if I would have an allergic reaction and she did. It's many hours later and I'm good as gold so far. She said give it 2 week but honestly? I do not want to wait that long I'll be good and wait, I guess. I love that the techs know my name, they ask about my family or updates on things we talked about last time and in addition to being lovely people, they do incredible work. Literal artists in my opinion. Love that there aren't TVs in there. It is so relaxing. I did t do anything fancy with my pedicure today but it looks so great. Can't wait to have Amy or Jenny do my fingernails!!

She absolutely nailed it. You cannot even tell which one is the fake nail & the shape transition is so good! I hadn't tried this particular pedi before and it did not disappoint! The smell was wonderful and it included hot stones, paraffin and a massage! We did a design on my toes and it's so beautiful! Thank you for another wonderful experience! I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here! I brought my friends here! I told my patients about this place (I'm a chiropractor - people look at my hands constantly)! And the guy I talk to every visit didn't even know my name. HA!

Because the selection appeared limited, I asked whether those were the only colors available. He replied that they were the dip-powder colors, although I had never requested dip powder. After I clarified that I wanted regular polish, he directed me to another display. I was surprised to find several nearly empty or dried-out bottles, which made choosing a color difficult. I was then directed to a chair, where my technician noticed nail dust covering the seat and adjoining table from a previous service. She wiped the area with a towel before I sat down. My pedicure was okay, but it felt rushed and did not seem to include everything I remembered from the Pomelo Pedicure description. When I received my ticket at the end of my service, I realized I had been given and charged for the less-expensive Express Pedicure instead. I mentioned it to the associate who checked me out, but I am unsure whether she understood my concern, so I decided not to pursue it further. On the positive side, I now know the Express Pedicure would be a convenient option when I am short on time. I am willing to give this salon another try to determine whether this experience was an exception or the usual standard.

"Maybe you should take a pill next time." "This is good training for your nails." Bullying a client who took the time to disclose a physical sensitivity is unacceptable. When I brought his behavior to the front desk, management didn't care at all--offering zero accountability, zero apology, and complete indifference. If this salon thinks it's acceptable for their staff to humiliate paying customers while management looks the other way, they need a serious lesson in standard business ethics.

When I was finished and had already paid, I looked at my receipt and saw that the tech had charged me $5 for nail shaping! I was like what? Ridiculous! My nails were already that shape. Then the lady at the front tried to make it right by giving my friend $5 off her pedicure, which didn't make sense to me, but at that point I was like whatever and wanted to leave. I will not be coming back here.

I visit my family in Texas and I got to really get my looks up for them because they mean alot to me. It's hard finding a good place though. I've tried many nail salon in the area, to the point where I've got disappointed and would drive 50 mins away to get my nails done + driving back + traffic= time-consuming. Yet, I gave Happy Nails a try which was introduced by a friend. I was happy that I found a nail salon which does a good job on my nails. I'm very happy with his long years of expertise with nails. They were gentle and knew how to take care of my nails. They're fun to talk to as well. Haha therefore the 5 stars for being great in every aspect of their work. No regrets :) read more

Extraordinary service!! The worker who assisted me was very caring and delicate on my hands. I was hesitant about going to a new nail girl as I can be pretty OCD about my nails. Just got a full set pedicure and my eyebrows shaped and I could not be a happier camper. She was gentle, fast and listened to any direction or requests so patiently. She's/they really made my day! Great place for a pedicure. I always get the deluxe pedicure which includes hot wax for your feet and an awesome leg massage. Makes me feel great! Prices are very reasonable and all the staff are always very nice. Been going here for more than 10 years! read more
