Then he proceeds to forcibly tell me that he told me to come early and repeats himself several times. I'm by no means an argumentative person so I asked ok, well do you have any availability later. He responds by repeating forcibly that he told me to come early, and he remembers me, completely forgetting that I had originally called to book an appointment but was encouraged not to. Why schedule an appointment at 1:00 if you can't take care of the customers. I get things happen...but a little communication goes a long, long way. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The "lady" that answered the phone was RUDE! She indicated the manager was unavailable and kept asking what the problem was...I tried to explain but was cut off. I asked what the managers name was and she said she doesn't give out that information. I asked who I was speaking too and she indicated she didn't feel comfortable giving out her name. We won't be back. Don't be texting me and profusely apologizing either. You take advantage of people with intellectual disabilities and it needs to be called out. Not the first time but certainly will be the last time. As evident by the pictures look at what a horrible job they did on their feet. 2 people, arrived at 12:45 and left at 4:45. Avoid this place like the plague!
