Got my nails done here about a week ago with my friend. It was my first time ever coming here, everyone was very nice and sweet but my nails looked like crap, and i was NOT happy paying 90 for these at all. Theyre un-even and chip more and more every day. They are pretty strong tho, Ive hit my hands and nails a few times and non have yet to fall off. I've been coming to this nail salon for the last two years, and I can't say enough good things about them! My entire life, I struggled with brittle, breakable nails -- but thanks to their amazing care, my nails are now so healthy and strong. My daughter loves it here too -- she actually cries if I ever think about going without her! The manager is always so sweet and makes her feel welcome by giving her snacks. I had to get my eyebrows lasered off to have them fixed. There's an area that I can't even removed because she went so deep that the laser can't get it out. Don't come here, you'll end up regretting it and the nail techs are horrible. read more

So I wanted to find a shop by my house so I figure I give this one a shot. Place is nice and small, nothing fancy. There was only one other person when I walked in. I was asked right away to pick a color and what I wanted, which was a mani and pedi. I told them I wanted powder, I was given gel. Which gel the man said would be $15 extra, but I gladly paid because of the color I wanted even though powder was what I asked for which I assume they didn't have because they ignored me like they didn't hear me. Yes that there should have been my red flag but I had already left my littler ones at home with a sitter to go get my nails done so I proceeded. They stared with the pedi, a pedi where they didn't even let me soak my feet or enjoy the water and shortly after a nail tech pulled a seat next to me and stared on my hands. I was on a time crunch so I didn't think to much into it, figured I'd save some time this way. Big mistake, the tech didn't let me enjoy my pedi at all as she kept pulling my hands towards her without asking me to adjust my hands just straight jerking my hands, never once adjusting herself towards me. She was already sitting somewhat farther, covid I get it. But come on, if that was the case she should have waiting for my pedi to be done. So I'm sitting all types of crazy in the chair so that she can do my nails to her liking. Also she turned off the massager on the chair because it was bothering her. Umm ok, in effort to not be rude I just went along with it. I had shown her the pic of what I wanted and her statement was "oh you want designs" I said I just want this type of glitter on two nails. All she said was "ok". She didn't do anything I requested and my nails came out crooked, all 10 of them. They are all slanted in the direction she was sitting. My pedi on the other hand was good as far as the massage on my legs and how my toes turned out but everything apart from that wasn't only meh. Paid $80 for the horrific experience. Wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here. Pedi's though, maybe, if it's only a pedi so maybe they aren't rushing you out the door when they are empty and you can enjoy it. Maybe. read more

After letting another customer look at the nail polish on my toe nails the lady doing my nails totally mixed up the color when it came to my fingernails ... I wasn't paying too much attention while I was there But once I left and noticed they were two completely different colors I called and they said "come tomorrow Bc we are busy". I went today and she said she didn't mix it up it just looks different Bc of the brand of polish I would get it if it were a shade off (wouldn't care) BUT NOT TWO DIFFERENT COLORS!!!! Here's a picture of the "same color" btw a couple of people in there were like "ummm yeah, no way" but I couldn't get her to just admit it and change the color on one or the other... 75 bucks is what I spent there!! I have high standards when it comes to my acrylics. I was spoiled at my previous place in Arizona. I came in for a fill, and change powder color of my tips. The girl Helen asked me if I wanted to remove my current ones... I said sure why not (as they were a little beat up). I had both Helen and another gentleman take my nails off and they were so considerate about pain. They kept checking in and making sure nothing hurt. Once removed Helen took great care in getting them all cleaned and tidied up. I will admit I wondered why she was being so slow, but it was all worth it in the end. She put my tips on and was about to start the powder when she pulled out a small jar and applied a more white looking powder in only certain areas. I asked her what this was for, to which she replied, "this helps make it so the lines are not as noticeable from your nail bed." I was shocked, with all my prior pampering I've never had someone do this before. After all was said and done and my nails were perfect, both length and thickness, it was to my surprise I only paid $38 dollars. (I did do pearl tips and not powder) I was impressed and will return! I wrote a $5 tip on my receipt for my half ass pedicure and a couple of days later when I checked my account I noticed it had been changed to a $10 tip, so people BEWARE! Besides this, I would still never go back. It's a hole in the wall nail salon, they don't offer drinks (at least not to me), they're actually more expensive than other places, and the lady did a sorry job on my polish, leaving polish on my toes and not even painting the whole nail. Also their accent is VERY thick making it almost impossible to communicate with them. When I went on a weekday afternoon, there was only two ladies working, didn't get their names. I don't mind an accent, but I like to be able to communicate with them to tell them what I like and don't like. This was my first and last time there! read more

I came to this salon because of the good reviews, and left disappointed. Two of my cousins and I went there for one manicure, one pedicure, and a fill and they were able to get us in right away which was greatly appreciated. However, my manicurist was pretty rude and was not welcoming at all. I was the one trying to have a conversation with her, and she would just give me short responses. Also, when she was cutting my cuticles she cut the side of my nail which was not even part of my cuticles and made me bleed. My nails came out fine, but I did not like the customer service. However, my cousin who got the fill was very unhappy with her nails. She wanted her nails short, but the man who was doing them did not make them short enough. In the end he had to file it so much that her nails became uneven. I would not recommend this salon, and I will not be going back. read more

I went here with my Girlfriends and it was the best place. Everyone was so nice and did a great job. We both had a Pedicure, and NextGen/Dip Powder. The pedicure was beyond my expectation.
