The shape of my nails is uneven, and there was still nail polish left around my cuticles when she finished. It looked rushed and unprofessional. Then I went to get my toes done, and that experience was even worse. The man doing my pedicure was very rough and aggressive. Instead of simply asking me to move or lower my foot, he would just grab and pull it without saying anything. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I got home, I realized my toes weren't done correctly. I tried calling the salon that same day, but no one answered. The next morning, I called as soon as they opened and explained the situation. Before even looking at my toes, the woman insisted that I had regular polish instead of gel. I knew for a fact I paid for gel because I remembered asking for it and paying the higher price. I asked if they could print my receipt, and I was told, "We don't give out receipts." I don't understand how a customer can't receive proof of what they paid for. When I went back to the salon, she told me it would cost an additional $30 to fix my toe because it would be considered a "color change." I refused because I wasn't paying extra to correct a mistake they made. She continued insisting it wasn't gel polish until she finally tried removing it herself and realized I had been telling the truth the entire time. Instead of apologizing, she became embarrassed and upset, then handed me off to another employee to fix my toes. I also asked who I could speak with to get a copy of my receipt. She rushed through giving me a phone number so fast that I could barely understand her, and I still never received a receipt. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes, and their pricing seems inconsistent. They don't have prices clearly posted, and it feels like the cost changes depending on who is doing your service. I would not recommend this salon. If you decide to go, make sure you ask for the exact prices before your service begins and carefully inspect your nails and toes before you leave.

Today's visit was unfortunately the most frustrating experience I've had. When I walked in, there was only one technician working. She asked what service I wanted, and I sat down for a pedicure. During the next 40 minutes, she only came over twice--once to turn on the water and once to ask which pedicure I wanted. No service actually began. After waiting 40 minutes without my pedicure even starting, I finally got up, dried off my feet, put my sandals back on, and left. I understand that businesses can get busy, but a simple acknowledgment, an honest estimate of the wait, or letting me know they were running behind would have gone a long way. As a long-time customer, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope they improve their communication and respect for their customers' time.

There was the standard reel of shows on a tv (pets here) that was enjoyable enough. There was a bit of a smell, but the shop is well maintained and clean. Tons of dip powder and gel polish to pick from. I will be back.

Today, my sister and our younger friend needed a ladies day and I wanted them to get full manis pedi's. They needed pampered. My sister called and scheduled an appointments for 1:00. Our younger friend had to work at 3:00 and so 2 hours should be doable. It is most places! My sister has been coming here for a couple years and tips great! They arrived at 12:45. At 2:15 they still hadn't started on Destiny. A whole hour and half of sitting. I'm getting text from my sister and Destiny they haven't started and Desitiny has to work. Why schedule an appointment at 1:00 if you can't take care of the customers. I get things happen...but a little communication goes a long, long way. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The "lady" that answered the phone was RUDE! She indicated the manager was unavailable and kept asking what the problem was...I tried to explain but was cut off. I asked what the managers name was and she said she doesn't give out that information. I asked who I was speaking too and she indicated she didn't feel comfortable giving out her name. We won't be back. Don't be texting me and profusely apologizing either. You take advantage of people with intellectual disabilities and it needs to be called out. Not the first time but certainly will be the last time. As evident by the pictures look at what a horrible job they did on their feet. 2 people, arrived at 12:45 and left at 4:45. Avoid this place like the plague!

I have extremely thin nails and need extra gel or they break in a day. I told the lady this at least 5 times. I asked for two coats of base, she did not do that. I had one nail very weak and split way past the cuticle. She put a very light coat of rubber base. Which, of course broke the next day. I had to repair at home myself. Will probably not go back. $30 + 5 tip. Not again.
