Came in for a pedicure & manicure. During the pedicure she asked if I wanted my heel callous removed, of course I said yes. She said it's an extra $7. Since when? This service has always been included in the pedicure price. I'm already paying $37 for a pedicure... why would this service be extra? read more

The pedicures are always fantastic, they do very well and I think it's a great price for the service. The punk that stands at the desk is always so rude? He claims to be the owner but I doubt that cause he always looks crusty. I like the nail techs even though they don't understand much of English . I love this nail salon. Tom is the Manager. He's very personable. This salon is always clean and neat and busy. I use Kayla and have known her for a few years. I have never been disappointed regardless of who did my manicure or pedicure In the past. They all are perfectionist and their work shows. I'm not as close to the salon as I prefer because I moved. I will be there to get ready for the holidays. Not to mention, the waxing here is just about painless. Especially if you enjoy a complimentary drink 1st (or 2). I'm visiting my father in Texas and we have a pretty fancy dinner plan tonight. So I went ahead and did a little searching around and this place was able to accommodate me as a walk-in The place is very clean and you are immediately met by a person who gives you all the choices upfront and a paper to fill in for the services you would like, let me tell you your experience to exactly what you want and for the dollar amount you want to spend. There are no hidden fees here You circle exactly what you want so you know exactly what the service will cost. I just had a pedicure in Alabama with my daughter, but I did want a full set, I was given a technician named Lee who I gave a fat tip to because she was excellent for several reasons. Firstly, she asked me exactly what I wanted and told me at any point if I wasn't liking something to let her know. She was putting the tips on my fingernails when I happen to glance down at my pointer finger from my side it look crooked. She said no please tell me what's the problem, and then she turned my finger around and I could see that it was the perspective my direction, but she would've been willing to change it I received a most excellent dipped French manicure as good as any as I've had at home in California. I will be visiting my father quite a bit this year and intend to come back to Lee. For those wanting alcohol, they have a full bar, which is really nice unfortunately some of the medication I'm on currently don't allow that but they brought me a diet Dr Pepper. This is excellent read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in there an encountered the rudest man possibly. Spoke to me like I was stupid because I was confused on their chart to fill out on what I would want. Didn't even pick out my coloI just walked out. No way will I overpay to this rude and ghetto nail salon. read more

They seated me promptly today, and they were very professional. The interior is lovely, too. The front desk was helpful with recommendations, and they have a full bar. Nevertheless, I asked for coffee, which they have. My gel manicure was a bit sloppy for $46, before adding tip. The gentleman was fast with the cuticle work and surprisingly gentle, given the speed. But see photos for bubbling. The white tips aren't even across the nails, either. I don't recommend. read more

I've been getting pedicures for many years and I just got one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. Decided to try this place and won't be returning. Firstly, my boyfriend and I had to wait almost 10minutes just to be greeted as the front desk guy was sorting papers. All he had to do was greet us and let us know to go ahead and fill out the paper. He seemed like he was in a bad mood. After filling out the paper we were told to wait at the bar. I asked how long the wait was and that's when he says about 30 minutes. If he had said that in the beginning I would've went elsewhere. I figured we're already here so we waited almost 40 minutes then another 10 after being seated. My boyfriends pedi was good but mine was poor at best. I don't go for pedicures because I can't do my own, I go to relax. This lady was too rough, too fast and wasn't paying attention half the time. She did something with my big toe that hurt and before I could say anything she asked does that feel better? I'm like idk what you think you're fixing lady but that hurt. The hot towel was on my right leg for SECONDS before she took it off. She kept stopping my massage to use her hand to talk to the lady next to her. My toes look like a kid painted them. I didn't say anything to the guy at the front desk cause he was still in a bad mood. I'm glad I didn't also get a manicure. DON'T RECOMMEND, WON'T RETURN read more

I was in a hurry to get a gel fill before I went out of town so I stopped in. I used to go to Crystal Nails regularly. I requested a gel fill. At first, It seemed like the male nail tech did a good job. I didn't notice what a poor job the nail tech had done until I got home after they closed. The man who did my nails rushed through the end of the service, leaving the texture of my nails bumpy. I definitely won't return. read more

I went yesterday 3/1/25 around 4:30 with my finance to get two pedicures worth $42 each that included wax treatment. The pedicures were absolutely RUSHED and the lady that was working on me was going extremely FAST and gave me the fastest massage ever and she seemed in a hurry doing everything! When the wax came and she put it on my feet it BURNED ME and my foot was red right away! She had to take the bag off and cool it in the water. She never apologized and just kept going! As for my fiancés hers was rushed and left truly unfinished. If you pay for a service you deserve to have them take their time and for the CUSTOMER get what they pay for. Truly a place that only cares about making money and they rush through everything just to get people in and out of the door. Just an overall horrible experience! read more

I love this place. This is my second time coming here and I am always pleased with their service. For starters you are always greeted warmly as soon as you walk in and asked to fill out a sheet on what things you are wanting to get done. There are a lot of options to choose from so that is always a plus. They have a variety of colors for all you gel or dip lovers. I had gel done on my feet with the matching dip powder for my nail. I chose the Cosmo Pedicure which was absolutely amazing. My tech was Tina and I thought she was very thorough and took her time to make sure I was satisfied. You get two complimentary drinks while you are there as well, anything from water, sodas, and alcoholic beverages. I myself had me a moscato at 11:30am DO NOT JUDGE ME!!! Lol. Try this place out I think its legit. Ask for Tina!!! read more

The atmosphere was nice and there were so many colors to choose from. However, I got a dip powder manicure and was super disappointed with the finished product. It was super sloppy. I have chunks missing out of the nails and it's not a smooth finish. Worst part is that it was a basic, one-color manicure. For what you pay, this is not poor service. I won't be back. read more

I've been here several times and it's hit or miss. They're expensive too. Today I paid $60 for a detox pedicure. Henry was my technician and he didn't even do my cuticles. There was not foot massage, it was just a little rub. Needless to say I'm done with this place. read more

I think this is the worst set of nails I've ever gotten. the tips are too big, the dip is very thick and uneven and the lengths don't match from one hand to the next. I recently got my nails and a pedicure done on Saturday the person who did my pedicure was extremely aggressive I ended up going to urgent care and now I have a fungus that's eating at my skin I contacted the salon and they said there's nothing they can do and their manager would be in on Thursday I spent well over $200 here and did not get the service that I normally get there very disappointed and will never be back read more

I really, really wanted to love this place but sadly I won't be returning. The place itself is gorgeous! I was very impressed and I've never seen a nail shop layout like this one. The bar is also one of the largest I've seen in a nail salon. Extra star for me. The drink was strong and I loved it! You are required to wear a mask and there is a protective plastic wall between client and nail tech if you're doing your finger nails. I think the employees were all very nice. They were able to get me in without an appointment. Here's what didn't sit well with me: Excuse my disgusting toes in the attached photos but I had to get really close to show how my gel pedicure came out. From far away, it's not too bad. However in the sunlight you can see the color unevenness and even worse, the texture of the voids. The edges aren't clean either. Just very sloppy for what I paid for. I'm pretty bummed... but thank goodness I don't wear sandals much. I haven't gotten an actual pedicure since probably January so I had high hopes that this place would exceed my expectations. read more

The last two visits have been horrible. When you tell the nail tech that you don't like the shape or the position of then nail, they claim it's just your finger or your head is tilted. The nails look horrible. Definitely NOT worth $45. I will NEVER come back to this salon! read more

I went to Crystal nail out of convenience because my nail salon on other side of town. I went in for a pedicure with my friend the front desk wasn't overly nice they acknowledged us and showed us how to select what we wanted. They had a complimentary drink can be alcoholic or not which was very refreshing. I think they could have done better for the massages the paint and foot maintenance was good, but in my opinion since I am younger and don't look rich I was treated like I wasn't going to tip much. I'm always one to consider effort and service quality from services like these I think if you treat everyone like 5 star customers you would have a better chance at a bigger tip instead of treating everyone like they won't tip good based on passed customers. read more

This was such a horrific experience for me. I've never left a nail salon crying in my life, but today I did. Literally the WORST pedicure I've ever received. For starters, I actually do nails/toes but occasionally I go get mine done to pamper myself. I didn't get the technicians name unfortunately. First she didn't ask how I wanted my feet done, she just turned the water on and walked off...the tub almost overflowed and I had to turn the water off myself. Then she went to town and clipped all my toenails super short and crooked. This next part is where I could tell she didn't know what she was doing...the gel polish application. Gel polish has to be cured all the way (especially with dark colors) or it can give you an allergic reaction. Not only did she not prep the nail for the gel polish, they were not cured all the way and were super thick. When I told her I didn't like it, she just ignored me. I had to tell her multiple times and she started getting an attitude and told me my toes were that way....like yeah because you clipped them down like nubs lady!! Then the manager/front desk person came over and was super rude and told me they would remove the gel polish. The tech proceeded to pull a drill out and i immediately said, "no! I do not want her taking a drill to my feet if she can't even use a hand file correctly!" At that point he offered to not charge me and said no one could remove the gel. I started crying because everyone was staring at me and laughing because I was so upset. It was so embarrassing. From start to finish it was an awful experience and I left in tears. I went home to remove it and the gel literally peeled off with ease and under some of them the gel was still wet and sticky. This is not ok because it can cause a serious reaction if I had left it on there. I do not recommend this place and I will never go back. Unprofessional, unskilled and rude. read more

I really wanted to enjoy this place again but did not, the tech was an older lady so I thought she would have been more knowledgeable but she took along time to do dipped nails, it seemed that she dipped 10 times and it was really bumpy, she didn't check each hand to check the length and did not ask about how I wanted them shaped, was not happy about this visit and she got glue on my finger and we were stuck to each other and she did not take it off and the last time I was there this service came with a paraffin wax but did not this time. Very disappointed. The drinks were the best part, look closely at my nails and you can see the bumps.I think her name was lily or Linda. read more

I used to come here a lot. I had a bad experience with poor quality nail polish provided by the salon and instead of being understanding and allowing me to have the polish changed to my own nail polish that I brought to ensure long lasting quality as opposed to their thinned out cheap china glaze no harm no foul, the supervisor said that there was nothing wrong with the polish and that it was my fault for not allowing it to dry. I let it dry for 10 minutes after the pedicure. I put the air on my feet when I got in the car. It was a full 12 hrs before I laid out to tan before the tips of my big toes got smudged. He's a dick and I will not longer be giving this establishment my business. Sorry ladies! read more

I scheduled an appointment on the phone for later in the evening. When I got there I was shown the colors and taken to my spot. Very clean. Absolutely gorgeous. Free drinks which is great. However the actual nails didn't look great. The first technician that started on my nails made them extremely thick and warped. So another technician came over to help and he ended up taking over and fixing them to the best of his abilities. There are some parts of the nails that didn't get coated in the dip very well, the edges of my nails are very sharp, there is a lot of glue under my nails, and I was nicked a few times on my cuticles. So amazing building, maybe I just didn't have a good nail tech. read more
