I waited forever to be seen; and it was weird because there were other techs there just sitting and playing on their phones in clear view.. I came back two days later early morning to get this nail fixed-- after waiting 1.5 after the "open hours" they still weren't open!- so I left. Needless to say; I won't be reuturning. came in no one greeted me just told me to sign in. I waited over 30 minutes and no one said a word to me. I don't know why I waited that's on me, especially since that place has a nauseating scent , I've been a few times it's been OK but this time seem to go downhill every time I go I feel grimy . it feels dirty not sure if they clean their equipment. only two people work and two other people just lounge around doing nothing. I've been coming to this nail Salon for over 2 years now, after going to Park Village for 4 yrs. I got tired of seeing my oldest daughter with such beautiful nails every time I saw her. I finally decided to give her salon a try. She went to see Andy and of coarse that's who I made my appointment with. I WILL NOT GO TO ANYONE ELSE! Lol he's awesome at shaping them. I'm incredibly picky from being a former nail tech myself. Hardly ever do I leave happy. Never face that issue with Andy. I've moved from Southlake and live in Argyle. I continue to make the drive to Creative Nails. Also, Tammy & Linda are awesome with pedicures. Most salons, the techs hardly rub your feet at all. These two ladies will rub you into a coma! Haha they definitely give you your money's worth. I see a lot of bad reviews here. Things must of changed before I came. I have zero complaints. Maybe the bathroom could be a little cleaner, but that's honestly it. FYI- make an appointment if you don't want to wait. :)) I highly recommend trying this salon out for yourself. I went Saturday morning. There were only two techs working. I wanted the signature pedicure with gel polish. I was told it would be about 15 mins until they could get to me. 15 mins later they put me in a chair. But it was another 10 mins after that that the guy tech actually got to me. He started me while still working on another lady. No big deal. The big deal is that the signature pedicure ($40) states that it comes with a 13 minute hot stone massage AS WELL AS the paraffin wax treatment. Well I got the stone massage and when the guy was done he handed me my shoes to put back on and I asked what about the paragon wax. He replied that I got the hot stone massage and the paraffin wax came with the next level "deluxe" pedicure. I ended up paying an extra $5 to get the wax. After he left it on for entirely too long (I was there an extra 10 mins) I went to the counter to pay. He told me it would be $60. Well I happened to glance down at the pedicure menu and pointed out that the signature pedicure states that it comes with the hot stone massage AND the paraffin wax. He said no bc I got the hot stone massage. I didn't feel like arguing mainly bc of the language barrier but I paid, tipped him very well and left. When I got home I noticed how poorly a job he did with the polish. Definitely won't be back to this place. Beware of the scams they will pull on you. read more

This place is really clean from what I could see. No chemical smell like other salons. I went during the week at lunch time. I decided on the milk and honey pedicure because my poor feet needed the treatment. The person there did a great job and I LOVE the way my pedicure turned out. :-) The person that worked on my toes took their time and went over any possible paint left on the toes and not the nails. I have been to other salons in the area only to be left bleeding because they were in to big of a hurry to be paying attention. As far as the price, it is comparable to Dallas prices. read more

It's understandably hard to fit in four walk-ins at the same time, but they did it and we never once felt like they were in a rush. I had nail polish on my skin and around the nails that I got off when I got home! Next my sweet boyfriends Mom was with me ...basic mani......she is 76 years old and has dementia very badly so no she doesn't remember to stay seated and keep her nails under the uv bar til they're dry and yes she gets frightened if she can't see me and yes she has to have gentle reminders but never should someone with a disability ever be made fun of or belittled or snickering laughing saying I'm sure very rude things in your language thinking people are stupid and they don't know you are laughing making fun of her especially since we were the only two having our nails done...no one else there! You are very small illiterate rude service people!!! It's no way to run a business!!! Worst nail place ever!!! I paid $43 for crooked nails, smudged polish bc I tried to tell them to let me sit there and let them dry and they wouldn't let me. I also now have crooked eye brows as well! After she did them she rushed out of the room (after coughing all over me) and didn't even give me a mirror. After I looked in the mirror I figured out why! I have freaking crooked eye brows!!!!!!! This is the first time to this shop, was clean and employees are nice, went with a friend she made the appointment, for us on Sunday, drove from Fort Worth..had taken my own color, when jt came time to paint the toes, Haley said to me color was too light so I picked a color they had, even paid for a flower on both large toes, after getting home polish is not smooth, looks like paint when it has ran, had to go home an clean polish of skin...and the color is bright green can not see the design unless you are in real bright lite..$69.00 later not happy at all when not go back, Haley almost seemed bothered that, I had to pick one of the colors there and asked for design. As I stated cannot see unless you are outside. Her customer service is awful, and she still got a $10.00 tip, guess you get what you pay for and found out from friend she was not who the appoint was to be with, guess you get what you pay for. I got a pedicure there and this place is just ok. I decided to try it because of the reviews and not sure where these other people go but it's nothing to rave about. I was never offered a complementary drink I'm sorry but who doesn't like a glass of wine with a pedi. Maybe they don't do that sort of thing but I would of settled for a water bottle. I'm normally very happy at this salon, but needed a gel manicure done and mind you I had acrylics on for many years so my nails are thin and healing, they drilled off the gel and you know as well as I do it drills your nail as well! Usually when you get a manicure they do a little hand massage well he didn't I got up pretty disappointed then I go to pay and he charges MORE than I've ever been charged! The only place I go to get a manicure. Kathy, the salon manager, is the best! She speaks pretty good English (i know accents bother some guest) and she does great on nails. There is a guy there, kinda middle aged and wears glasses, he is great at acrylics! Those are the only two who have ever touched my hands there but they do great. Haven't gone for a pedicure yet. Prices are pretty decent and they give you a giant sheet of paper with coupons for future use. read more

Jeez! Gave this place another chance. Came in and noticed one lady working and one young girl barefoot stocking supplies. The older lady had me sit in a chair. All I needed was gel removed. She wrapped nails and went back to other client. I sat for 35 minutes and fingers were burning. Young girl told me she had never done this before but was gonna remove gel. Apparently the older ladies daughter over slept so she was only one working. I let her start, thinking how hard can this be. She filed the gel off and burned my fingers. I should have left. She was sweet to step in but is not licensed! My nails looked horrible when I left. And yes they had me pay $20! Never again! read more

Used to love going here and getting my nails done by Mack and his wife. But over the last year or so they have changed management many times and are not consistent on pricing or services. Quality has gotten terrible. Several of their techs have expired licenses and they have gotten very pushy about trying to make you think you need to buy things you don't need. (New set even when you just got one a few weeks back, better treatment, soaks, etc). I can't say they'll be getting my business again. This salon has really gone down hill since the original owners left. read more
