I have come here for a year and have left good reviews before but today was an unacceptable and disappointing experience that left me in tears I was so frustrated. I went in to get ONE nail fixed because after only 1 week a nail came off and I LOVED this set that Ann did a week ago so I wanted to get it fixed so I could have them longer. the guy up front recommended I get a fill so I said that's fine then while I'm sitting there the lady starts taking my nails off with the e file even though I asked for a fill he comes to tell me they don't do fills on dip...even through HE recommended the fill . I explained I only wanted one nail fixed and now I'm having to pay for a full set that isn't even what I came in for in the first place! I had to go to work so I didn't even have time for a new set so we just left them bare but instead of making them look decent she left them uneven jagged and some still have a layer of acrylic... he still charged me to take off the nails that I didn't want taken off in the first place truly the worst experience I've had getting my nails done and I hope they do something to make this right. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The lady was distracted and hurried through the process. My nails look terrible.

I go with my wife to get pedicures, and we always have a nice time. Kathy gives an amazing foot massage that is totally worth the price in itself. No toenail polish, just come here to relax and it's worth it, plus I don't have to trim my own toenails any more. Everyone here has always been very nice to us. The music is also relaxing. read more

I believe they are under new management and it's just not the same. The nails I got done looked very nice but there is a lot of additional charges for things that didn't used to be extra. The pedicures aren't the same level. If I hadn't been there previously it would be ok. read more

Flew in for an event and decided to treat myself by going to the nail salon. It's been 15 plus years since I've had anything done on my nails so I was really looking forward to trying the Gelx nails. The nail tech took a look at my nails and proceeded to size it and asked me what shape I wanted. From there she began to file the natural nail and immediately glued the tips on. No pushing back the cuticles or cleaning the area to make it worth $70!! Then she cuts the tips shorter per my request only to have the right hand shorter than the left and by this time the tips she glued on are crooked. All this to say it's not worth spending a dime at this place!! Save your time and money by going elsewhere. I should've just stick with my press on nails from Target and Walmart! read more

I will never be going back here. I went in and asked for a soak off for my acrylics. I sat down in the chair and the lady came and asked if i was soaking off and I said yes. She did not soak them. She drilled the base coat off my nails then proceeded to put cuticle oil all over my nails and she grabbed a fake nail and went under my acrylic and started pulling them off. She took off half of my real nail and tore up my nails to the point that I was telling her it was hurting but she kept doing it anyways. My nails are curently in the worst shape and I will never be back. This wouldn't have happened if she just soaked them off. read more

I've been coming here for over 4 years. New management and it's nothing like it used to be. I made an appointment and showed up on time and was told she was running 15 minutes behind. I waited over 30 minutes and she wasn't finished so I asked for whoever was available. Who I was given was rough and it hurt. And I wasn't super happy with the end result. I go to checkout and they've added new charges like "shaping" and length. So I guess it's extra if you want your nails filed now. Very disappointed and won't be going back :( read more

I found this place today. I went to a few before, one was very dirty and had the door propped open, the second one had a two hour wait. So glad I happened to find this one. Linda did my nails. I got a manicure with gel polish. She even picked the color, she just asked a few questions. Did a great job. They also just started chair massage!! $15 for 15 minutes! I come here pretty frequently and every time I've been here staff has been incredible. However, my last service which was just supposed to be a fill turned into a full set because my nail tech cracked one of my nails and told me to get a full set instead. I agreed understanding accidents happen and I had another cracked nail anyway. But afterwards, my nail tech was going so fast as if she didn't tell me to get a full set and was rushing to be somewhere. I can understand that, but what I can't understand was her fumbling around and speeding through my nails causing her to cut me not once, twice, but 3 times. She cut me on my cuticle, under my nail, and on the side of my finger and when I pulled back in pain she just looked at me annoyed and gave a little "oops sorry" and proceeded being extra aggressive just cutting me again. After all that she still charged me full price and did not once apologize again or regard me in any way. Definitely not okay and if my hands are going to be cut up like this, I might as well just do them at home. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for 6 years and since it has changed ownership, the quality of services have declined drastically. When I got to the salon, there were maybe 4 customers there and many employees. The lady that did my nails was rushing through the process so quickly she was burning my nails with the dremel. When I pulled back because it hurt, she said sorry but please don't do that so I don't get hurt. She then proceeds to SLICE the skin around my nails with the nail file because she was filing so fast. After telling her it hurt MULTIPLE TIMES, she proceeds to do the same thing 5 times! She finished my nails, gives me the ticket and proceeds to go lay down under a blanket in the back on one of the massage chairs. I left the salon with 5 burning cuts around my nails and for what? So she could go lay down and relax. This was my very last straw, and I will never be going back! And I have half a mind to submit a complaint to the TDLR! read more
