The hot stone massage with my pedi was amazing and was even given a neck warmer for relaxation. Not to mention the new, very comfy massage chair. Def a great place to stop in for nail needs.

My husband had a quick men's mani/pedi which left his hands and feet moisturized and clean. My pedicure was great, I did an aqua color which I enjoyed and then I originally asked for a chrome aqua color for my manicure as well, but changed my mind to get a chrome orange after she shaped my nails. Not sure if me changing my mind made my manicurist forget that I also wanted chrome, so after doing my complete set, I had to have another lady take all the color off and start again because the chrome was supposed to be the first layer. Had I realized this (I rarely get my nails done so I don't really know the process), I would have spoken up before she got so far along. The end result was still nice and I enjoyed chatting with both manicurists. A perk of this place was a complimentary drink as well (sodas, juices and a selection of alcohol) which was nice. The bathroom was clean and tidy as well. All in all, I enjoyed spending my birthday morning here getting pampered. Thank you!

Each of the last three manicures I had included no cuticle prep. They just filed the nail plate down, put on the dehydrator, and did the dip. My actual nails were completely ruined in the process. I have strong nails that I take care of, but after the last few manicures I was left with extremely thin, weak nails. I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here! I brought my friends here! I told my patients about this place (I'm a chiropractor - people look at my hands constantly)! And the guy I talk to every visit didn't even know my name. HA!

I visited early Saturday afternoon and was surprised that the salon was not very busy. Since it was my first visit, I told him I was new. He asked me to choose a pedicure, and I selected the Pomelo Pedicure. He then directed me to a book to choose a color. Because the selection appeared limited, I asked whether those were the only colors available. He replied that they were the dip-powder colors, although I had never requested dip powder. After I clarified that I wanted regular polish, he directed me to another display. I was surprised to find several nearly empty or dried-out bottles, which made choosing a color difficult. I was then directed to a chair, where my technician noticed nail dust covering the seat and adjoining table from a previous service. She wiped the area with a towel before I sat down. My pedicure was okay, but it felt rushed and did not seem to include everything I remembered from the Pomelo Pedicure description. When I received my ticket at the end of my service, I realized I had been given and charged for the less-expensive Express Pedicure instead. I mentioned it to the associate who checked me out, but I am unsure whether she understood my concern, so I decided not to pursue it further. On the positive side, I now know the Express Pedicure would be a convenient option when I am short on time. I am willing to give this salon another try to determine whether this experience was an exception or the usual standard.

My husband & I went for pedicures and our technicians were amazing! My husband's feet needed a little more attention & Hanh was incredibly thorough. As for me, I am always getting hurt during my pedicures and honestly, I've gotten used to it. For the first time EVER, I had a pain free pedicure! Manji did so great! They do not have your typical massage chairs however, if you ever research how those chairs actually work, you may never want to go back to those. The reason this facility does not have the typical nail salon smell is because the whole building has an incredible filtration system which includes the water! This alone was enough to want to keep coming. If you look around the salon you can see how intentional they were about the details & the function of the salon. Christina takes the time to personalize each clients cart with a name tag. How sweet is that? I was already loving this salon and had just turned to my husband and told him that I would never go anywhere else when they literally made me love it more. Turns out, they have daily specials. Plus, first time customers get 20% off of their first visit. They just opened in January so their technicians are limited therefore, it is necessary to book your appointment. Sometimes they have same day appointments available. We were lucky enough to get two appointments on the same day.
